3) The system comprises an off-line main engine alternating current lubricating oil pump, an empty side and hydrogen side alternating current sealing oil pump of a generator, an off-line main engine jigger, a main engine top shaft oil pump, a water supply pump small machine alternating current lubricating oil pump and a draught fan small machine alternating current lubricating oil pump.
4) The system comprises a starting main machine direct-current lubricating oil pump, a sealing oil empty side and hydrogen side direct-current oil pump, a water supply pump small machine direct-current lubricating oil pump, a draught fan small machine direct-current lubricating oil pump and other direct-current oil pumps.
5) Starting timing after the on-load starting of the storage battery pack is finished, wherein the test time is not less than 90min;
6) The test process should record the power supply voltage drop of the storage battery in detail, and record the power supply current of the storage battery, the current of each direct-current oil pump, the oil pressure of the outlet of each direct-current oil pump, the running condition of the UPS system and the like.
7) And evaluating the test result after the test is finished. The evaluation criteria were: each direct-current oil pump is started normally, working oil pressure is normal, UPS is operated normally, and the voltage drop value of the direct-current storage battery pack is not higher than 15% of rated voltage during a test period.
(3) The emergency starting test conditions of the important oil system of the steam turbine after the power failure of the security section are checked, and specific checking items comprise:
1) Ending the test of the load capacity of the diesel generator, wherein the design capacity of the diesel generator meets the requirements;
2) The grading scheme of the emergency starting of the diesel generator with load is determined, and the constant value of the electrical equipment is set according to the scheme;
3) Ending the test of the load capacity of the direct current storage battery pack, wherein the design capacity of the storage battery meets the requirement, and the voltage drops in a normal range during the load running period;
4) The test is preferably carried out before the first whole set of the unit is started;
5) The turbine lubricating oil system, the top shaft oil system, the sealing oil system, the water supply pump small machine lubricating oil system and the induced draft fan small machine lubricating oil system are normally put into operation, and the standby oil pump is put into operation in an interlocking way;
6) The important oil system interlocking test is completed completely and the action is correct;
7) The main machine rotor is in a static state;
8) The small machine rotor is in a static state;
9) The generator is not charged with hydrogen;
10 The self-starting interlocking of the diesel generator is completed and the action is correct.
After all the above test conditions are provided, the test is started according to the test method in the second step, and the specific test operation is as follows:
1) Checking that a main machine alternating current lubricating oil pump, a generator sealing oil alternating current oil pump, a main machine jackshaft oil pump, a water supply pump small machine alternating current oil pump and a draught fan small machine alternating current oil pump are all in normal operation, and putting a standby alternating current oil pump and a corresponding direct current oil pump interlocking button;
2) Stopping the main engine jigger, and keeping the top shaft oil pump running; stopping the small jigger and keeping the small top shaft pump running;
3) Checking that hydrogen is not filled in the generator, and sealing an oil system in the generator to normally operate;
4) Disconnecting the main incoming line power supply of the security A/B section, and confirming the instant power failure of the security A/B section;
5) Checking whether the diesel generator is normally started or not, and whether an important oil system of a security section of the diesel generator is normally operated according to design classification or not;
6) Checking whether the interlocking start of the direct-current oil pump is normal or not, and checking whether the oil pressure of the outlet of each oil pump is normal or not after the interlocking start.
7) The test process should record the delay time of starting the diesel generator, the stage starting interval time of each oil pump in the safety section, the oil pressure of each oil pump outlet, the voltage of the safety section, the current of the safety section, etc.
And evaluating the test result after the test is finished. The evaluation criteria were: after the power is lost in the safety section, the power supply is switched normally, the diesel generator is interlocked to act correctly, the on-load graded starting and running are normal, all the direct-current oil pumps are interlocked to start normally, the running parameters are stable, and the voltage drop value of the storage battery pack is not higher than 15% of rated voltage during running.
And finally, arranging test data, writing a test report, feeding test results back to the test total command, and declaring the results of the emergency starting reliability test of the important oil system of the steam turbine by the test total command.

