Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, in order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an assembly structure of a facing wallboard and a construction method thereof, which simplify construction steps, reduce construction difficulty, reduce the number of accessories and reduce construction cost, and the concrete scheme is as follows:
the assembly structure of the facing wallboard comprises vertical keels and transverse keels which are arranged in partition walls, wherein decorative panels are arranged on two sides of the vertical keels and the transverse keels, a detachable corner code component is arranged between the vertical keels and the transverse keels, buckling grooves are formed in the vertical keels and the transverse keels in a detachable mode relative to each other, dry hanging pieces are detachably connected to the transverse keels, and the decorative panels are connected with the dry hanging pieces.
Preferably, the detachable corner mold assembly comprises a first clamping piece and a second clamping piece, wherein the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are octagonal, a first screw hole and a second screw hole are respectively formed in the center positions of the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece, and a spring is arranged between the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece.
The second clamping piece is provided with a boss corresponding to one side of the first clamping piece, the second screw hole penetrates through the boss, the first screw hole is arranged in a sunk mode corresponding to the first clamping piece, a screw is connected between the first screw hole and the second screw hole, a nut is arranged at the other side of the second clamping piece corresponding to the first clamping piece, and the spring abuts against the boss and the first clamping piece.
Preferably, at least two sides of the first clamping piece are provided with a vertical flanging and a horizontal flanging, and the second clamping piece is provided with a matched flanging relative to the vertical flanging and the horizontal flanging.
Preferably, the vertical flanging end part and the transverse flanging end part are provided with first buckles, and the matched flanging end part is provided with second buckles with the opposite directions to the first buckles.
Preferably, a guide groove is formed in the direction of the first clamping piece towards the second clamping piece, a guide sheet is arranged at the position, opposite to the guide groove, of the first clamping piece, arc-shaped ends are arranged on at least two sides of the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece, inner grooves are formed in the bottoms of the transverse keels, opposite to the first buckle and the second buckle, of the transverse keels, and inner grooves are formed in the inner sides of the vertical keels, opposite to the first buckle and the second buckle, of the transverse keels.
Preferably, the dry hanging piece comprises a fixing surface, an embedded groove is formed in the surface of the transverse keel, a hook is arranged on one side, close to the embedded groove, of the fixing surface, a fixing hole is formed in the fixing surface, or the section of the dry hanging piece is stepped, the dry hanging piece is provided with two vertical surfaces and a horizontal surface, the vertical surface on the upper side is connected with a veneer, the vertical surface on the lower side is embedded in the embedded groove, and a reinforcing rib is arranged between the vertical surface and the horizontal surface.
Preferably, the dry hanging piece comprises a vertical surface and an inclined end, an embedded groove is formed in the surface of the transverse keel opposite to the inclined end, and the inner bottom surface of the embedded groove is obliquely arranged.
The method comprises the following steps:
Firstly, paying off and positioning a wall body, and installing upper and lower fixed keels along the positions of the top, the ground and the wall surface;
step two, arranging a door opening on the fixed keel and fixing the vertical keel;
Step three, connecting the transverse keels between the two vertical keels through a detachable angle code component, and screwing nuts to fix the transverse keels relative to the vertical keels;
selecting a proper position on the transverse keel, and placing a dry hanging piece in an embedded groove at the selected position;
and fifthly, fixing the veneer and the dry hanging piece to finish the installation of the veneer.
The horizontal keel and the vertical keel are spliced and positioned through the detachable corner bracket assembly, the fastening piece outside the detachable corner bracket assembly is not needed in the fixing process, the number of parts is greatly reduced, the cost is reduced, meanwhile, the horizontal keel and the vertical keel are relatively fixed in a detachable mode, the flexibility is higher, and the vertical keel is easier to adjust in the construction process. After the location of horizontal fossil fragments is accomplished, install the decorative board on horizontal fossil fragments through dry pendant, the position of the relative horizontal fossil fragments of dry pendant is adjustable for the installation of decorative board is more convenient.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Terms used herein, including technical and scientific terms, have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art, provided that the terms are not defined differently. It is to be understood that terms defined in commonly used dictionaries have meanings that are consistent with the meaning of the terms in the prior art.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the assembly structure of the facing wallboard comprises a vertical keel 1 and a horizontal keel 2 which are arranged in a partition wall, wherein a facing board 3 is arranged on two sides of the vertical keel 1 and the horizontal keel 2, a detachable corner code component is arranged between the vertical keel 1 and the horizontal keel 2, a dry hanging piece 5 is detachably connected to the horizontal keel 2, and the facing board 3 is connected with the dry hanging piece 5.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the vertical keel serves as a fixed support, while the cross keel is connected to the vertical keel by a removable corner bracket assembly, the main function of the cross keel being to provide a support point for the installation of the trim panel 3. The detachable corner module has the following specific structure.
Further, the detachable corner mold assembly comprises a first clamping piece 6 and a second clamping piece 7, wherein the first clamping piece 6 and the second clamping piece 7 are octagonal, a first screw hole 6.1 and a second screw hole 7.1 are respectively formed in the center of the first clamping piece 6 and the center of the second clamping piece 7, and a spring 8 is arranged between the first clamping piece 6 and the second clamping piece 7.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the detachable corner mold assembly is formed by two octagonal first clamping pieces 6 and second clamping pieces 7, the first clamping pieces and the second clamping pieces are connected by fasteners, and the first clamping pieces 6 and the second clamping pieces 7 are clamped at the bottoms of the transverse keels and the inner side portions of the vertical keels, so that the relative fixation of the transverse keels and the vertical keels is realized.
