Background
The motor controller is an integrated circuit which controls the motor to work according to the set direction, speed, angle and response time through active work. The simplest motor controller is a switch that connects the motor to a power source, such as a small household appliance or power tool. The switch may be operated manually or the motor may be automatically started or stopped using a relay or contactor connected to some sensor. The switch may have different selectable positions to allow the motor to be connected to the power source in different ways, which may include reducing the voltage at the start of the motor, reversing the operation, or selecting different speeds. Small controllers may omit overload and overcurrent protection devices, where external overcurrent protection circuitry is used to prevent excessive current flow, and small motors have built-in overload protection, which automatically opens to prevent overload. Larger motors may incorporate overload or temperature sensing relays in the controller, and fuses or circuit breakers to protect the machine from overcurrents, and may also include limit switches or other devices to protect the machine. The large motor controller integrates various circuit elements, so that the inside of the large motor controller can generate larger heat when in use, the existing large motor controller has poor heat dissipation effect, the internal elements of the controller are easily damaged due to overhigh heat generated by the controller when in use, the noise of the controller is larger when in use, and the noise reduction effect is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of high noise and poor noise reduction effect generated when a controller works, and aims to provide a noise-reducing and temperature-reducing motor controller.

operating panel installs at the box lateral part, the controller body is located inside the box, the control box body passes through the wire with operating panel and is connected, four corners department is fixed with first bracing piece respectively on the inside bottom surface of box, independently is fixed with first rubber buffer on every first bracing piece, the second bracing piece is fixed respectively in controller body outside bottom surface four corners department, independently installs the second rubber buffer on every second bracing piece, box internally mounted has the support frame, be fixed with a piston section of thick bamboo on the support frame, first rubber buffer and second rubber buffer all are located inside the piston section of thick bamboo, be equipped with buffer spring between first rubber buffer and the second rubber buffer, leave the clearance between box and the control box body, it has the coolant liquid to fill in the clearance.
Further, controller body lateral part is equipped with vertical guide slot, slidable mounting has the locating lever in the vertical guide slot, equidistant connecting seat that is equipped with on the locating lever, articulated on every connecting seat be connected with head rod and second connecting rod, and the head rod end of the connection on the same locating lever is connected on first vaulting pole, and the second connecting rod end of connecting on the same locating lever is connected on the second vaulting pole, be equipped with the constant head tank on the box inside wall, first vaulting pole and the second vaulting pole of connecting on the same locating lever are located same constant head tank, be equipped with traction spring between head rod and the second connecting rod, the ring cover has the buffering gum cover on first vaulting pole and the second vaulting pole respectively.
Further, controller body lateral part is equipped with radiating fin, radiating fin runs through inside controller body lateral wall stretches into to the controller body, radiating fin is located and is equipped with horizontal spout on the outside part of control body, slidable mounting has the horizon bar in the horizontal spout, be equipped with the extrusion spring between horizon bar and the controller body, be located and be equipped with the bar groove on the head rod and the second connecting rod of locating lever the top respectively, be fixed with spacing projection on the horizon bar, spacing projection is located the bar groove.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the controller body is supported by the first support rod, the second support rod, the first rubber plug, the second rubber plug and the piston cylinder, so that the controller body is positioned in the box body, a gap between the box body and the controller body is filled with cooling liquid, heat generated by the controller can be cooled by the cooling liquid, and the controller body is wrapped by the cooling liquid, so that noise generated when the controller body works can be absorbed by the cooling liquid, noise diffusion is reduced, and further, integral noise reduction is realized.

Utilize the rubber tube 71 to keep apart between operating panel 3 and the controller body 2, reduce the vibrations transmission of controller body 2, rubber tube 71 is connected with first connecting cylinder 64, second connecting cylinder 68 again and can plays sealed effect, avoids the coolant liquid adhesion on the wire of being connected between controller body 2 and operating panel 3.
The bottom of the box body 1 is provided with a supporting foot rest 72.
