Background

Therefore, there is a particular need for a printing apparatus for advertising board processing that can automatically print the surface of an advertising board, can reduce the workload, and can increase the printing speed.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defects of large workload and slower speed of manually printing the surface of an advertising board, and aims to provide the printing equipment for processing the advertising board, which can automatically print the surface of the advertising board, save time and labor and improve the printing speed.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a printing apparatus for advertisement board processing, comprising: the bottom of the bottom plate is connected with a plurality of supporting feet; the placing component is arranged on the bottom plate; the printing mechanism is arranged on the bottom plate.

Preferably, the device further comprises a driving mechanism, wherein the driving mechanism comprises: the bottom of the placing plate frame is connected with two third supporting frames, the third supporting frames are connected with a first guide rail frame, the first guide rail frame is connected with a second guide rail frame in a sliding mode, a sliding connecting block is connected in the second guide rail frame in a sliding mode, and the sliding connecting block is connected with the connecting rod; the other side of the mounting platform, which is close to the pigment box, is connected with two fixing frames, an air cylinder is mounted on the fixing frames, and a telescopic rod of the air cylinder is connected with the second guide rail frame.
Preferably, the clamping mechanism is further comprised, the clamping mechanism comprising: the sliding mounting plate is connected with two sliding mounting plates on one side of the top of the placing plate frame, the clamping frame is connected onto the sliding mounting plate in a sliding manner, and a supporting spring is connected between the clamping frame and the sliding mounting plate; the outer side surface of the clamping frame is connected with the first wedge block; the fixed connecting rod is connected with the fixed connecting rod on the sliding connecting block, and the fixed connecting rod is connected with a second wedge block which is matched with the first wedge block.
Preferably, the device further comprises a pushing mechanism, wherein the pushing mechanism comprises: the two sides of the connecting rod are connected with the first rack; the guide frame is connected with a first mounting seat, the first mounting seat is rotationally connected with a first gear, and the first gear is matched with the first rack; the other side of the top of the plate placing frame is connected with two second mounting seats, a second gear is rotationally connected on each second mounting seat, and a transmission belt group is connected between an output shaft of each second gear and an output shaft of each first gear; the top of the placing plate frame is connected with the pushing plate in a sliding manner, two sides of the pushing plate are connected with second rack frames, and the second rack frames are meshed with the second gears; and the other side of the top of the mounting platform is connected with a plurality of return springs, and a top plate is connected between the ends of the return springs.

2. the advertising board can be clamped through the clamping mechanism, and the advertising board can be prevented from moving during printing, so that printing work is facilitated;
3. through the cooperation of feed supplement mechanism and pushing equipment, can make the advertising panel remove to place on the subassembly to need not artifical repeated placing the advertising panel, and then can labour saving and time saving more.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
Example 1
A stamp equipment for advertising panel processing, as shown in fig. 1-3, including bottom plate 1, spike 2, place subassembly 3 and stamp mechanism 4, four angles of bottom plate 1 bottom all are connected with spike 2, and place subassembly 3 and stamp mechanism 4 are installed respectively at bottom plate 1 top.
The placing component 3 comprises a first supporting frame 31, a mounting platform 32, pigment boxes 33 and a placing plate frame 34, wherein the two first supporting frames 31 are symmetrically connected on the right side of the top of the base plate 1, the mounting platform 32 is connected between the tops of the two first supporting frames 31, the pigment boxes 33 are connected on the right side of the top of the mounting platform 32, and the placing plate frame 34 is connected on the left side of the top of the mounting platform 32.
The printing mechanism 4 comprises a second support frame 41, a guide frame 42, a connecting rod 43, a connecting seat 44, elastic connecting rods 45 and a printing template 46, wherein the two second support frames 41 are symmetrically connected with the top of the mounting platform 32 in a front-back mode, the second support frames 41 are positioned on the outer sides of the pigment boxes 33, the guide frame 42 is connected between the top of the second support frames 41 and the top of the placement plate frame 34, the connecting rods 43 are slidably connected between the two guide frames 42, four connecting seats 44 are symmetrically connected on the connecting rods 43, the elastic connecting rods 45 are slidably connected on the connecting seats 44, and the printing template 46 is connected between the bottom ends of the four elastic connecting rods 45.