Claims (4)

1. A method for checking emergency starting reliability test of important oil system of steam turbine of thermal power unit is characterized by comprising the following steps of;
step one: before the test, classifying security sections of an important oil system of the steam turbine according to the importance degree according to the design requirement;
step two: emergency starting reliability tests of the classified important oil systems of the steam turbine are carried out according to three test items;
step three: evaluating the result of the test item in the second step;
the security section grading starting sequence in the first step is divided into I, II, III and IV according to the importance degree, and specifically comprises the following steps:
stage I includes: a main machine lubricating oil alternating current oil pump and a generator sealing oil alternating current oil pump;
stage II comprises: a small-machine alternating-current oil pump of the water supply pump and a small-machine alternating-current oil pump of the induced draft fan;
stage III comprises: a main engine top shaft oil alternating current oil pump;
level IV includes other important equipment;
the test in the second step is carried out in three items, namely:
(1) Carrying out a load capacity test on the diesel generator;
(2) Carrying out a load capacity test on the direct-current storage battery pack;
(3) Emergency starting test of important oil system after power failure in security section;
the emergency starting reliability test of the important oil system of the steam turbine in the second step aims at verifying the emergency starting reliability of the important oil system of the steam turbine after the instantaneous power failure of a security section of the thermal power unit; the method comprises the following steps:
a) Checking the automatic starting load capacity of the diesel generator;
b) Checking interlocking starting and load capacity of the direct-current oil pump;
c) After the power failure of the station service is simulated before the whole set of the unit is started, the safety section loses voltage, and the power supply conditions of a diesel generator, a storage battery pack and a UPS are used for preventing the steam turbine from suffering from serious accidents of fuel cut and tile burning;
the test conditions of the load capacity of the diesel generator in the second step comprise:
1) The diesel generator monomer debugging is finished, the starting and stopping are normal, and the acceptance is completed;
2) The interlocking test of the diesel generator and the safety section is finished;
3) The test of all loads of the security section is completed and the security section is qualified;
4) The machine rotor is in a static state;
5) The small machine rotor is in a static state;
6) The generator is not filled with hydrogen;
the method for testing the load capacity of the diesel generator in the second step comprises the following steps: disconnecting the working incoming line power supply of the security section, and gradually starting the load of the diesel generator after the security section power supply is independently powered by the diesel generator until all the designed loads are started and the running time of the diesel generator is not less than 90min under the rated capacity;
the specific operation flow of the diesel generator on-load capacity test in the second step is as follows:
1) All loads of the shutdown security A/B section;
2) The diesel generator is positioned at an automatic position, and a security A/B section main incoming line power supply is disconnected;
3) The diesel generator is automatically started, and the security A/B section is powered by the diesel generator;
4) Gradually starting the load of the diesel generator until the designed load is fully added;
5) After the load is started, starting to perform stable operation and timing, wherein the test time is not less than 90min;
6) The voltage loss time of the safety section, the voltage after the normal operation of the safety section, the current after the normal operation of the safety section, the outlet current of the diesel generator, the operation parameters of each load of the safety section and the operation condition of the diesel generator should be recorded in detail in the test process;
the load test conditions of the direct current storage battery pack in the second step comprise:
1) The direct current system completes monomer debugging and is qualified in acceptance;
2) The UPS system completes debugging, normally operates and is qualified in acceptance;
3) All direct-current oil pumps of the whole factory are subjected to trial rotation and qualified in acceptance;
4) The UPS load is put into operation according to the design;
5) The main machine rotor is in a static state;
6) The small machine rotor is in a static state;
7) The generator is not filled with hydrogen;
the method for testing the load of the direct current storage battery pack in the second step comprises the following steps: disconnecting all charging power supplies of the storage battery pack, disconnecting the UPS alternating current power supply, and independently carrying a UPS system and all direct current oil pumps by the storage battery pack, wherein the test time is not less than 90min;
the specific operation flow of the direct current storage battery pack load test in the second step is as follows:
1) Switching off a DCS/TCS alternating current power supply and switching off a UPS alternating current power supply;
2) Disconnecting all charging power supplies of the storage battery pack;
3) The system comprises an off-line main engine alternating-current lubricating oil pump, an empty side and hydrogen side alternating-current sealing oil pump of a generator, an off-line main engine jigger, a main engine top shaft oil pump, a water supply pump small-machine alternating-current lubricating oil pump and a draught fan small-machine alternating-current lubricating oil pump;
4) The method comprises the steps of starting a main machine direct-current lubrication pump, sealing oil empty side and hydrogen side direct-current oil pumps, a water supply pump small machine direct-current lubrication pump, a draught fan small machine direct-current lubrication pump and other direct-current oil pumps;
5) Starting timing after the on-load starting of the storage battery pack is finished, wherein the test time is not less than 90min;
6) The test process should record the power supply voltage drop condition of the storage battery in detail, record the power supply current of the storage battery, each direct-current oil pump current, each direct-current oil pump outlet oil pressure and UPS system operation condition;
the emergency starting test conditions of the important oil system after the pressure loss of the security section in the second step are as follows:
1) Ending the test of the load capacity of the diesel generator, wherein the design capacity of the diesel generator meets the requirements;
2) The grading scheme of the emergency starting of the diesel generator with load is determined, and the constant value of the electrical equipment is set according to the scheme;
