Abstract
The invention provides a multifunctional convenient underground air duct support and a using method thereof. The support mainly comprises a wind cylinder protection frame, a retractable tripod, a sleeve, a locking device, a safety pin, a lifting support rod, a device capable of measuring the layout angle, a mechanical transmission device, a power supply, a microcontroller and an infrared remote control device. The invention mainly aims at the conditions that the inclination angle of the roadway is larger, the common temporary support is easy to fall down, and the support is difficult to retract. The telescopic tripod in the support can adjust the length of the tripod to adapt to the roadway inclination of the working surface, so that the support is kept horizontal. The height of the liftable supporting rod can be adjusted by driving the microcontroller to control the mechanical transmission device through the infrared remote controller, so that the height suitable for ventilation is achieved, the strength of the manual lifting air cylinder is reduced, and the accident probability caused by manual lifting is reduced. Therefore, the invention has the characteristics of simple application, simple operation, stable device, recyclability, strong practicability and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an underground article supporting device frame for coal mining, in particular to an underground multifunctional convenient air duct support and a using method thereof.
Background
In the coal mining process, a certain air volume is needed for the tunneling working face to ensure the normal operation of construction. However, when the working face air duct is in tunnel-forming operation due to guniting or during work such as maintenance due to damage of an air duct interface, the air duct needs to be locally landed, so that the air duct is damaged and local resistance is increased due to the fact that the air duct is large in mass, air quantity of a driving working face is reduced, and potential safety hazards are brought. Most dryer supports in the middle of the prior art adopt articles such as support frames to hang the dryer, because the influence of gravity, the dryer is easily out of shape when supporting, and simultaneously under the coal seam inclination of difference, the inclination in tunnel is great, and the support easily takes place to empty, has increased the resistance of dryer, has had the potential safety hazard. Therefore, a special air duct protection frame, a device capable of measuring the layout angle and a stabilizing device are introduced so as to improve the stability of the support, and meanwhile, the air duct protection frame can also recover the air duct to prevent the air duct from being damaged. Therefore, the invention has the characteristics of simple application, low investment cost, simple operation, stable device, strong practicability and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a multifunctional convenient underground air duct support which comprises an air duct protection frame, a retractable tripod, a sleeve, a locking device, a safety pin, a lifting support rod, a device capable of measuring the layout angle, a mechanical transmission device, a power supply, a microcontroller and an infrared remote control device.
The tail rod head of the air duct protection frame is provided with an external thread; a tray is arranged at the upper part of a middle rod of the retractable tripod, a locking device is arranged at the joint of the foot rest and the middle rod, and the head of the middle rod is provided with an external thread; internal threads are arranged at the top end and the tail end of the lifting support rod and can be respectively in threaded connection with the air duct protection frame and the retractable tripod; the device capable of measuring the layout angle is arranged on the tray through screws; the mechanical transmission device, the power supply and the microcontroller are arranged in the lifting support rod.
The air duct protection frame is formed by connecting three sections of 120-degree steel arcs through hinges, a locking device is arranged at the joint, and the inner sides of the arcs are designed in a concave mode, so that the air duct ring can be fixed conveniently.
The telescopic tripod leg part can be freely stretched and retracted, the angle of the tripod leg can be changed, when the tripod leg is adjusted to a proper angle, the angle is fixed through the locking device, the tripod leg part is provided with the sleeve, the tripod leg and the sleeve are provided with safety pin holes, the sleeve is sleeved when the tripod leg is adjusted to a proper length, and the length of the tripod leg is fixed through the safety pin.
The infrared remote control device can send a control command to the microcontroller; the microcontroller can receive infrared signals to control the mechanical transmission device to adjust the lifting height of the lifting support rod.
The using method of the underground multifunctional convenient air duct support comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: when the device is used for supplying air underground, the angle and the length of a tripod can be contracted in a roadway where an air duct needs to be arranged according to the inclination degree of the roadway, the angle-measurable arrangement angle device is observed to determine whether the tripod is stably installed, the angle of the tripod is fixed through the locking device after the tripod is stable, the sleeve is sleeved into the tripod, the safety pin is inserted, and the length of the tripod is fixed;

step four: when the wind barrel needs to be recovered after working for a period of time, such as due to the requirements of guniting roadway forming or wind barrel damage maintenance operation, the height of the liftable support rod is adjusted by using an infrared remote control device, and after the support is level with the arm of a worker, the movable support moves from the tunneling end to the middle so as to recover the wind barrel and moves the wind barrel to one end which does not influence the operation of the worker;
step five: when the guniting roadway forming or air duct damage maintenance operation is finished and ventilation is needed again, the front-end support is moved to the position of the tunneling head, meanwhile, every 2m support is horizontally arranged, the support is ensured to be stable and not to incline, the liftable support rod 6 is adjusted to a proper operation height through the infrared remote control device, and the operation is started;
step six: when the support stopped to use, reduced the height of liftable bracing piece through infrared remote control device, opened the device that reduces of dryer support, taken off the dryer, then lifted off dryer fender bracket and liftable bracing piece, taken off the safety pin between collapsible tripod and the sleeve again, the collapsible tripod of shrink easily carries.