When the surface of the advertisement board 9 is to be printed, the dye can be poured into the pigment box 33, then the advertisement board 9 is placed on the left side of the top of the placing plate frame 34, after the dye is poured into the pigment box 33, the printing template 46 is adhered with the dye, then the connecting rod 43 is manually moved leftwards along the guide frame 42, and the connecting rod 43 can drive the components on the connecting rod to move leftwards along the guide frame 42, so that the printing template 46 can print the dye on the surface of the advertisement board 9, and the printing work of the advertisement board 9 is completed. After the printing of the advertisement board 9 is completed, the connecting rod 43 is manually moved to the right along the guide frame 42 for resetting, so that the printing template 46 can be reset and re-stained with dye, then the advertisement board 9 after the printing is completed is taken down, another advertisement board 9 is placed, the operation is repeated, and the printing work can be repeated; so this equipment can place the advertising panel 9 through placing the subassembly 3, can carry out the stamp to advertising panel 9 surface through stamp mechanism 4.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the device further comprises a driving mechanism 5, wherein the driving mechanism 5 comprises a third supporting frame 51, a first guide rail frame 52, a second guide rail frame 53, a sliding connecting block 54, air cylinders 55 and fixing frames 56, two third supporting frames 51 are symmetrically connected to the bottom of the placement plate frame 34 front and back, a first guide rail frame 52 is connected to the top of the third supporting frame 51, a second guide rail frame 53 is slidably connected to the first guide rail frame 52, a sliding connecting block 54 is slidably connected to the second guide rail frame 53, the sliding connecting block 54 is connected with the connecting rod 43, two fixing frames 56 are symmetrically connected to the right side of the top of the installation platform 32 front and back, the fixing frames 56 are located on the right side of the pigment box 33, the air cylinders 55 are installed at the top of the fixing frames 56, and telescopic rods of the air cylinders 55 are connected with the second guide rail frame 53.
The cylinder 55 can be started to enable the second guide rail frame 53 to move leftwards, the second guide rail frame 53 moves leftwards to enable the connecting rod 43 to move leftwards along the guide frame 42 through the sliding connecting block 54, so that the surface of the advertising board 9 can be printed, after printing is finished, the cylinder 55 is controlled to enable the second guide rail frame 53 to move rightwards to reset, so that the connecting rod 43 can move rightwards along the guide frame 42 to reset, the printing work can be repeated repeatedly, and after the printing work is finished, the cylinder 55 can be closed; so can drive printing mechanism 4 through actuating mechanism 5 and work to need not artifical manual drive printing mechanism 4 and work, and then realized can be automatically to the advertisement board 9 surface stamp, can labour saving and time saving, can improve the mesh of stamp speed.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the clamping mechanism 6 is further included, the clamping mechanism 6 includes a sliding mounting plate 61, a clamping frame 62, a supporting spring 63, a first wedge-shaped block 64, a fixed connecting rod 65 and a second wedge-shaped block 66, two sliding mounting plates 61 are symmetrically connected on the left side and the front and the back of the top of the placement plate frame 34, the clamping frame 62 is connected on the sliding mounting plate 61 in a sliding manner, two supporting springs 63 are connected between the clamping frame 62 and the sliding mounting plate 61, the outer side surface of the clamping frame 62 is connected with the first wedge-shaped block 64, the bottom of the sliding connecting block 54 is connected with the fixed connecting rod 65, the bottom end of the fixed connecting rod 65 is connected with the second wedge-shaped block 66, and the second wedge-shaped block 66 is matched with the first wedge-shaped block 64.
The advertisement board 9 can be placed between the two clamping frames 62, the connecting rod 43 moves leftwards along the guide frame 42 to enable the sliding connecting block 54 to move leftwards along the guide frame 42, the sliding connecting block 54 moves leftwards along the guide frame 42 through the fixed connecting rod 65 to enable the second wedge-shaped block 66 to move leftwards along the guide frame 42, the second wedge-shaped block 66 moves leftwards along the guide frame 42 to enable the first wedge-shaped block 64 to move inwards, the first wedge-shaped block 64 moves inwards through the sliding mounting plate 61 to enable the clamping frames 62 to move inwards, the two clamping frames 62 move inwards to clamp and fix the advertisement board 9, and therefore the advertisement board 9 can be prevented from moving when the advertisement board 9 is printed, and printing work can be facilitated; the advertising board 9 can be clamped through the clamping mechanism 6, and the advertising board 9 can be prevented from moving during printing, so that printing work can be facilitated.