Further, a boss 7.2 is arranged on one side of the second clamping piece 7 opposite to the first clamping piece 6, the second screw hole 7.1 penetrates through the boss 7.2, the first screw hole 6.1 is arranged in a sinking mode opposite to the first clamping piece 6, a screw 9 is connected between the first screw hole 6.1 and the second screw hole 7.1, a nut 10 is arranged on the other side of the second clamping piece 7 opposite to the first clamping piece 6, and the spring 8 abuts against the boss and the first clamping piece.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the screw is inserted through the first screw hole 6.1 and the second screw hole 7.1, and the nut is screwed on the end of the screw, so that the first clamping member and the second clamping member can be tightened inwards. The boss can be inserted into the first screw hole 6.1 to connect the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece, so that radial movement is prevented.
Further, at least two sides of the first clamping piece 6 are provided with a vertical flanging 6.2 and a transverse flanging 6.3, and the second clamping piece 7 is provided with a matching flanging 7.3 relative to the vertical flanging 6.2 and the transverse flanging 6.3.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the vertical flange 6.2 and the corresponding mating flange 7.3 are clamped at the inner side of the vertical keel, and similarly, the horizontal flange 6.2 and the corresponding mating flange 7.3 are clamped at the bottom of the horizontal keel, so that the horizontal keel can be supported on the vertical keel and the relative positions of the horizontal keel can be fixed.
Further, the ends of the vertical flanging 6.2 and the transverse flanging 6.3 are provided with first buckles, and the end of the matched flanging 7.3 is provided with second buckles with the opposite directions to the first buckles.
Specifically, in this embodiment, each flange is engaged on the cross keel or the vertical keel by a buckle at the end.
Further, a guiding groove 6.4 is formed in the direction of the first clamping piece 6 towards the second clamping piece 7, guiding sheets are arranged at positions, opposite to the guiding groove 6.4, of the first clamping piece 6, arc-shaped ends are arranged on at least two sides of the first clamping piece 6 and the second clamping piece 7, a transverse inner groove 2.1 is formed in the bottom of the transverse keel 2, opposite to the first buckle and the second buckle, of the transverse keel, and a vertical inner groove 1.1 is formed in the inner side of the vertical keel 1, opposite to the first buckle and the second buckle.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the first buckle and the second buckle are fastened in the vertical inner groove 1.1 and the horizontal inner groove 2.1.
Further, the dry hanging piece 5 comprises a fixing surface 5.1, an embedded groove 2.2 is formed in the surface of the transverse keel 2, a hook 5.7 is arranged on one side, close to the embedded groove 2.2, of the fixing surface 5.1, and a fixing hole is formed in the fixing surface 5.1.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the dry hanger adopts a structure as shown in fig. 6, the hook portion on the inner side of the dry hanger is inserted into the embedded groove of the cross keel, and the fixing surface is used as an end surface fixed with the veneer. The veneer is limited in the horizontal direction because the veneer only bears the gravity vertically downwards.
Example two
Referring to fig. 9, the section of the dry hanging piece 5 is in a step shape, the dry hanging piece is provided with two vertical surfaces 5.3 and a horizontal surface 5.4, the vertical surfaces positioned on the upper side are connected with a veneer, the vertical surfaces positioned on the lower side are embedded in the embedded groove 2.2, and reinforcing ribs are arranged between the vertical surfaces and the horizontal surface.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the lower vertical surface 5.3 is inserted into the embedded groove on the cross keel, and the upper vertical surface 5.3 is connected with the veneer, and the principle is similar to that of the embodiment.
Example III
Referring to fig. 10, further, the dry hanging member 5 includes a vertical surface 5.3 and an inclined end 5.6, the surface of the cross keel is provided with an embedded groove opposite to the inclined end, and the inner bottom surface of the embedded groove is obliquely arranged.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the vertical direction of the dry hanger 5 is limited by the manner that the inclined end 5.6 and the inclined surface in the embedded groove abut against each other.
The above embodiments are limited to only the differences between the dry hanging parts, and the rest parts are the same, so that the description is omitted.
The method comprises the following steps:
Firstly, paying off and positioning a wall body, and installing upper and lower fixed keels along the positions of the top, the ground and the wall surface;
step two, arranging a door opening on the fixed keel and fixing the vertical keel;
Step three, connecting the transverse keels between the two vertical keels through a detachable angle code component, and screwing nuts to fix the transverse keels relative to the vertical keels;
selecting a proper position on the transverse keel, and placing a dry hanging piece in an embedded groove at the selected position;
and fifthly, fixing the veneer and the dry hanging piece to finish the installation of the veneer.
In the concrete construction, besides the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece which are fastened by the screws, the relative fixation between the transverse keels and the vertical keels is not required by any other fastener, and the lap joint can be completed only by the detachable corner code component, meanwhile, the connection of the dry hanging piece to the transverse keels is the same, and by adopting the scheme, the horizontal position adjustment of the veneer is more convenient, the construction difficulty is greatly reduced, meanwhile, the assembly parts are also reduced, and the cost is saved.
Finally, it is noted that the above-mentioned embodiments illustrate rather than limit the technical solution of the present invention, and although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications and equivalents may be made thereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention, which is intended to be covered by the scope of the novel claims.
