Abstract
The invention discloses a knife and chopstick degerming rack and a control method, and relates to the technical field of degerming racks. The invention comprises a shell and a control system; the upper end of the shell is provided with a placing rack; the placing rack is respectively provided with a plurality of cutter placing grids for placing cutters and a chopstick placing barrel; the body and the bottom of the chopstick placing cylinder are both provided with a ventilating grid structure; the rack has a ventilated grid configuration; a degerming device is arranged in the inner cavity of the shell; a start-finish switch and a power plug are arranged on the shell; the degerming device comprises an ozone generating device arranged in the inner cavity of the shell; a plurality of partition plates are vertically fixed in the chopstick placing cylinder; an ozone concentration sensor is arranged in the inner cavity of the shell; and a drying device is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the shell. The invention solves the problems of poor ventilation, easy bacteria breeding and poor health and sanitation of the existing knife and chopstick degerming rack by the action of the knife placing grid, the chopstick placing cylinder, the ozone generating device and the drying device.

Technical Field

Background
Chopsticks are common food tools in China, are used for clamping food and sending the food into the mouth, are usually made of materials such as bamboo, wood, metal and the like, and are one of the signs of Chinese food culture. In daily life, cutters and chopsticks are kitchen utensils widely used. After the knife is used, the knife is mostly hung or directly placed on the chopping board. Further, a sterilization mode and a sterilization and drying mode are arranged on the shell; the control system is internally implanted with the processing time of a sterilization mode and the processing time of a sterilization + drying mode in advance.

stp3, when a sterilization and drying mode is selected, the ozone generating device is started, the drying device is started, and when the ozone concentration sensor detects that the concentration of ozone in the inner cavity of the shell reaches a preset ozone concentration maximum value, the ozone generating device is closed; when the ozone concentration sensor detects that the concentration of ozone in the inner cavity of the shell is lower than the lowest limit value of the concentration of ozone, the ozone generating device is started; the cycle is repeated until the processing time of the sterilization + drying mode is finished.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the plurality of partition plates are vertically fixed in the chopstick placing cylinder and are used for partitioning a plurality of pairs of chopsticks, so that the ozone generating device can disinfect the chopsticks more sufficiently, and the drying device can dry the chopsticks quickly.
