本发明涉及镜片的防雾技术领域,具体涉及一种防雾指套及其制备方法、使用方法和用途。
背景技术
在日常生活中,起雾是人们经常遇到的问题,无论是汽车玻璃、浴室镜子、头盔,还是泳镜、眼镜在温度和湿度发生明显变化时,都容易起雾。以眼镜起雾为例,眼镜起雾是一种很令人苦恼的问题,它不仅会影响视线的清晰度,还会带了潜在的风险。尤其在疫情期间,由于口罩的广泛使用,戴上口罩再佩戴眼镜就更容易起雾了。因此导致很多人会因为眼镜起雾而不愿意佩戴口罩,从而带来健康风险。
目前较为常用的防雾产品是防雾喷雾。公告号为“CN103740332B”的中国专利,公开了一种玻璃防雾喷雾。此类型的喷雾需要将液体喷在玻璃上,然后用布去擦干,对玻璃表面比较有效。对于眼镜镜片,尤其是疏水的镜片而言,此类的防雾喷雾效果不佳,用布擦拭的过程中会将大部分防雾液擦掉,防雾成分无法在镜片表面附着,因而无法作为通用的眼镜防雾产品使用。
此外,公开号为“CN103728739A”的中国专利申请公开了一种干式防雾布,该方法将较高浓度的表面活性剂配方的防雾液浸泡进眼镜布中并晾干。目前市场上也有各种类型的防雾眼镜布在销售。该类产品在普通的眼镜镜片上效果较好。此类防雾布只对普通树脂镜片有效果,对带有抗反射涂层或疏水疏油涂层的镜片没有效果。并且,眼镜布一般面积较大,需要浸泡大量的高浓度的防雾液,大部分防雾液其实是被浪费掉了,不仅造成了浪费、增加了成本,还会加大对环境的污染。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有用于眼镜的防雾眼镜布和液体喷雾所存在的上述技术问题,提供了一种防雾指套及其制备方法、使用方法和用途,它具有节省防雾液、防雾效果优异和具有普适性的特点。
为达成上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:防雾指套,所述防雾指套由普通指套浸泡防雾液后干燥制得。
作为优选,所述防雾液按重量份计,包括如下组分:表面活性剂1~50份,水溶性高分子0~20份,水溶性溶剂0~30份,防腐剂0.001~1份,适量水。
作为优选,所述表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、阳离子氟碳表面活性剂、阴离子氟碳表面活性剂、非离子氟碳表面活性、两性离子型氟碳表面活性剂、烷基葡萄糖苷、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐和烷基硫酸盐中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述水溶性高分子为甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、甲基羟丙基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯毗咯烷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸、聚氧化乙烯、聚丙烯酸盐、黄原胶、明胶、卡拉胶、阿拉伯胶、透明质酸、壳聚糖和纳米纤维素中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾和尼泊金酯中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述水溶性溶剂为乙醇、甲醇、异丙醇和正丙醇中的一种或多种。
上述防雾指套的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(a)将布料裁剪缝制成指套;
(b)将适量防雾液浸泡入指套中,晾干或烘干,即可制成防雾指套;
(a)将布料浸泡于防雾液中,晾干或烘干,制得防雾布料;
(b)将防雾布料剪裁缝制成防雾指套。
进一步地,所述指套或布料与防雾液的质量比为0.1-10。
上述防雾指套在眼镜镜片、护目镜、泳镜、头盔、浴室镜子、汽车玻璃、后视镜、镜头镜片中的应用。
上述防雾指套的使用方法:
将防雾指套套于手指,直接用干的防雾指套擦拭镜片,使镜片具有防雾效果;或者
向镜片哈气或喷洒少量清水后,再将防雾指套套于手指擦拭镜片;或者
将少量清水或防雾液滴在防雾指套上,再套于手指擦拭镜片。
本发明与现有技术相对比,其有益效果在于:
(1)防雾指套尺寸较小,能够节省防雾液,进而节省成本;并且防雾指套可重复使用,每次使用成本更低;当防雾指套在涂抹镜片的时候,可完全涂抹镜片,具有无涂抹死角的特点;
(2)防雾指套使得涂抹在镜片上的防雾液含量能够较为精确的控制,将不存在含液量过少,造成的防雾效果较差,和含液量过多,造成的在镜片上擦拭后又涂布的太厚,不均匀,会影响视线的问题;
(3)通过优化选择防雾液成分,防雾液对眼镜镜片的防雾效果更为持久,一次涂抹可以持续防雾长达72小时左右;
(4)通过合理选择防雾液中的表面活性剂种类及使用浓度,可保证防雾指套试用于所有种类的眼镜镜片、护目镜、泳镜、头盔、浴室镜子、汽车玻璃和后视镜、镜头镜片及其他各种镜片,持久高效;
(5)防雾指套使用快速方便,对使用者操作水平无任何要求,因此误用概率低,能为绝大部分有防雾需求的人提供廉价、高效的防雾解决方案。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
防雾指套,包括指套及其中含有的防雾液成分,具体由普通的纤维指套浸泡防雾液后干燥制得。
防雾液按重量份计,包括以下组分:
表面活性剂1~50份,水溶性性高分子0.01~5份,水溶性溶剂0~30份,防腐剂0.001~1份,适量水。
作为优选实施方式,防雾液按重量份计,包括以下组分,
表面活性剂5~40份,水溶性高分子0.5~10份,水溶性溶剂5~25份,防腐剂0.05~0.5份,适量水。
表面活性剂10~30份,水溶性高分子1~3份,水溶性溶剂10~20份,防腐剂0.01~0.1份,适量水。