3) Ending the test of the load capacity of the direct current storage battery pack, wherein the design capacity of the storage battery meets the requirement, and the voltage drops in a normal range during the load running period;
4) The test is preferably carried out before the first whole set of the unit is started;
5) The turbine lubricating oil system, the top shaft oil system, the sealing oil system, the water supply pump small machine lubricating oil system and the induced draft fan small machine lubricating oil system are normally put into operation, and the standby oil pump is put into operation in an interlocking way;
6) The important oil system interlocking test is completed completely and the action is correct;
7) The main machine rotor is in a static state;
8) The small machine rotor is in a static state;
9) The generator is not charged with hydrogen;
10 The self-starting interlocking of the diesel generator is completed and the action is correct;
the emergency starting test method for the important oil system after the power failure of the security section in the second step comprises the following steps: meanwhile, the power supply of the working incoming line of the security A/B section is disconnected, and the load linkage starting condition of the security section and the running condition of the direct-current oil pump are checked; the test time is not less than 120min;
the emergency starting test specific operation flow of the important oil system after the power failure of the security section in the second step is as follows:
1) Checking that a main machine alternating current lubricating oil pump, a generator sealing oil alternating current oil pump, a main machine jackshaft oil pump, a water supply pump small machine alternating current oil pump and a draught fan small machine alternating current oil pump are all in normal operation, and putting a standby alternating current oil pump and a corresponding direct current oil pump interlocking button;
2) Stopping the main engine jigger, and keeping the top shaft oil pump running; stopping the small jigger and keeping the small top shaft pump running;
3) Checking that hydrogen is not filled in the generator, and sealing an oil system in the generator to normally operate;
4) Meanwhile, the main incoming line power supply of the security A/B section is disconnected, and the security A/B section is confirmed to lose voltage;
5) Checking whether the diesel generator is normally started or not, and checking whether an important oil system of a security section of the diesel generator is recovered to normal operation according to design classification;
6) Checking whether the interlocking start of the direct-current oil pump is normal or not, and whether the oil pressure of the outlet of each oil pump is normal or not after the direct-current oil pump is started;
7) The test process should record the delay time of starting the diesel generator, the pressure loss time of the safety section, the stage starting interval time of each oil pump of the safety section, the oil pressure of each oil pump outlet, the voltage of the safety section and the current of the safety section;
the evaluation standard for success of the load capacity test of the diesel generator in the third step is as follows: the diesel generator is started normally, the running time of the diesel generator with a designed load is not less than 90min, the running parameters are normal, and the load works normally;
the evaluation standard for success of the load capacity test of the direct current storage battery pack in the third step is as follows: each direct-current oil pump is started normally, working oil pressure is normal, UPS runs normally, and the voltage drop value of the direct-current storage battery pack is not higher than 15% of rated voltage during a test period;
the evaluation standard for success of the emergency starting test of the important oil system after the power failure of the security section in the third step is as follows: after the power is lost in the safety section, the power supply is switched normally, the diesel generator is interlocked to act correctly, the on-load graded starting and running are normal, all the direct-current oil pumps are interlocked to start normally, the running parameters are stable, and the voltage drop value of the storage battery pack is not higher than 15% of rated voltage during running.
2. The method for testing the emergency start reliability test of the important oil system of the steam turbine of the thermal power generating unit according to claim 1, wherein the three-stage test item notes involved in the second step are as follows:
1) Before the test, the interlocking test of the important oil system of the host computer should be completed completely, and the action is correct;
2) The main machine and the small machine jigger should be stopped before the test;
3) Hydrogen is not allowed to be filled in the generator before the test;
4) Before the test, whether the control power supply of the important oil pump of the security section is completely powered by the UPS or not needs to be verified;
5) The test process is commanded by a project manager of a debugging unit, the gas turbine professional responsible person integrally coordinates and puts forward test requirements, the electric profession strictly executes the operation of the test process according to a test operation ticket, and the thermal profession comprehensively coordinates and is responsible for checking the logic and configuration of the test process;
6) The test process should be configured with special personnel to record test data and record waveforms of the test process;
7) The test should be carried out under the cooperation of the industry main party, the supervision party, the construction party and the operation party.
3. The method for testing the emergency starting reliability test of the important oil system of the steam turbine of the thermal power generating unit according to claim 1, wherein the safety measures of the three-stage test project involved in the second step are as follows:
1) The fire-fighting system is provided with enough fire-fighting equipment on site, has enough water source and pressure, is in a standby state at any time, has qualified experience, can be normally put into use, and has the fire-fighting truck in place and is ready for emergency;
2) All personnel participating in the test on site should wear qualified labor protection clothing and correctly wear safety helmets;
3) The testers should fully understand the performance of the tested equipment and the used test equipment and instruments, and strictly forbid the use of equipment which has defects and is possibly endangered the personal safety or the equipment safety;
4) The running state of each oil system is closely monitored in the test to prevent a large amount of oil leakage;
5) When an electrical fire disaster occurs, the power supply is firstly cut off;
6) The operation of the electrical switch should be performed strictly in accordance with the test ticket.
