In the working process of the invention, when in use, the remote control module is used for sending a signal to the WiFi module 14 according to the requirement, so that the lifting cylinder 75 is controlled by the controller 13 to extend, the inclination angles of the installation frame 1 and the photovoltaic panel 2 are conveniently adjusted, meanwhile, the water in the water storage tank 81 is pumped by the water pump 82 through the water pumping pipe 83 according to the requirement and is filtered by the filter core 84, the water is sprayed on the photovoltaic panel 2 through the longitudinal guide pipe 85, the corrugated pipe 92 and the fixed guide pipe 93 on the spray head 96 so as to spray and wash the photovoltaic panel 2, then the rotating motor 33 is used for driving the right rotating roller 35 to rotate through the left rotating roller 32 by the driving belt 36, so as to conveniently drive the connection frame 37 and the rubber wiping plate 38 to move left and right, thereby the surface of the photovoltaic panel 2 is conveniently wiped by the rubber wiping plate 38, the time controller 15 can be used for controlling the power supply time of the storage battery, and then can realize the clear function of timing, usable water receiving bucket 86 is collected the rainwater when raining, flows down to storage water tank 81 after filtering through water strainer 87 and stores.

The remote automatic cleaning device for the solar cell panel is characterized by comprising an installation frame (1), a photovoltaic panel (2), an automatic cleaning frame structure (3), a supporting shaft plate (4), a supporting frame (5), a transverse bottom plate (6), an automatic angle adjusting frame structure (7), a water liquid storage and receiving frame structure (8), an adjustable water spraying frame structure (9), a protective outer frame (10), a storage battery (11), an installation plate (12), a controller (13), a WiFi module (14) and a time controller (15), wherein the photovoltaic panel (2) is embedded in the upper part of the installation frame (1); the automatic cleaning frame structure (3) is arranged at the upper part of the mounting frame (1); the supporting shaft plate (4) is mounted on the left side of the lower part of the mounting frame (1) through bolts; the support frame (5) is coupled to the lower part of the support shaft plate (4) in a shaft way; the transverse bottom plate (6) is arranged at the lower part of the support frame (5) by bolts; the automatic angle adjusting frame structure (7) is arranged on the right side of the upper part of the mounting frame (1) and the right side of the lower part of the mounting frame (1); the water liquid storage receiving frame structure (8) is arranged on the right side of the automatic angle adjusting frame structure (7) and is arranged on the upper part of the mounting frame (1) at the same time; the adjustable water spraying frame structure (9) is arranged on the upper part of the right side of the mounting frame (1); the protective outer frame (10) is arranged on the upper part of the transverse bottom plate (6) through screws; the storage battery (11) is arranged on the left side of the interior of the protective outer frame (10) through screws; the mounting plate (12) is mounted on the right side of the interior of the protective outer frame (10) through bolts; the controller (13), the WiFi module (14) and the time controller (15) are respectively arranged on the front side of the mounting plate (12); the automatic cleaning frame structure (3) comprises a left support plate (31), a left rotating roller (32), a rotating motor (33), a right support plate (34), a right rotating roller (35), a transmission belt (36), a connecting frame (37) and a rubber wiping plate (38), wherein the left support plate (31) is arranged at the front part and the rear part of the left side of the upper part of the mounting frame (1) through bolts; the left rotating roller (32) is axially connected to the upper part of the left support plate (31); the rotating motor (33) is arranged on the front side of the left side support plate (31) through a screw, and an output shaft of the rotating motor (33) is connected with a left side rotating roller (32) through a key; the right side support plate (34) is arranged at the front end and the rear end of the right side of the upper part of the mounting frame (1) through bolts; the right rotary roller (35) is axially connected to the upper part of the right support plate (34); the transmission belt (36) is sleeved on the outer sides of the left rotating roller (32) and the right rotating roller (35); the connecting frame (37) is installed on the right side of the lower part of the transmission belt (36) through screws.

The solar panel remote automatic cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the water storage and receiving frame structure (8) comprises a water storage tank (81), a water pump (82), a water pumping pipe (83), a filter element (84), a longitudinal conduit (85), a water receiving hopper (86) and a water filtering net (87), the water storage tank (81) is mounted on the right side of the upper part of the transverse bottom plate (6) through bolts; the water suction pump (82) is arranged at the left lower side of the water storage tank (81) through a screw; the water pumping pipe (83) penetrates through the water storage tank (81) and is communicated with a water inlet of the water pump (82); the longitudinal conduit (85) is in threaded connection with a water outlet at the upper part of the water suction pump (82); the water filter screen (87) is arranged on the inner side of the water receiving hopper (86) through screws.

The remote automatic cleaning device for the solar panel according to claim 1, wherein the automatic angle adjusting frame structure (7) comprises an upper side mounting shaft plate (71), an upper side movable shaft plate (72), a protecting sleeve (73), a rubber ring (74), a lifting cylinder (75), a lower side movable shaft plate (76) and a lower side mounting shaft plate (77), wherein the upper side mounting shaft plate (71) is bolted on the right side of the lower part of the mounting frame (1); the upper movable shaft plate (72) is coupled to the lower part of the upper mounting shaft plate (71) in a shaft manner; the lower movable shaft plate (76) is coupled to the upper part of the lower mounting shaft plate (77) in a shaft manner; the lower side mounting shaft plate (77) is mounted on the upper part of the transverse bottom plate (6) through bolts.

The solar panel remote automatic cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable water spray frame structure (9) comprises a connecting sleeve (91), a corrugated pipe (92), a fixed guide pipe (93), a fixed frame (94), a sunshade (95) and a spray head (96), wherein the corrugated pipe (92) is glued on the upper part of the connecting sleeve (91); the fixed guide pipe (93) is inserted into the inner side of the fixed frame (94); the fixing frame (94) is arranged on the right side of the upper part of the mounting frame (1) through screws.
5. The solar panel remote automatic cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the rubber wiping plate (38) is glued to the lower part of the connecting frame (37) while the rubber wiping plate (38) is in contact with the upper part of the photovoltaic panel (2).
6. The solar panel remote automatic cleaning device according to claim 4, characterized in that the spray head (96) is arranged at the upper part of the photovoltaic panel (2), while the spray head (96) is screwed at the left side of the fixed conduit (93).
7. The remote automatic cleaning device for the solar panel according to claim 3, wherein the upper and lower ends of the lifting cylinder (75) are respectively connected with the lower part of the upper movable shaft plate (72) and the upper part of the lower movable shaft plate (76) by bolts.
8. The remote automatic cleaning device for the solar panel as claimed in claim 3, wherein the protecting cover (73) is glued to the lower part of the outer side of the upper movable shaft plate (72), and the protecting cover (73) is sleeved on the outer side of the lifting cylinder (75).
9. The solar panel remote automatic cleaning device according to claim 3, wherein the rubber ring (74) is glued to the lower part of the protective cover (73), and the rubber ring (74) is sleeved outside the lifting cylinder (75).
