As shown in fig. 1-4, the present invention provides a portable throat swab collection and isolation workbench, which comprises a workbench surface 1, wherein two sides of the workbench surface 1 are respectively provided with an upright post 2, and the upright posts 2 are provided with a first rail 41; and a transparent isolation plate 3, wherein an operation port 31 is formed in the middle of the isolation plate 3, and the isolation plate 3 is arranged in the first track 41 in an inserted manner. The operation port with the proper size is formed in the isolation plate, so that spray and aerosol sprayed out of the oral cavity of the collection object can be effectively prevented from contacting medical care personnel, and the medical care personnel can be effectively protected. The size of the operation opening 31 is set to be 40-65mm, preferably, the size of the operation opening 31 is set to be 50mm, and the size of the operation opening set by the embodiment can provide the best protection effect under the condition that the operation of medical staff is not influenced. Of course, in the present embodiment, one operation port is provided, but the present invention is not limited to the above arrangement, and two or more operation ports may be provided on the isolation board to adapt to simultaneous operation of a plurality of medical care personnel. Of course, the number of the operation openings is not so large in consideration of the protection effect, and two operation openings are preferably provided. In addition, because the division board adopts the form setting of pegging graft, make whole device assemble easily and dismantle to convenient storage, transport and transportation, especially when extensive pharynx swab is gathered, the effect is more obvious. Referring to fig. 1-4 and 13-14, a magnifying glass 36 is disposed on the upper side of the operation opening 31 for facilitating observation by the medical staff; specifically, the magnifying glass 36 and the isolation plate 3 are integrally formed. Through setting up the magnifying glass, make things convenient for medical personnel to observe the oral cavity condition by the collection object, avoid causing the discomfort to the collection object at the process of gathering. And through setting up magnifying glass and division board integrated into one piece, not only convenient manufacturing like this also conveniently accomodate and transport simultaneously. However, without being limited to the above arrangement, as shown in fig. 14, a through hole may be provided in the spacer, and the magnifying lens 36 may be fitted in the through hole by interference fit. The whole structure is simple, and the manufacture and the assembly are convenient. Specifically, the magnifying lens 36 includes a housing 361 and a lens 362, and the lens 362 is mounted in the housing 361. As shown in fig. 14, the inner periphery of the housing 361 is provided with a track 3611 having an arc-shaped cross section, and the outer periphery of the lens 362 is provided with a contour 3621 matching the track 3611 having an arc-shaped cross section. The arc-shaped track is adopted, so that the angle of the lens can be conveniently adjusted, and the oral cavity adjusting device can be suitable for different medical workers, and the condition in the oral cavity can be observed more easily. Meanwhile, a stopping part 3612 is arranged at the edge of the arc track 3611, so that the angle adjustment of the lens is limited to a certain extent, and the lens is prevented from being separated from the track in the adjusting process. Of course, the arrangement of the magnifying glass is not limited to the above manner, and an adjusting arm may be further provided, and the magnifying glass is arranged on the adjusting arm to achieve the same function, which is not described herein again.
