Design method of visual wire harness power distribution model
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobiles, and particularly relates to a design method of a visual wiring harness power distribution model.
Background
The automobile wire harness is a network main body of an automobile circuit, and the automobile circuit does not exist without the wire harness. In modern automobiles, electronic control systems are in close relationship with wiring harnesses. Comparing the functions of the ECU, the sensors, and the actuators with the human body, it can be said that the ECU corresponds to the human brain, the sensors correspond to the sense organs, and the actuators correspond to the locomotor organs. Obviously, the brain and various organs of the human body have no nerves and blood vessels, and the hands and feet of the human body can not play the due functions. With the increasing requirements on safety, comfort and environmental protection of automobiles, the number of circuits and power consumption on automobiles are remarkably increased, and how to more effectively and reasonably arrange a large number of wire harnesses in a limited automobile space becomes a problem in the automobile manufacturing industry.
The conventional wiring harness power distribution design method needs to design a power distribution diagram independently and calculate power distribution independently, and the method can complete power distribution design by combining two files, so that the time is wasted, the efficiency is low, and the visibility and the transportability are poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a design method of a visual wiring harness power distribution model, which integrates a power distribution drawing and a power distribution calculation method, and simultaneously increases parameters such as load types, three current type designs, functional importance, current load rate and the like, thereby greatly increasing the visibility, transportability and considered dimension of power distribution design and solving the problems of the existing wiring harness power distribution design method.
The technical scheme of the invention is described as follows by combining the attached drawings:
a design method of a visual wiring harness power distribution model, wherein the visual wiring harness power distribution model is composed of a left-side power distribution diagram and a right-side information table, and the design method comprises the following steps:
step one, establishing a component symbol library;
secondly, carrying out partition design according to the power supply grade and by combining a distribution box;
thirdly, calling fuses and relays in the component symbol library, arranging the fuses and the relays in loops where loads are located according to the principle of an electrical system, and connecting the fuses and the relays to form a power distribution diagram on the left side of the visual wiring harness power distribution model;
step four, establishing a load information area, namely an information circuit diagram on the right side of the visual wiring harness power distribution model, wherein parameters in the area comprise: load name, current value, functional importance, load characteristics, continuous current value, and maximum current value;
step five, calculating the weighting results of the load current and the load through the load information area established in the step four;
and step six, selecting the types and the numerical values of the fuse and the relay according to the result of the step five.
And the component symbol library in the first step comprises a relay and a fuse.
The specific method of the second step is as follows: the power supply is classified into three stages, a primary power supply is a storage battery, and the power supply is divided into 4 paths, namely a generator, a main distribution box, a starter and an EPS (electric power storage) according to the current value and the functional use of a secondary load; the secondary power supply is a main distribution box and transmits electric energy to the instrument panel distribution box and the parallel electric appliances according to the function and the area setting of the secondary load; the tertiary power source is a panel distribution box and distributes electric energy to related loads in a panel area.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, a power distribution drawing and a power distribution calculation method are fused, parameters such as a load type, three current type designs, functional importance, a current load rate and the like are increased, and the visibility, the transportability and the considered dimension of the power distribution design are greatly increased.
