The shape of the cam 14 is strictly designed according to the rotary cutting process requirements and the mechanism parameters, the rotary cutting thickness of the cam 14 is linearly related to the rotary cutting linear speed, the rotary cutting thickness does not change along with the rotary cutting diameter, the control procedure is simplified, and the fault is low and the precision is high. The cam swing mechanism is used as a passive speed limiting and regulating device, when the working feed suddenly impacts, the roller 15 and the cam 14 can be separated from contact and force is removed, and then the working feed is immediately switched into, so that the inconvenience caused by overload fault parking of the frequency converter is avoided.

Further, the oil cylinder 11 is connected with an overflow valve. The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the cam 14 rotates anticlockwise, the oil cylinder 11 pushes the rocker arm 10 to swing anticlockwise, the connecting rod 8 drives the double-roller seat 7 or the tool holder 2 which can do reciprocating linear motion along the track on the rack 1 to move forward, and the cam 14 and the rocker arm 10 change the rotating direction to move back.
