Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an oral cleaning tool, in particular to an oral cleaning tool with a detection function.
Background
Personalized medical diagnosis and treatment are important directions of current precise medical development, and the microfluidic chip can integrate operation units such as sample reaction, detection and the like in the medical analysis process into a micron-scale chip, so that the microfluidic chip is concerned in the research of a noninvasive monitoring sensor. The glucose level in saliva is correlated with blood glucose, and conventional blood glucose monitoring relies on the daily collection of blood from diabetics, and the pain and risk of infection during sampling makes it difficult for many diabetics to monitor their glucose levels in the body on time. The average concentration of urea in the oral environment of healthy people is generally 3-10 mmol.L-1Can be continuously secreted from saliva and gingival crevicular fluid, and can be rapidly hydrolyzed by urease produced by oral bacteria to generate CO2And NH3。NH3After dissolving in water, an alkaline substance is produced, thereby neutralizing the acid produced by glycolysis of the grapes in the oral cavity and raising the pH value in the oral environment. Urease is a substance existing inThe metal binding enzyme in various prokaryotes and eukaryotes has urease activity in oral cavity, and the bacteria capable of decomposing urea include various bacteria such as streptococcus, helicobacter pylori and the like. The important influence of the decomposition of urea on the pathogenic mechanism of microbes in the oral environment is closely related to the health and the occurrence and prevention of oral diseases and dental caries. And the oral cleaning tool based on the microfluidic chip is developed, so that the in-vivo salivary glucose level, the pH level, the bacterial metabolism level and the like can be monitored in a non-invasive manner, and a plurality of clinical problems can be solved.
Chinese patent application publication No. CN 104705996A discloses an intelligent toothbrush, which comprises a toothbrush handle, bristles and a health analysis system. The toothbrush handle comprises a toothbrush head and a holding part. The health analysis system comprises a saliva analysis chip, a controller and a memory. The bristles are arranged on the toothbrush head and used for adsorbing saliva to enable the saliva to be in full contact with the saliva analysis chip. The saliva analysis chip is located inside the toothbrush head, is connected with the bristles, and the front face of the saliva analysis chip faces the bristles. A health parameter range is stored in the memory. The controller is used for receiving the detection analysis data, storing the analysis data in a memory, and comparing the obtained analysis data with the health parameter range so as to know whether the user is healthy or not. The invention can make the user know the physical condition while brushing teeth, so as to take preventive and therapeutic measures in time.
However, the apparatus mainly has the following problems: (1) the application limits the saliva analysis chip to a capillary electrophoresis system and a mass spectrometer, and has complex structure and poor stability; (2) the device detects the molecular weight of macromolecular compounds such as protein, sugar in saliva, and the detection object is less.

Preferably, a one-way micro valve is arranged in the micro channel, and the resistance of the reverse flow in the micro channel is far greater than the resistance of the forward flow by the one-way micro valve.
Preferably, the microfluidic chip is made of PMMA, PDMS, glass, paper, and a high molecular polymer material.
Preferably, an electronic chip, a paper chip, a reagent, test paper or hydrogel is arranged in the detection bin;
preferably, the toothbrush body is a finger toothbrush, a common toothbrush, an electric toothbrush, a dental floss, a dental tray, an interdental brush, a tooth flusher, a toothpick, a retainer, a brush holder, a brush handle,cushion, tooth protector's body.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the detection head is provided with a microfluidic chip and comprises a detection bin, and a detection device in the detection bin can be an electronic chip, a paper chip, a reagent, test paper, hydrogel and the like, so that the structure is reasonable;
(2) the micro-channel is internally provided with the one-way micro-valve, the resistance of the reverse flow in the micro-channel is far greater than the resistance of the forward flow by the one-way micro-valve, when a component to be detected in the oral cavity enters the micro-channel, the component can smoothly reach the detection bin without flowing out reversely, and a reagent in the detection bin cannot flow out;
(3) the detection of the invention is not only the molecular weight, structure and the like of macromolecular compounds such as protein, sugar and the like in saliva, but also the content thereof and metabolites of microorganisms in oral cavity and human body, such as proteinEnzymes, macromolecules, etc. and ions contained in saliva, e.g. potassium sodium calcium, etc., and gas molecules, e.g. O2NO, and dental plaque;
(4) the invention has wider detection range, can detect related substances of oral diseases such as caries, periodontal disease and the like, can also detect related substances of diseases such as diabetes, chronic gastritis (helicobacter pylori infection) and the like, and has more pertinence and wider application range.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
The invention provides an oral cleaning tool with a detection function, which is provided with a toothbrush body 1, wherein the toothbrush body 1 is provided with a detection head part 2, a bristle part 3 and a handle part (optional); the detection head part 1 is provided with a micro-fluidic chip 4, the micro-fluidic chip 4 consists of a micro-channel 5, a sample inlet 6 and a detection bin 7, the sample inlet 6 of the micro-fluidic chip 4 is communicated with the outside, and the micro-channel 5 is connected with the sample inlet 6 and the detection bin 7; the brush hair part 3 is composed of at least 6 flexible cylinders; a detection circuit board and a battery can be installed in the detection head part 2 or the handle part; the microfluidic chip 4 is made of PMMA, PDMS, glass, paper and high polymer materials; the number of the microfluidic chips 4 can be 1 or more; an electronic chip, a paper chip, a reagent, test paper, hydrogel and the like are arranged in the detection bin 7; the detection bin 7 can be closed or open, reagents in the closed detection bin cannot be replaced, and reagents in the open detection bin can be replaced; the battery can supply energy to the detection circuit board and the chip in the detection bin; the micro-channel 5 is internally provided with a one-way micro-valve (not shown in the figure) for conveying samples and separatingScreening and the like; the one-way micro valve can make the resistance of reverse flow be greater than the resistance of forward flow far away in the microchannel, wait to detect the composition and get into and can arrive smoothly after the microchannel when the oral cavity inside and detect the storehouse, can not backward flow, detect the inside reagent in storehouse moreover and can not flow yet. By way of illustration, a tesla valve may be used for the one-way microvalve. The toothbrush body of the invention is a finger toothbrush, a common toothbrush, an electric toothbrush, a dental floss, a dental tray, an interdental brush, a tooth flusher, a toothpick, a retainer, a toothbrush handle, a,Cushion, tooth protector's body.
When in use, the brush hair and the long axis of the tooth form an angle of 45 degrees and point to the direction of the root tip (the upper teeth are upward, the lower teeth are downward). According to the gum-tooth junction area, one part of the bristles enters the gingival sulcus, the other part of the bristles is paved on the gingival margin and extends into the adjacent gap as far as possible, and the bristles horizontally vibrate for 4-5 times in the front-back direction in a short distance in the original position by using soft pressure. The toothbrush moves only about 1mm during vibration, brushing 2-3 teeth each time. When the toothbrush is used for brushing teeth, substances in the oral cavity enter the micro-channel from the sample inlet at the top of the toothbrush and finally reach the reaction bin to generate related detection reaction. The user can check the test result (color change, data transmission, etc.) in the reaction chamber, and the molecular weight, structure, content, metabolite of microbe in oral cavity and human body, such as protein, enzyme, macromolecule, etc., ion contained in saliva, such as potassium, sodium, calcium, etc., and gas molecule, such as O2NO, and plaque, etc., to further detect related diseases.