Furthermore, when the pharyngeal swab is collected on site at night, the light is dim, and the collection work of medical staff is not facilitated. Therefore, the invention also arranges the lighting device 37 on the isolation plate 3 to provide lighting for medical staff at night, thereby being convenient for observing the condition in the oral cavity. As shown in fig. 9-11, the present invention provides an illumination device on one side of the collected area, i.e. toward the collected object, and preferably provides an illumination device 37 matching with the shape of the outer periphery of the operation opening 31, the illumination device has a transparent lampshade and a lamp bead 371 located in the lampshade, the lamp bead 371 preferably adopts an LED lamp, the LED has small size, very low power consumption, long service life, high brightness and low heat, and is very suitable for the illumination device in the present embodiment. Of course, the lighting device can be arranged at other positions to provide lighting without influencing the operation of the medical staff. As shown in fig. 10, a light strip 39 is provided on the two side columns 2 in a direction perpendicular to the work surface 1, and similarly, the light strip is provided with a transparent lampshade and a light bead 391 located in the lampshade, and the light bead 391 preferably adopts an LED lamp. The lamp strip is arranged on the upright post, so that the operation of medical personnel is not hindered, and a large-range illumination can be provided. Wherein the lighting device is powered by an additional power source (not shown in the figure), and those skilled in the art should understand that the power source is disposed at a position that does not affect the operation, such as the lower side of the working table, or the upright column, and the description thereof is omitted here.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, a collecting device for stopping the spray is further provided on the partition board 3 on the side facing the object to be collected; the collecting device comprises a mounting seat 33 fixedly arranged on the upright post 2, a roller 34 is arranged on the mounting seat 33, and a protective film 35 is arranged on the roller 34; a protective film placing seat 32 is correspondingly arranged on the separating plate 3, and a groove 321 for installing the protective film is also arranged on the placing seat 32. As shown in fig. 4, the protective film 35 is sequentially provided with tear tapes 352 along the length direction, so that the whole protective film can be formed by a plurality of unit protective films 351, the tear tapes 352 are perpendicular to the length direction of the protective film 35, the distance between two tear tapes is greater than or equal to the length of the protective film placing seat 32, and the protective film is further provided with small holes 353 corresponding to the operation openings. The mode of tearing the strip is adopted, and the protective film is torn off after being used, so that the method is simple and convenient. During the use, the last protective film of pull cylinder is fixed to the recess on placing the seat with the protective film both ends to along recess direction pull, after protective film pull to suitable position, fixed the protective film to placing the seat on, can carry out pharynx swab collection work this moment. Referring to fig. 3-4 and 12, to facilitate pharyngeal swab collection, the present invention also provides a cradle 38 on one side of the collected area for supporting the chin of the subject to be collected, thereby facilitating collection by the medical practitioner while providing some comfort to the subject. Specifically, the bracket 38 is disposed on the work surface 1 and located at one side of the collected region 7, and includes a base 384 fixedly mounted on the work surface 1, a connecting column 382 cooperatively connected with the base 384, the connecting column 382 is connected with a support plate 381 through a spherical hinge, and the support plate 381 is used for supporting the chin of the collected object. Furthermore, in order to improve the adaptability of the bracket, a plurality of annular fixing grooves are formed in the lower side of the connecting column 382, a base for installing a positioning pin 383 is arranged on the base 384, and the height of the supporting plate 381 can be adjusted through the positioning pin 383, so that the bracket is suitable for different people. And, the angle that adopts spherical hinge to make the layer board can be adjusted is wider, and adaptability is better. Of course, instead of a ball-and-socket joint, the connecting post 382 may be directly integral with the support plate 381, preferably with a ball-and-socket joint.
Secondly, the foldable supporting device is arranged on the working table top. As shown in fig. 1 to 8, foldable support devices 5 are arranged on both sides of the work table 1, and the support devices 5 are connected with the work table 1 in a plugging manner. Specifically, the support device comprises a support leg 51, a base 52 and a connecting plate 53. The support leg 51 is connected to the base 52 in a hinged manner, specifically, via a pivot 521. The connecting plate 53 is fixedly disposed on the side surface of the base 52, the connecting plate may be integrally formed with the base, or may be fixedly connected by a screw connection or other fixing methods, in this embodiment, a shaft hole is used for realizing the fixing connection in an interference fit manner, wherein the shaft and the hole are respectively disposed on the base and the connecting plate. In addition, as shown in fig. 1-2, the present embodiment has two connecting plates symmetrically disposed on the left and right sides of the base. Referring to fig. 7, the present embodiment has several protrusions 512 fixed on the upper part of the supporting leg, and several matching grooves 522 on the base. During assembly, the protrusion 512 is inserted into the groove 522 for positioning, and then the rotating shaft 521 is inserted into the holes respectively arranged at the lower part of the protrusion 512 and the base, so as to complete the assembly of the protrusion 512 and the base.
