Abstract
The invention discloses an injection mold with external threads for producing a product, which comprises an upper mold component, a lower mold component and a pouring mechanism arranged on the upper mold component, wherein the upper mold component is provided with a first cavity; the upper die assembly comprises a panel, an upper die plate and two die cores; the lower die assembly comprises a bottom plate, a lower die plate, a floating plate and ejector rods, the floating plate is arranged above the lower die plate, two inserts which correspond to the die cores one by one are fixed on the lower die plate, the ejector rods are movably arranged in the bottom plate and the lower die plate, and the upper ends of the ejector rods are fixedly connected with the floating plate; the two sides of the insert are respectively provided with a sliding block, the sliding block is connected with the floating plate in a sliding mode, the outer side of the sliding block is provided with a guide plate fixed with the lower template, the guide plate is provided with a guide groove, the guide groove comprises a vertical section and an inclined section connected with the upper end of the vertical section, and the sliding block is provided with a movable pin inserted into the guide groove. The injection mold for producing the product with the external threads, disclosed by the invention, can be used for smoothly demolding the product with the external threads, and has the advantages of compact structure, safety and reliability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an injection mold for producing a product with external threads.
Background
With the rapid development of national economy in China, more and more requirements are put forward to the mold industry, and the demand of the mold industry is increasing in the aspects of building and building material industries except the fields of automobiles, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners and the like. The plastic mold accounts for about 30% of the whole mold industry, and the plastic mold market in China currently has the largest demand for injection molds. Although the plastic molding technology is mature, for an injection molding product with an external thread at the lower part, the product needs to be ejected and demoulded when the injection molding is finished, but because the product has a smaller structure and no ejector pin is arranged at the ejection position in the product, the product is difficult to be ejected smoothly by the traditional ejection mechanism; and, the screw thread section of product is by the mold insert block, and the drawing of patterns of screw thread section is comparatively complicated, if take off by force, causes the screw thread impaired easily, leads to influencing product appearance quality.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an injection mold for producing a product with external threads, which can enable the product with the external threads to be smoothly demoulded and has the advantages of compact structure, safety and reliability.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to design an injection mold with external threads for producing a product, which comprises an upper mold component, a lower mold component and a pouring mechanism arranged on the upper mold component; the upper die assembly comprises a panel and an upper die plate, the upper die plate is arranged at the bottom of the panel, and a first die core and a second die core are sequentially arranged at the bottom of the upper die plate from left to right;
the lower die assembly comprises a bottom plate, a lower die plate, a floating plate and an ejector rod, the lower die plate is arranged at the top of the bottom plate, the floating plate is arranged above the lower die plate, a first insert and a second insert are fixed on the lower die plate, the first insert corresponds to a first die core, the second insert corresponds to a second die core, the upper ends of the first insert and the second insert respectively penetrate through the floating plate and extend to the upper side of the floating plate, the ejector rod is movably arranged in the bottom plate and the lower die plate, and the upper end of the ejector rod is fixedly connected with the floating plate;
the top of the floating plate is connected with four sliding blocks in a sliding manner, the four sliding blocks are respectively a first sliding block, a second sliding block, a third sliding block and a fourth sliding block which are sequentially arranged from left to right, the first insert is positioned between the first sliding block and the second sliding block, the side parts of the first sliding block and the second sliding block facing the first insert are respectively provided with a thread forming part, the first insert, the first die core, the first sliding block and the second sliding block jointly form a cavity for forming a product, the second insert is positioned between the third sliding block and the fourth sliding block, the side parts of the third sliding block and the fourth sliding block facing the second insert are respectively provided with a thread forming part, and the second insert, the second die core, the third sliding block and the fourth sliding block jointly form a cavity for forming a product; a first guide plate, a second guide plate and a third guide plate are sequentially arranged on the lower template from left to right, the first guide plate is positioned on the outer side of the first sliding block, a first guide groove is formed in the first guide plate, the second guide plate is positioned on the outer sides of the second sliding block and the third sliding block, a second guide groove and a third guide groove are formed in the second guide plate, the third guide plate is positioned on the outer side of the fourth sliding block, a fourth guide groove is formed in the third guide plate, the first guide groove, the second guide groove, the third guide groove and the fourth guide groove respectively comprise vertical sections and inclined sections connected with the upper ends of the vertical sections, movable pins are respectively arranged on the first sliding block, the second sliding block, the third sliding block and the fourth sliding block, the movable pins on the first sliding block and the second sliding block are respectively inserted into the first guide groove and the second guide groove, and the inclined sections of the first guide groove and the second guide groove are inclined towards one side far away from the first insert, and movable pins on the third sliding block and the fourth sliding block are respectively inserted into the third guide groove and the fourth guide groove, and the inclined sections of the third guide groove and the fourth guide groove are inclined towards one side far away from the second insert.