防雾指套的使用方法为:将防雾指套套于手指,可直接用干的防雾指套擦拭镜片,使镜片具有防雾效果;也可向镜片上哈气或喷洒少量清水后,再用防雾指套擦拭,使涂膜的防雾涂层更厚,从而使镜片具有更持久的防雾效果;也可将少量清水或防雾液滴在防雾指套上,再擦拭镜片,其中使用额外添加防雾液的方法可增加防雾指套的有效使用次数,延长使用寿命。

将布料裁剪缝制成指套,随后将防雾液浸泡入指套,烘干,得到防雾指套。
其中防雾液的成分包括20%质量比的阳离子氟碳表面活性剂、0.2%质量比的甲基纤维素、20%质量比的乙醇,0.02%质量比的尼泊金丁酯,余量为水。浸泡过程中,指套与防雾液的质量比为0.5~2。
该防雾指套可用于大部分镜片的防雾,具体使用方法为:将镜片的油脂清洗干净,随后将防雾指套套于手指轻轻地涂抹镜片,使得镜片有防雾的效果,防雾效果能持续6-24小时。

通用型眼镜防雾指套
将布料浸泡在防雾液中,取出,甩干除去多余防雾液并烘干,得到防雾布料,将防雾布裁剪缝制成防雾指套。
其中防雾液的成分包括0.5%质量比的羟丙基甲基纤维素、0.1%质量比的羧甲基纤维素、15%质量比的十二烷基葡萄糖苷、5%质量比的非离子氟碳表面活性剂、0.1%质量比的苯甲酸钠、15%质量比的异丙醇、余量为水。防雾液和布料的质量比为1~5。
该防雾指套用于各种镜片的使用方法为:将镜片的油脂清洗干净,向镜片哈气使镜片起雾,或者滴清水于镜片上,让镜片润湿;随后将防雾指套套于手指轻轻地涂抹润湿后的镜片,将镜片擦干的同时涂抹上一层相对较厚的防雾涂层。此种涂抹方法获得的防雾效果更加持久,一般持续24~72小时。

其中防雾液的成分包括1%质量比的纳米纤维素、0.2%质量比的透明质酸,25%质量比的非离子氟碳表面活性剂、0.1%的尼泊金甲酯、余量为水。浸泡过程中,指套与防雾液的质量比为0.1~0.5。

其中防雾液的成分包括6%质量比的聚乙烯醇、1%质量比的明胶,4%质量比的阴离子氟碳表面活性剂、1%质量比的烷基苯磺酸盐、0.2%质量比的山梨酸、余量为水。浸泡过程中,防雾液与布的质量比为2~3。

该防雾指套用于照相机镜头镜片的使用方法为:滴几滴清水于防雾指套上,用湿的防雾指套轻轻地来回在镜片上,使得镜片有一层防雾液。此配方采用比较低的防雾液浓度,可起到良好的清洁作用,防雾时间可持续4-8小时。

通用型防雾指套
将布料裁剪缝制成指套,随后将防雾液浸泡入指套,烘干,得到防雾指套。
其中防雾液的成分包括25%质量比的非离子氟碳表面活性剂、10%质量比的乙醇,0.1%质量比的苯甲酸钠,余量为水。浸泡过程中,指套与防雾液的质量比为1:1。
该防雾指套可用于大部分镜片的防雾,以护目镜镜片为例,具体使用方法为:将护目镜镜片的油脂清洗干净,向镜片哈气,并在雾气消失前用防雾指套轻轻擦拭镜片,使得镜片有防雾的效果,防雾效果能持续6-12小时。

Claims (10)

1.防雾指套,其特征在于,所述防雾指套由普通指套浸泡防雾液后干燥制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防雾指套,其特征在于,所述防雾液按重量份计,包括如下组分:
表面活性剂1~50份,水溶性高分子0~20份,水溶性溶剂0~30份,防腐剂0.001~1份,适量水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防雾指套,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、阳离子氟碳表面活性剂、阴离子氟碳表面活性剂、非离子氟碳表面活性、两性离子型氟碳表面活性剂、烷基葡萄糖苷、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐和烷基硫酸盐中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防雾指套,其特征在于,所述水溶性高分子为甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、甲基羟丙基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯毗咯烷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸、聚氧化乙烯、聚丙烯酸盐、黄原胶、明胶、卡拉胶、阿拉伯胶、透明质酸、壳聚糖和纳米纤维素中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的防雾指套,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾和尼泊金酯中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的防雾指套,其特征在于,所述水溶性溶剂为乙醇、甲醇、异丙醇和正丙醇中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1-6任意一项所述防雾指套的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(a)将布料裁剪缝制成指套;
(b)将适量防雾液浸泡入指套中,晾干或烘干,即可制成防雾指套;
(a)将布料浸泡于防雾液中,晾干或烘干,制得防雾布料;
(b)将防雾布料剪裁缝制成防雾指套。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述指套或布料与防雾液的质量比为0.1-10。
9.如权利要求1-6任意一项所述防雾指套在眼镜镜片、护目镜、泳镜、头盔、浴室镜子、汽车玻璃、后视镜、镜头镜片中的应用。
10.如权利要求1-6任意一项所述防雾指套的使用方法,其特征在于,
将防雾指套套于手指,直接用干的防雾指套擦拭镜片,使镜片具有防雾效果;或者
向镜片哈气或喷洒少量清水后,再将防雾指套套于手指擦拭镜片;或者
将少量清水或防雾液滴在防雾指套上,再套于手指擦拭镜片。