Example 4
On the basis of embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the device further comprises a pushing mechanism 7, wherein the pushing mechanism 7 comprises a first rack 71, a first mounting seat 72, a first gear 73, a transmission belt group 74, a second gear 75, a second mounting seat 76, a second rack 77, a pushing plate 78, a return spring 79 and a top plate 710, the front side and the rear side of the connecting rod 43 are respectively connected with the first rack 71, the upper part of the guiding frame 42 is connected with the first mounting seat 72, the first gear 73 is rotationally connected with the first rack 73, the right side of the top of the placing plate frame 34 is rotationally connected with two second mounting seats 76, the transmission belt group 74 is rotationally connected between the output shaft of the second gear 75 and the output shaft of the first gear 73, the top of the placing plate frame 34 is slidingly connected with the pushing plate 78, the front side and the rear side of the pushing plate 78 are respectively connected with the second rack 77, the first rack 73 is matched with the first rack 71, the first rack 73 is rotationally connected with the top plate 79 is symmetrically connected with the top plate 79, and the top plate 79 is rotationally connected with the top plate 79.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the feeding mechanism 8 further comprises a material storage box 81, an elastic push plate 82, a connecting frame 83 and a clamping block 84, wherein the left side of the top of the bottom plate 1 is connected with the material storage box 81, the elastic push plate 82 is connected in the material storage box 81, the connecting frame 83 is connected to the front side and the rear side of the material pushing plate 78, the connecting frame 83 is positioned on the left side of the second rack 77, the connecting frame 83 is slidably connected with the placing rack 34, the clamping block 84 is rotatably connected to the left side of the connecting frame 83, and a scroll spring is connected between the clamping block 84 and the connecting frame 83.
A plurality of advertisement boards 9 can be placed on the elastic push plate 82, the uppermost advertisement board 9 is contacted with the clamping block 84, the connecting rod 43 moves leftwards along the guide frame 42 to enable the first rack 71 to move leftwards along the guide frame 42, the first rack 71 moves leftwards along the guide frame 42 to enable the second gear 75 to rotate through the first gear 73 and the transmission belt group 74, the second gear 75 rotates to enable the second rack 77 to move rightwards, the second rack 77 moves rightwards to drive the pushing plate 78 to move rightwards, the pushing plate 78 moves rightwards to drive the connecting frame 83 to move rightwards, the connecting frame 83 moves rightwards to drive the uppermost advertisement board 9 on the elastic push plate 82 to move rightwards through the clamping block 84, the advertisement board 9 presses the top board 710 to enable the top board 710 to move downwards, the reset spring 79 is compressed accordingly, after the advertisement board 9 moves leftwards along the top board 710, the reset spring 79 enables the top board 710 to move upwards to reset, the advertisement board 9 on the top board is pushed upwards to move upwards, and accordingly the advertisement board 9 on the top board 710 is pushed to be located on the left side of the pushing plate 78. Conversely, when the connecting rod 43 moves to the right along the guide frame 42 to reset, the pushing plate 78 can move to the left to reset, and the pushing plate 78 moves to the left to reset to push the advertisement board 9 on the top plate 710 to the left on the top of the placing plate frame 34, so that the advertisement board 9 does not need to be placed repeatedly manually, and time and labor can be saved; the pushing plate 78 moves leftwards to reset the clamping block 84 leftwards through the connecting frame 83, and when the clamping block 84 moves leftwards, the advertising board 9 on the elastic push plate 82 is not pushed to move, the clamping block 84 rotates along with the advertising board, the spiral spring is compressed along with the clamping block, and when the clamping block 84 moves leftwards to be separated from the advertising board 9, the clamping block 84 can reversely rotate to reset under the action of the spiral spring. So through the cooperation of feed supplement mechanism 8 and pushing equipment 7, can make advertisement board 9 remove to place on the subassembly 3 to need not artifical repeated place advertisement board 9, and then can labour saving and time saving more.