After the injection molding of the mold is completed, the upper mold component and the lower mold component are opened, then the ejector rod drives the floating plate fixed with the ejector rod to move upwards, so that the floating plate is separated from the lower mold plate, in the process, the movable pins on the sliding blocks move upwards along the vertical sections of the corresponding guide grooves, so that the products are driven to move upwards along the inserts, and then the products are ejected until the movable pins on the sliding blocks are positioned at the upper ends of the vertical sections, and the ejection process of the products is completed; then the ejector pin drives the floating plate to go up continuously, in the process, the movable pins on the first slider and the second slider move along the inclined sections corresponding to the guide grooves, so that the first slider and the second slider are driven to slide towards one side far away from the first insert respectively, meanwhile, the movable pins on the third slider and the fourth slider move along the inclined sections corresponding to the guide grooves, so that the third slider and the fourth slider are driven to slide towards one side far away from the second insert respectively, so that the thread forming parts on the first slider, the second slider, the third slider and the fourth slider are separated from the product respectively, thereby completing the demoulding process, and finally the product is taken out through the manipulator.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.

the lower die assembly comprises a bottom plate 6, a lower die plate 7, a floating plate 8 and an ejector rod 9, the lower die plate 7 is arranged at the top of the bottom plate 6, the floating plate 8 is arranged above the lower die plate 7, a first insert 10 and a second insert 11 are fixed on the lower die plate 7, the first insert 10 corresponds to the first die core 4, the second insert 11 corresponds to the second die core 5, the upper ends of the first insert 10 and the second insert 11 respectively penetrate through the floating plate 8 and extend to the upper side of the floating plate 8, the ejector rod 9 is movably arranged in the bottom plate 6 and the lower die plate 7, and the upper end of the ejector rod 9 is fixedly connected with the floating plate 8;
the top of the floating plate 8 is slidably connected with four sliders, the four sliders are respectively a first slider 12, a second slider 13, a third slider 14 and a fourth slider 15 which are sequentially arranged from left to right, the first insert 10 is positioned between the first slider 12 and the second slider 13, the side parts of the first slider 12 and the second slider 13 facing the first insert 10 are respectively provided with a thread forming part 16, the first insert 10, the first mold core 4, the first slider 12 and the second slider 13 jointly form a mold cavity for forming a product, the second insert 11 is positioned between the third slider 14 and the fourth slider 15, the side parts of the third slider 14 and the fourth slider 15 facing the second insert 11 are respectively provided with a thread forming part 16, and the second insert 11, the second mold core 5, the third slider 14 and the fourth slider 15 jointly form a mold cavity for forming a product; a first guide plate 17, a second guide plate 18 and a third guide plate 19 are sequentially arranged on the lower template 7 from left to right, the first guide plate 17 is positioned on the outer side of the first sliding block 12, a first guide groove 20 is arranged on the first guide plate 17, the second guide plate 18 is positioned on the outer sides of the second sliding block 13 and the third sliding block 14, a second guide groove 21 and a third guide groove 22 are arranged on the second guide plate 18, the third guide plate 19 is positioned on the outer side of the fourth sliding block 15, a fourth guide groove 23 is arranged on the third guide plate 19, the first guide groove 20, the second guide groove 21, the third guide groove 22 and the fourth guide groove 23 respectively comprise a vertical section 24 and an inclined section 25 connected with the upper end of the vertical section 24, movable pins 26 are respectively arranged on the first sliding block 12, the second sliding block 13, the third sliding block 14 and the fourth sliding block 15, the movable pins 26 on the first sliding block 12 and the second sliding block 13 are respectively inserted into the first guide groove 20 and the second guide groove 21, the inclined sections 25 of the first guide groove 20 and the second guide groove 21 are inclined to a side far from the first insert 10, the movable pins 26 of the third slider 14 and the fourth slider 15 are respectively inserted into the third guide groove 22 and the fourth guide groove 23, and the inclined sections 25 of the third guide groove 22 and the fourth guide groove 23 are inclined to a side far from the second insert 11.
A first pressing block 27, a second pressing block 28 and a third pressing block 29 are sequentially arranged at the bottom of the upper die plate 7 from left to right, the first pressing block 27 is located on the left side of the first sliding block 12, the second pressing block 28 is located between the second sliding block 13 and the third sliding block 14, and the third pressing block 29 is located on the right side of the fourth sliding block 15; the first pressing block 27, the second pressing block 28 and the third pressing block 29 are all provided with pressing inclined planes 30, and the first sliding block 12, the second sliding block 13, the third sliding block 14 and the fourth sliding block 15 are all provided with matching inclined planes corresponding to the pressing inclined planes 30.
The pouring mechanism 1 includes a pouring gate 31 provided at the center of the upper mold assembly.

After the injection molding of the mold is completed, the upper mold component and the lower mold component are opened, then the ejector rod 9 drives the floating plate 8 fixed with the ejector rod to move upwards to separate the floating plate 8 from the lower mold plate 7, and in the process, the movable pins 26 on the sliders move upwards along the vertical sections 24 of the corresponding guide grooves, so that the products are driven to move upwards along the inserts, and then the products are ejected until the movable pins 26 on the sliders are positioned at the upper ends of the vertical sections 24, and the ejection process of the products is completed; and then the ejector rod 9 drives the floating plate 8 to go upwards continuously, in the process, the movable pins 26 on the first slide block 12 and the second slide block 13 move along the inclined sections 25 of the corresponding guide grooves, so that the first slide block 12 and the second slide block 13 are driven to slide towards one sides far away from the first insert 10 respectively, meanwhile, the movable pins 26 on the third slide block 14 and the fourth slide block 15 move along the inclined sections 25 of the corresponding guide grooves, so that the third slide block 14 and the fourth slide block 15 are driven to slide towards one sides far away from the second insert 11 respectively, so that the thread forming parts 16 on the first slide block 12, the second slide block 13, the third slide block 14 and the fourth slide block 15 are separated from the product respectively, the demolding procedure is completed, and finally the product is taken out through a manipulator.