The special wind tube protection frame, the device capable of measuring the layout angle, the stabilizing device and the lifting device are added on the basis of the original support frame, so that the device can be better applied to inclined roadways. Meanwhile, the air duct protection frame part of the device is of a concave structure, so that the air duct is convenient to fix. The device has infrared remote control unit, when the tunnel whitewashing becomes the lane or the damaged maintenance operation of dryer, also can reduce the dryer rapidly, saves manual operation to the part dryer that will be used for tunnelling the head air feed is retrieved fast, thereby realizes that the dryer is retrieved fast, can be more traditional mode stability high, and the installation is dismantled efficiently, shortens the activity duration, avoids the dryer to damage.

Detailed Description
The apparatus of the present invention will now be described more fully and clearly with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in attached figures 1-2, the underground multifunctional convenient air duct support comprises an air duct protection frame 1; a retractable tripod 2; a sleeve 3; a locking device 4; a shear pin 5; the supporting rod 6 can be lifted; a device 7 capable of measuring the layout angle; a mechanical transmission device 8; a power supply 9; a microcontroller 10; the infrared remote control device 11 will be described in detail below.
The tail rod head of the air duct protection frame 1 is provided with an external thread; a locking device 4 is arranged at the joint of a foot rest and a middle rod of the retractable tripod 2, and the head of the middle rod is provided with an external thread; internal threads are arranged at the top end and the tail end of the lifting support rod 6 and can be respectively in threaded connection with the air duct protective frame 1 and the retractable tripod 2; the device 7 capable of measuring the layout angle is mounted on the retractable tripod 2 through screws; the mechanical transmission device 8, the power supply 9 and the microcontroller 10 are arranged inside the lifting support rod 6.
The air duct protection frame 1 is formed by connecting three sections of 120-degree steel arcs through hinges, a locking device 4 is arranged at the joint of the three sections of 120-degree steel arcs, the inner sides of the arcs are designed in a concave mode, an air duct ring is clamped at a groove when the air duct is installed, the air duct is fixed through the locking device 4, and therefore the air duct is prevented from slipping to cause damage and delay of construction period.
The foot rest part of the collapsible tripod 2 can be freely stretched and retracted, the angle of the foot rest can be changed, the angle device 7 can be arranged through measurement to observe that when the collapsible tripod 2 is adjusted to a stable angle, the angle is fixed through the locking device 4 on the collapsible tripod 2, the collapsible tripod 2 is provided with the sleeve 3 and is provided with the safety pin hole, the sleeve 3 is sleeved when the collapsible tripod 2 is adjusted to a proper length, and the length of the feet of the collapsible tripod 2 is fixed through the safety pin 5.
The infrared remote control device 11 can send a control command to the microcontroller 10; the microcontroller 10 can receive the infrared signal and control the mechanical transmission device 8 to adjust the lifting height of the lifting support rod 6 according to the signal command.
Based on the parts of the device, the embodiment mainly comprises the following steps when the device is used for excavating an inclined roadway:

step three: after the air duct is fixed, the height of the liftable support rod 6 is adjusted by using the infrared remote control device 11 according to the height of air to be supplied, and the tunneling ventilation work is started after the height is adjusted to a proper height;
step four: after working for a period of time, when the air duct needs to be recovered due to the requirements of guniting roadway forming or air duct damage maintenance operation, the height of the liftable support rod 6 is adjusted by using the infrared remote control device 11, and after the liftable support rod is level with the arm of a worker, the movable support moves from the tunneling end to the middle so as to recover the air duct and move the air duct to one end which does not influence the operation of the worker;
step five: when the guniting roadway forming or air duct damage maintenance operation is finished and ventilation is needed again, the front-end support is moved to the position of the tunneling head, meanwhile, every 2m support is horizontally arranged, the support is ensured to be stable and not to incline, the liftable support rod 6 is adjusted to a proper operation height through the infrared remote control device 11, and the operation is started;
step six: when the support stopped using, reduce the height of liftable bracing piece 6 through infrared remote control device 11, open the locking device 4 of dryer support 1, take off the dryer, then lift off dryer fender bracket 1 and liftable bracing piece 6, take off the safety pin 5 between collapsible tripod 2 and the sleeve 3 again, shrink collapsible tripod 2 easily carries.
