A copper and/or silver series sterilized medical consumable is prepared from copper and/or silver series sterilized non-woven fabric.

Claims (5)

1. The copper and/or silver series sterilization medical consumable and the manufacturing method thereof are characterized in that the medical consumable comprises: the dressing/surgical towel/brain surgical towel/abdomen pad is fused with a copper sterilizing agent which is formed by one or a plurality of combinations of glass nano powder or particles of silver-loaded sodium zirconium hydroxy phosphate of simple substance copper, copper oxide, cuprous oxide, copper salt and silver ions, the copper sterilizing agent with the weight percentage of 1.8 percent to 40 percent is correspondingly doped into 93 percent to 40 percent of polymer, terylene, polypropylene fiber, acrylic fiber, nylon or spandex nano powder or master batch one by one, 5 percent to 10 percent of compatilizer, 0.1 percent to 6 percent of dispersant and 0.1 percent to 4 percent of antioxidant are added, the sum of the components of the raw materials is 100 percent and the mixture is put into a high-speed mixer to be mixed for 2 to 10 minutes, and the mixture is put into a melting screw extruder, the processing temperature is 160-320 ℃, the rotating speed of a screw is 180-800 r/min, and copper series sterilized terylene, copper series sterilized polypropylene fiber, copper series sterilized acrylic fiber, copper series sterilized nylon or copper series sterilized sodium spandex melt which are uniformly dispersed, highly compatible and mutually adhered are respectively formed through melting, the melt index of the melt index is 0.8-40g/10min, the compatilizer is polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride (PP-g-MAH), the melt index of the compatilizer is 1-150g/10min, the grafting rate is 0.5-1%, the dispersant is organic wax or stearic acid amide, the dispersant can be any single component or a mixed component, the organic wax and the stearic acid amide, the organic wax comprises polyethylene wax, and the proportion of the mixed component is 0.1-99.9%; the antioxidant is a hindered phenol antioxidant or is compounded with a phosphite antioxidant, the hindered phenol antioxidant is 1010, the hindered phenol antioxidant and the phosphite antioxidant are compounded at a ratio of 1:1 of 1010/168, copper series sterilization polymer or copper series sterilization terylene or copper series sterilization polypropylene fiber or copper series sterilization acrylic fiber or copper series sterilization nylon or sterilization spandex are respectively formed through melting, the copper series sterilization polymer non-woven fabric or copper series sterilization terylene non-woven fabric or copper series sterilization polypropylene fiber non-woven fabric is prepared through extrusion and high-temperature high-pressure spinning;
wherein the polymer comprises: polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, styrene-butadiene-acrylonitrile, and the like.

The copper and/or silver series sterilized medical supplies and the manufacturing method thereof according to claim 1, wherein: the raw material of the copper and/or silver series sterilized non-woven fabric coiled material with various width specifications is prepared by slitting and rolling copper and/or silver series sterilized polymer non-woven fabrics or copper and/or silver series sterilized polyester non-woven fabrics or copper and/or silver series sterilized polypropylene non-woven fabrics according to the manufacturing process of medical dressing/surgical towel/brain surgical towel/abdominal pad.

5. A copper and/or silver series sterilization medical consumable is characterized in that: the dressing/surgical towel/brain surgical towel/abdomen pad of the copper and/or silver series sterilized medical consumable is made of copper and/or silver series sterilized non-woven fabrics.
