one end of the second sleeve is connected with the external thread at the end part of the second steel bar through the internal thread, the other end of the second sleeve is radially inwards contracted to form a contracted shoulder, the second steel bar is jacked to the contracted shoulder position, and the second sleeve and the second steel bar are pre-tightened by torsion; the shoulder can be used for a part of the convex spherical surface of the ejector rod to pass through, so that the convex spherical surface of the ejector rod can be abutted against the end surface of the second steel bar;
and one end of the outer sleeve is provided with an internal thread which is used for being connected with the external thread of the first sleeve, and the other end of the outer sleeve is abutted to one end, facing the second steel bar, of the second sleeve.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a combined sleeve for butt-joint connection of reinforcing bars, which is used for connecting a first reinforcing bar 7 and a second reinforcing bar 6 which are oppositely arranged, and comprises:
the sleeve comprises a first sleeve 1, wherein one end of the first sleeve is provided with an outer end internal thread hole 13, the other end of the first sleeve is provided with an inner end internal thread hole 14, a convex shoulder 12 is formed between the outer end internal thread hole 13 and the inner end internal thread hole 14, the outer part of the other end of the first sleeve is also provided with an external thread 11, and the rotation directions of the external thread 11 and the outer end internal thread hole 13 are opposite; the external thread hole 13 of the first sleeve 1 is connected with the external thread 71 at the end part of the first steel bar 7, and after the first steel bar 7 is pushed to the position of the shoulder 12, the first sleeve 1 and the first steel bar 7 are pre-tightened by a certain torsion, and the length of the external thread of the first steel bar 7 exposed at the external end of the first sleeve 1 is not more than 2 thread pitches;
one end of the ejector rod 3 is connected with the internal threaded hole 14 at the inner end of the first sleeve 1 through an external thread 31, the other end of the ejector rod 3 is provided with a convex spherical surface 34, and the ejector rod 3 is also provided with a penetrating transverse hole 33 along the radial direction;
the lock nut 4 is connected with the external thread 31 of the ejector rod 3 through internal threads and can be abutted against the end face of the other end of the first sleeve 1 to assist in limiting the length of the ejector rod 3 extending out of the internal thread hole 14 at the inner end;
one end of the second sleeve 5 is connected with an external thread 61 at the end part of the second steel bar 6 through an internal thread 52, the other end of the second sleeve is radially inwards contracted to form a contracted shoulder 51, after the second steel bar 6 is jacked to the position of the contracted shoulder 51, the second sleeve 5 and the second steel bar 6 are pre-tightened with a certain torsion, and the length of the external thread of the second steel bar 6 exposed at the outer end of the second sleeve 5 is not more than 2 thread pitches; moreover, the inner hole of the shoulder 51 can allow a part of the convex spherical surface 34 of the push rod 3 to pass through, when the push rod 3 is driven to rotate by a tool (such as a wrench) passing through the transverse hole 33, the push rod 3 will extend out of the inner end internal threaded hole 14, so that the convex spherical surface 34 of the push rod 3 passes through the inner hole of the shoulder 51 and is abutted against the end surface of the second steel bar 6; one end of the second sleeve 5 facing the second steel bar 6 is provided with a convex spherical surface 53, and the spherical center of the convex spherical surface 53 is positioned on the axis of the internal thread 52 of the second sleeve 5;
the outer sleeve 2, one end of it has female screw threads 21, another end has shoulder 23 that is retracted, there are concave sphere 24 inside the said shoulder 23, the centre of sphere of the said concave sphere 24 locates on the axis of the female screw threads 21 of the outer sleeve 2, its diameter is the same as the diameter of the said convex sphere 53; the outer sleeve 2 is sleeved along the direction from the second steel bar 6 to the first sleeve 1, a mounting cavity 22 is formed in the outer sleeve 2 for accommodating the second sleeve 5, the ejector rod 3 and the lock nut 4, the concave spherical surface 24 is abutted to the convex spherical surface 53 of the second sleeve 5, the internal thread 21 of the outer sleeve 2 is connected with the external thread 11 of the first sleeve 1, and the first sleeve 1 and the first steel bar 7 cannot be loosened when the outer sleeve 2 is screwed with the first sleeve 1 because the external thread 11 is opposite to the screwing direction of the external end internal thread hole 13; for the convenience of observation, the outer sleeve 2 is further provided with a radial hole 25 through which the abutment of the convex spherical surface 34 of the jack 3 with the end surface of the second reinforcing bar 6 can be observed.
Wherein: the convex spherical surface 34 of the ejector rod 3 is connected with the outer peripheral surface of the ejector rod 3 by a conical surface 32 (or an arc surface).
Wherein: the transverse hole 33 in the ram 3 is also replaced by a hexagonal drive (not shown) enabling it to be driven in rotation by a wrench.
Wherein: the convex spherical surface 34 of the top rod 3 may be integrally formed with the main body of the top rod 3 (as in the above-mentioned embodiments), or may be separate from the main body of the top rod 3.
The using method and the technical principle of the invention are as follows:
second reinforcing bar 6 and first reinforcing bar 7 are two reinforcing bars of pre-buried on different concrete members respectively, and second reinforcing bar 6 and first reinforcing bar 7 all stretch out the certain length of concrete member, and the tip is processed respectively and is had external screw thread 61 and external screw thread 71.
Firstly, before two concrete components are installed, a first sleeve 1 is installed on a first steel bar 7, an external thread 71 of the first steel bar 7 is screwed to an external thread hole 13 of the first sleeve 1 to the bottom of the hole, the end head of the first steel bar 7 is tightly propped against a convex shoulder 12 of the first sleeve 1, the first steel bar 7 is installed and screwed, the torque reaches a set screwing torque value, the length of the external thread of the first steel bar 7 exposed at the external end of the first sleeve 1 is not more than 2 thread pitches, the consistency of the length of the external thread 71 of the steel bar is conveniently checked and judged, and the quality consistency of the installation and matching of the external thread 71 of the steel bar and a connecting thread of the first sleeve 7 is conveniently checked and judged;
a locking nut 4 is arranged on the external thread 31 of the ejector rod 3, then the external thread 31 of the ejector rod 3 is screwed into the internal thread hole 14 at the inner end of the first sleeve 1, and the length of the ejector rod 3 extending out of the first sleeve 1 is adjusted to be the shortest;
sleeving the outer sleeve 2 on the second steel bar 6, wherein the threaded end of the outer sleeve faces the end of the second steel bar 6, then installing the second sleeve 5 on the second steel bar 6, screwing the external thread 61 of the second steel bar 6 to the hole bottom of the internal thread 52 of the second sleeve 5, and tightly pushing the end head on the shoulder 51 of the second sleeve 5, screwing the second steel bar 6, wherein after the torque reaches a set screwing torque value, the length of the external thread 61 of the second steel bar 6 exposed at the outer end of the second sleeve 5 is not more than 2 screw pitches, so that the length conformance of the external thread 61 of the steel bar is conveniently checked and judged, and the quality conformance of the installation fit of the external thread 61 of the steel bar and the connecting thread of the second sleeve 5 is conveniently checked and judged;
hoisting a concrete member to be installed to a position where the concrete member is installed with another concrete member, fixing the relative positions of the two concrete members on the designed installation position, enabling connecting steel bars on the two concrete members to be basically coaxial and opposite, enabling second steel bars 6 and first steel bars 7 of the assembled sleeve to be installed to correspond one to one, enabling the axes of the steel bars to be basically coaxial, and enabling the ends of the first sleeve 1, the second sleeve 5 and the outer sleeve 2 to be opposite;
a tool wrench is inserted into the cross hole 33 of the ejector rod 3 and rotates the ejector rod 3, the extension length of the ejector rod 3 is increased, the end of the convex spherical surface 34 of the ejector rod enters the through hole in the shoulder 51 of the second sleeve 5 and is tightly propped against the end surface of the second steel bar 6, under the condition that the ejector rod 3 and the end surface of the second steel bar 6 are tightly propped, the wrench is used for rotating the lock nut 4 on the ejector rod 3, the lock nut 4 is tightly fastened on the end surface of the first sleeve 1, the lock nut 4 also assists in limiting the length of the ejector rod extending out of the inner end internal threaded hole, and the length is guaranteed not to be changed any more;
and finally, the outer sleeve 2 is sleeved with the second sleeve 5, the ejector rod 3 and the locking nut 4 and is connected with the external thread 11 of the first sleeve 1, the outer sleeve 2 rotates in the opposite direction of the thread connected with the first sleeve 1 and the first steel bar 7, the concave spherical surface 24 of the outer sleeve 2 is abutted against the convex spherical surface 53 of the second sleeve 5, tightening is continued until the tightening torque reaches a specified tightening torque value, and the connection of the second steel bar 6 and the first steel bar 7 is completed by the combined sleeve.
The technical advancement of the invention mainly comprises the following aspects:
1. the length of the thread processed by the steel bar is short, the precision is high, and the deformation performance of the joint is good. The principle is as follows: firstly, the thread processing length of the second steel bar 6 and the first steel bar 7 is the standard thread head length of common straight thread connection, the thread length is short, the thread processing precision is high, the thread connection of the second steel bar 6, the first steel bar 7, the second sleeve 5 and the first sleeve 1 is tightly propped against the shoulder 51 and the shoulder 12 at the bottom of the sleeve thread through the steel bar end heads, and the fit clearance of the two groups of thread pairs is greatly reduced; the ejector rod 3 is tightly propped against the end face of the second steel bar 6, the connecting thread of the ejector rod and the first sleeve 1 is tightly prepared through the lock nut 4, and the thread fit clearance of the ejector rod 4 and the first sleeve 1 is reduced; because first sleeve 1, ejector pin 3, lock mother 4, second reinforcing bar 6, the mutual back of pushing up of second sleeve 5, the relative position of first sleeve 1 and outer sleeve 2 can not change again, the outer sleeve 2 with the connecting thread of first sleeve 1 and under certain tightening torque effect, the thread clearance that outer sleeve 2 and first sleeve 1 screwed up through threaded connection reduces to very little. And the rotation directions of the external thread 11 of the first sleeve 1 and the external end internal thread hole 13 are opposite, so that the first reinforcing steel bar 7 and the thread matched with the first sleeve 1 in a screwing mode are prevented from loosening when the first sleeve 1 and the outer sleeve 2 are connected finally. The end of the ejector rod 3 is matched with the end face of the second steel bar 6 through the convex spherical surface 34, when the joint is pressed, the convex spherical surface 34 forms small deformation on the end face of the second steel bar 6 to obtain a larger contact area compared with other shape matching, so that the working face of the end part of the ejector rod 3 can be converted into surface contact after the combined sleeve joint is pressed, the bearing capacity of the contact face is greatly improved, and the generation of large pressure deformation can be avoided. Therefore, various mechanical clearances of all parts in the sleeve and the matching of the sleeve and the steel bar are small, the local plastic deformation which can be generated in the joint during bearing is small, and the deformation performance of the joint is obviously improved compared with the existing structure.
2. The installation is convenient and quick, and the strength performance of the joint is high. The principle is as follows: the connecting screw thread processed by connecting reinforcing steel bars at two ends is a standard screw head of the reinforcing steel bar, because the length of the screw thread is short, the number of the screw thread turns of the reinforcing steel bar and the sleeve are less, the installation is faster and more efficient than that of the joint adopting the lengthened screw head, after the connecting screw thread is matched and installed with the first sleeve 1 and the second sleeve 5, the length of the screw thread exposed outside the sleeve after the connection can be ensured not to exceed 2 screw pitches (2 screw threads), and therefore, the damage of the joint on the reinforcing steel bar under the limit bearing can be ensured. The existing joint adopting the lengthening wire head is very likely to be stretched and damaged at the lengthening wire head exposed outside the sleeve, and the maximum bearing capacity of the reinforcing steel bar cannot be exerted.
3. By utilizing spherical surface matching, the deformation performance of the joint of the steel bar with the coaxiality deviation can still meet the requirement. The principle is as follows: the combined sleeve forms spherical matching by the concave spherical surface 24 of the outer sleeve 2 and the convex spherical surface 53 of the second sleeve 5, the coaxiality deviation of the second steel bar 6 and the first steel bar 7 passes through the spherical matching of the second sleeve 5 and the outer sleeve 2, so that small-angle fold lines appear at the spherical hinge type node of the second steel bar 6 and the first steel bar 7, and the second sleeve 5 and the outer sleeve 2 have the same spherical radius, therefore, the spherical matching clearance is extremely small, and the surface contact for transmitting load can be always kept, therefore, the spherical matching position cannot deform under the action of repeated tension and compression load, the matching clearance cannot change, the deformation performance of the joint can still meet the specified performance requirement, and the deformation performance of the joint is obviously improved compared with the existing sleeves with the same purpose.
4. When the joints are connected, the quality of the sleeve installation combination can be checked and confirmed through appearance. The principle is as follows: the outer sleeve 2 is provided with a radial hole 25, whether the convex spherical surface 34 of the ejector rod 3 is in a correct working position can be observed through the radial hole 25, if a problem is found, the outer sleeve 2 can be screwed off, the ejector rod 3 can be readjusted, and the convex spherical surface 34 is guaranteed to be tightly propped against the end surface of the second steel bar 6, so that the control on the installation quality of the joint during engineering construction can be improved; in addition, when concrete at the connecting part is poured, partial cement paste can enter the mounting cavity 22 of the outer sleeve 2 from the radial hole 25 and attach to the periphery of the ejector rod 3 and the lock nut 4, and the possibility that the ejector rod 3 and the lock nut 4 are loosened when the concrete component is stressed is further reduced.