In addition, referring to fig. 6 to 8, the supporting device 5 further comprises an elastic member 54, and the elastic member 54 is used for adjusting the angle of the supporting leg 51; specifically, a plurality of elastic hooks 511 are arranged on the side of the supporting leg 51, correspondingly, an installation part 531 is arranged on the lower part of the connecting plate, the installation part 531 is provided with a closed hole, and an opening 5111 is arranged on one side of the elastic hook 511, which is far away from the working table surface 1. The elastic member 54 is a substantially U-shaped elastic member, and a transverse connecting portion (not shown) is disposed at an upper portion thereof, and the connecting portion is inserted into a closed hole of the mounting portion 531, so that one end of the elastic member 54 is hinged to the connecting plate 53. Meanwhile, the other end of the elastic piece 54 is hooked into an opening 5111 formed in one side, which is far away from the workbench surface 1, of the elastic hooks 511 arranged on the side surface of the supporting leg 51, so that the connection between the elastic piece and the supporting leg is realized. Adopt a plurality of elastic hook can adjust the angle that the supporting leg opened to the outside to can adjust isolating device's height, with the adaptability that improves the device. And simultaneously, the stability of the whole device can be improved. The opening 5111 is arranged on the side away from the working table, and is convenient for the installation of the elastic piece, and when the elastic piece 54 is used, the elastic piece is directly pressed into the corresponding hook. Furthermore, since the support legs 51 are opened outward, the elastic hook 511 is pulled upward by the elastic member 54, thereby preventing the elastic member 54 from being separated from the elastic hook 511, and improving the stability of the device.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the rail 41 is used for installing and fixing the partition board along the length direction of the work table, however, the above-mentioned arrangement is not limited, and side plates or top plates and the like on both sides of the rail installation may be additionally provided. As shown in fig. 10, a rail 42 perpendicular to the work table 1 and the partition plate 3 is additionally provided on the column 2, the rail 42 communicates with the rail 41, and the cross section in the direction parallel to the work table 1 is "L" shaped. Therefore, the top plate 3-1 and the isolation plate 3 can be integrally formed, namely the top plate 3-1 and the isolation plate 3 are in an inverted L shape, the side plates 3-2 on two sides are inserted along the rails 42 to complete the installation of the side plates 3-2, and meanwhile, the isolation plate 3 is directly inserted along the rails 41 perpendicular to the working table surface to complete the installation of the isolation plate and the top plate. Or the top plate 3-1, the side plates 3-2 on the two sides and the isolation plate 3 can be integrally formed, and the isolation plate and the side plates are inserted along the rails 41 and 42 perpendicular to the working table surface to complete the installation of the top plate, the side plates on the two sides and the isolation plate. In addition, as shown in fig. 3, a storage groove 14 is further formed on one side of the collected area 7, and similarly, a ring-shaped groove is further formed around the storage groove 14, and a pressing cover matched with the shape of the ring-shaped groove is used for installing a flexible bag, which can be a plastic bag or a paper bag and the like, and the flexible bag is mainly used for facilitating the collected object to tear off a protective film used by the collected object conveniently after the sample collection is completed and placed in the flexible bag.
When there is a need for pharyngeal swab collection, the isolation panels, countertops, support devices, etc. of the present invention may be separately housed and transported to a collection site. When the isolating device is used, medical staff firstly inserts the supporting device on the workbench surface, and simultaneously the elastic piece is connected with one of the elastic hooks, so that the isolating device is adjusted to be in proper height. Meanwhile, the isolation plates are inserted into the corresponding tracks, so that protection is provided for medical staff. The two storage boxes and the flexible bag are respectively fixed in the storage slots matched with the two storage boxes, so that the assembly of the isolation device is completed rapidly.
