Abstract

The invention provides an outward-expanding gas filtering device for the technical field of gas filtration, which structurally comprises a central cylinder, a filtering piece, an end cover, a plane thread disc part, a thread block part, an exhaust part and the like, wherein the central cylinder is arranged at the upper end of the filtering piece and penetrates through the interior of the filtering piece; the lower end of the filtering piece is in threaded connection with an end cover, and the end cover and the upper end of the central cylinder are symmetrically designed and arranged at two ends of the filtering piece; the planar threaded disc component and the threaded block component are arranged in the filter element, and the filter element is supported by the rotation of the axis of the planar threaded disc component and the action of the threaded block component, so that the problem of deformation of the filter element caused by the action of air flow is solved; the exhaust component is arranged at one end of the central cylinder body far away from the end cover and used for exhausting the filtered gas; the invention has simple structure and principle, can realize two-stage separation of impurity-containing gas, can play a supporting role on the filter screen in the process of filtering high-flow gas, prevents the filter screen from deforming and reduces the filtering cost.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of gas filtration, and particularly relates to an external expansion type gas filtering device.
Background
Gas storage, i.e., "vessels" that store natural gas; by "gas storage" (UGS) we refer generally to Underground reservoirs; the underground gas storage is an artificial gas field or a gas reservoir formed by reinjecting commodity natural gas conveyed by a long-distance pipeline into an underground space, and is generally built near a natural gas user city at the downstream;
for gas storage in a gas storage, the most important is to ensure the purity of gas, and the gas filtering becomes an indispensable flow, and the existing filtering mode is to pass the gas through a filter screen and filter out particulate matters in the gas for storage;
the filtering mode can cause the deformation and even damage of the filter screen due to larger airflow force for high-flow gas, so that particle impurities and gas are easily mixed again, and the cost of filtering and storing is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide an outward-expanding gas filtering device, which is intended to solve the problems in the background art.
The embodiment of the invention is realized in such a way that the outward-expanding gas filtering device mainly comprises a central cylinder, a filtering piece, an end cover and the like, wherein the central cylinder and the filtering piece as well as the filtering piece and the end cover are in threaded connection, and in addition, the device also comprises:
a planar threaded disc mounted inside the filter element, rotatable about its own axis and translating this movement into a radial movement of the transmission member (thread block and support plate);
the thread block is arranged in the sliding groove of the central cylinder, the upper surface of the thread block is provided with a thread groove which can be screwed with the thread groove of the plane thread disc, and when the plane thread disc rotates, the thread block moves along the radial direction under the action of radial force.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following technical effects:
firstly, after the central cylinder, the end cover and the filtering piece are connected in sequence, the plane thread coils the axis of the plane thread to rotate, so that the thread block generates radial displacement in the chute of the central cylinder and supports the inner wall surface of the filtering piece;
secondly, when the impurity-containing gas flows to the surface of the filter element, the impurity-containing gas is primarily filtered, when the gas entering the device is enriched to a certain degree, the gas enters the exhaust component and is secondarily filtered, and the gas after secondary filtration flows out from the exhaust port of the central cylinder.
The device structure and principle are simple, not only can realize the two-stage filtration that contains impurity gas, can also play effectual supporting role to filtering a piece surface.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the thread block member includes a first chute base 1b and a second chute base 1i, the first chute base 1b and the second chute base 1i are symmetrically disposed at both ends of the filter member 2, a positioning hole 1h is disposed at a side of the second chute base 1i away from the first chute base 1b, the positioning hole 1h is connected to the planar thread disc member, the first chute base 1b is mounted with a first chute 1d, the second chute base 1i is mounted with a second chute 1g, the first chute 1d and the second chute 1g are symmetrically mounted, and the first chute 1d and the second chute 1g are slidably connected to both ends of the support plate 3, respectively;
the first chute 1d and the second chute 1g are connected with the planar threaded disc part, so that the support plate 3 can make linear motion in the filter member 2 to support and expand the filter member 2;
positioning holes 1h, said positioning holes 1h being able to both provide for the positioning of said planar threaded disc 4 and also to provide a flow path for the gas entering the filter.
Preferably, the end of the central cylinder 1 remote from the filter element 2 is provided with a first connecting element 1a, which is provided with an external thread, which can be connected with a lower flange in the separation tank; the filter element 2 is mounted in the separation tank by the first and second connection pieces 1a and 4c so that the filter element 2 filters the fluid.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the flat threaded disc 4 is mounted inside the filter element 2, below the end cap 5, and its lower surface is designed with a flat spiral-shaped groove structure, which can be screwed with the threaded block 3 c; when the filter element 2 rotates around the axis thereof, the thread block groove 4b on one side close to the central cylinder 1 provides a space for the radial movement of the thread block 3c, and the thread block 3c is connected with the support plate 3 through a screw, and the support plate 3 is correspondingly expanded along the radial direction while the thread block 3c moves along the radial direction;
the screw block 3c is arranged on the central cylinder 1, the outer surface of the screw block 3c is designed with a sliding screw thread 3d which can be screwed with the plane screw thread disc 4 to convert the rotation motion of the plane screw thread disc 4 into the radial motion of the screw block 3 c;
preferably, the support plate 3 and the threaded block 3c are fastened together by screws, and the cross section of the support plate 3 is in the shape of a sector ring, and three of the support plates are installed in the filter element 2 and are spatially distributed at 120 °.
As shown in fig. 5, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, one side of the planar threaded disc 4 close to the central cylinder 1 is mounted with a positioning block 4a, the positioning block 4a is fitted with the positioning hole 1h, and the two are in clearance fit, one side of the planar threaded disc 4 close to the positioning block 4a is mounted with a threaded block groove 4b, and the threaded block groove 4b is in threaded connection with the threaded block 3 c; the side of the plane thread disc 4 far away from the filter element 2 is provided with a second connecting piece 4c, and the second connecting piece 4c is processed with an external thread which can be connected with an upper flange in the separating tank.
As shown in fig. 6, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a fixing thread 5a is provided on a side of the end cap 5 close to the filter element 2, and a fixing groove 5b is installed on an end of the end cap 5 far from the fixing thread 5 a;
the fixed thread 5a is screwed with the internal thread of the filter screen 2, and the filter screen 2 is fixedly arranged between the end cover 5 and the central cylinder 1 by rotating the end cover 5 and the central cylinder 1;
the fixing groove 5b may be a ring shape, a rectangular shape, or the like, and preferably, the fixing groove 5b is a ring shape, and the fixing groove 5b is used for facilitating a tool to apply torque to the end cover 5 so as to connect the end cover 5 with a separator.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 7, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for gas filtration, which uses the external-expansion gas filtration apparatus, and the method for gas filtration further comprises the following steps: by connecting the central cylinder 1, the end cap 5 and the filter element 2, the plane thread disc 4 rotates around an axis, so that the thread block 3c generates radial displacement in the plane thread disc to support the inner wall surface of the filter element 2; when the impurity-containing gas flows to the surface of the filter element 2, the impurity-containing gas is primarily filtered, when the gas entering the device is enriched to a certain degree, the impurity-containing gas enters the central cylinder 1, secondary filtration occurs, and the gas after secondary filtration flows out from the exhaust port 1e of the central cylinder 1; the device structure and principle are simple, not only can realize the two-stage separation that contains impurity gas, can also play effectual supporting role to filtering a piece surface.
In the embodiment of the invention, the method for filtering the gas comprises the following steps:
