Referring to fig. 1-3, fig. 1 and 2 show the structure of a phasor diagram analysis tool in an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 shows the structure of a mandrel assembly in an embodiment of the present invention; the present embodiment provides a phasor mapping analysis tool 100. the phasor mapping analysis tool 100 includes a panel 110, a mandrel assembly 120, a plurality of marking arrows 130, and a plurality of pointer lines 140.
Wherein the mandrel assembly 120 is connected to the panel 110 and is located at the center of the panel 110; the center of the panel 110 is used as a circle center, a plurality of scale marks 111 are radially arranged on the panel 110, and the scale marks 111 are distributed in an even included angle.
One end of each of the plurality of pointer lines 140 is connected to the mandrel assembly 120, the other end of each of the plurality of pointer lines 140 is connected to the plurality of mark arrows 130 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the plurality of mark arrows 130 are magnetically attracted to the panel 110.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment to this disclosure, when the panel 110 is disposed, it may be disposed in a disk shape, and such a manner that the center of the panel 110 coincides with the center of the plurality of scale lines 111; in other embodiments of the present invention, the panel 110 may be set to be square or in other shapes, and when a plurality of scale lines are set, the scale lines diverge to the periphery around the center of the panel 110.
The working principle of the phasor diagram plotting analysis tool 100 is:
since the graduation mark 111 is arranged around the center of the panel 110 and the mandrel assembly 120 is arranged at the center of the panel 110, any two adjacent marking arrows 130 and the pointer lines 140 connected with the marking arrows 130 can indicate different angles on the panel 110 by adjusting the positions where the marking arrows 130 are attached to the panel 110 and enabling the pointer lines 140 to be in a tightened state; that is, with the above-described structure, it is possible to draw a phasor diagram by adjusting the adsorption position of the marked arrow 130 with respect to the panel 110, thereby facilitating analysis of the phasor diagram.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic view of the indicator line in an extended state, and fig. 2 is a schematic view of the indicator line in a retracted state, in the present embodiment, in order to facilitate the storage and use of the phasor diagram plotting analysis tool 100, a plurality of indicator lines 140 are all stored in the mandrel assembly 120. And the spindle assembly 120 may adopt a manner of winding the pointer thread 140 in the process of receiving the pointer thread 140, so that after the length of each pointer thread 140 wound in the spindle assembly 120 is adjusted, the length of the expanded section of each pointer thread 140 is adjusted, that is, the length of the expanded pointer thread 140 along the direction of the graduation mark 111 can be adjusted, so that the length between the marking arrow 130 connected with the graduation mark 111 and the spindle assembly 120 can be adjusted.
In addition, in order to facilitate adjustment of the length of the pointer wire 140 when the pointer wire 140 is provided, the pointer wires 140 may be provided as elastic wires, that is, the pointer wire 140 may be stretched by the marked arrow 130 by an external force, and the length of the pointer wire 140 outside the mandrel assembly 120 may be adjusted by stretching the pointer wire 140 without adjusting the length of the pointer wire 140 received in the mandrel assembly 120. It should be noted that, in the stretching process, in order to avoid the position of the mark arrow 130 on the panel 110 from being changed by the elastic restoring force of the pointer line 140 of the mark arrow 130, the mark arrow 130 and the panel 110 are disposed, and when the pointer line 140 is stretched, the elastic restoring force of the pointer line 140 is smaller than the friction force between the contact surface of the mark arrow 130 and the panel 110 when the mark arrow 130 is magnetically attracted to the panel 110.
Further, referring to fig. 1-3, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the spindle assembly 120 to receive a plurality of pointer wires 140 when the spindle assembly 120 is disposed, there are various structural arrangements, in the embodiment, the spindle assembly 120 includes a mounting shaft 121, a coil spring 122 and a rotating sleeve 123, the mounting shaft 121 is connected to the panel 110, and an axis of the mounting shaft 121 coincides with a center line of the panel 110; the rotating sleeve 123 is rotatably connected with the mounting shaft 121 through a coil spring 122; one end of each of the plurality of pointer lines 140 is connected to the rotary sleeve 123.
That is, since one end of each of the plurality of pointer threads 140 is connected to the rotating sleeve 123, the rotating sleeve 123 is connected to the mounting shaft 121 via the coil spring 122, and the coil spring 122 can provide a restoring force for rotating the rotating sleeve 123 with respect to the mounting shaft 121, the plurality of pointer threads 140 can be accommodated in the rotating sleeve 123 by the coil spring 122, and the plurality of pointer threads 140 can be wound around the rotating sleeve 123 by the rotation of the rotating sleeve 123 by the coil spring 122 after the external force of the pointer threads 140 by the mark arrow 130 disappears. Thus, during use, a certain restoring force can be applied to the drawn-out portion of the pointer wire 140 by the coil spring 122, so that it can be ensured that the stretched pointer wire 140 portion can be kept in a tightened state for angle indication.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the mandrel assembly 120 includes a mounting shaft 121, a plurality of coil springs 122, and a plurality of rotating sleeves 123, the mounting shaft 121 is connected to the faceplate 110, and an axis of the mounting shaft 121 coincides with a center line of the faceplate 110, and the plurality of rotating sleeves 123 are sequentially arranged along an axial direction of the mounting shaft 121; the plurality of rotating sleeves 123, the plurality of coil springs 122 and the pointer wires 140 are in one-to-one correspondence, and each rotating sleeve 123 is rotatably connected with the mounting shaft 121 through the corresponding coil spring 122; one end of each of the plurality of pointer lines 140 is connected to the corresponding rotary sleeve 123. That is, the plurality of pointer wires 140, the plurality of coil springs 122, and the plurality of rotating sleeves 123 correspond one to one, so that the extension length and the receiving length of each pointer wire 140 can be independently adjusted, thereby facilitating the drawing of the phasor diagram.
Further, based on the above-mentioned manner, in order to prevent the stretched pointer wire 140 from being involved into the mandrel assembly 120 by the restoring force of the coil spring 122 when the marker arrow 130 is magnetically attracted to the panel 110, the restoring force of the coil spring 122 can be made smaller than the frictional force when the plurality of marker arrows 130 are magnetically attracted to the panel 110 when the coil spring 122 is provided; in other embodiments of the present invention, the mandrel assembly 120 further includes a limiting member movably connected to the mounting shaft 121, and the limiting member is used for limiting the rotation of the rotating sleeve 123 relative to the mounting shaft 121.
Further, in the present embodiment, when the mark arrows 130 and the panel 110 are disposed, in order to make the mark arrows 130 and the panel 110 have magnetic attraction, the plurality of mark arrows 130 are made of a magnetic material, and the panel 110 is made of a metal material; or panel 110 is made of a magnetic material and plurality of labeled arrows 130 is made of a metallic material; or the plurality of marker arrows 130 are made of a magnetic material and the panel 110 is made of a magnetic material.
Further, in the present embodiment, in order to facilitate the analysis of the plotted phasor diagram, the plurality of marked arrows 130 includes six marked arrows 130, and the plurality of pointer lines 140 includes six pointer lines 140; and the six labeled arrows 130 include two red labeled arrows 130, two green labeled arrows 130, and two yellow labeled arrows 130. In addition, when six pointer lines 140 are provided, the six pointer lines 140 may include two red pointer lines 140, two green pointer lines 140, and two yellow pointer lines 140, and the pointer lines 140 of the same color are connected to the mark arrow 130.
In summary, the phasor drawing and analyzing tool 100 can be used for teaching demonstration by magnetically attracting the panel 110 to the white (black) of teaching during use, or can be placed on the table for daily practice and practice examinations.
In the using process, according to the actually measured data, the angles among the plurality of mark arrows 130 are adjusted by adjusting the adsorption positions of the mark arrows 130 on the panel 110, so that a phasor diagram can be drawn, and a calculation formula is written by means of an integrated tablet, a calculator and other tools to calculate data such as actual power.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
