Abstract
A movable rotary shutter comprises a guide rail, a plurality of shutters and an electric control box, and comprises a rotary system for controlling the rotation of the shutters and a moving system for controlling the movement of the shutters; the rotating system comprises a push rod motor, a long connecting rod, a short connecting rod, a connecting block, a distance chain, a louver short shaft, a pulley and an anti-falling frame; the moving system is arranged on the guide rail; the moving system comprises a motor, a main chain wheel, a secondary chain wheel, a chain, a main shaft, a long shutter shaft and a traction block. In the invention, the sun shading enters a new field; in the shutter moving process, the pulley reduces the friction resistance, the anti-falling frame ensures the normal movement of the shutter, and the shutter is prevented from rotating disorderly.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of shutter equipment, in particular to a movable rotary shutter.
Background
The existing shutter is widely applied to the building industry more and more for realizing good building energy conservation of sunlight rooms and daylighting roofs and external shading. The angle of each louver is adjusted around the rotating shaft of the louver by the aid of the push rod motor, so that indoor lighting effect is improved, glare is shielded, ultraviolet rays and heat are prevented from entering a room, and the purposes of saving energy, reducing consumption and reducing emission are achieved well.
As shown in FIG. 1, the existing sun blind usually uses hollow shuttle-shaped blinds made of aluminum alloy. Each louver rotates around the rotating shaft of the louver, and the optimal effect of shading and dimming is achieved at different angles from a closed state to an open state.

the rotating system 3 comprises a push rod motor 31, a long connecting rod 32, a short connecting rod 36, a connecting block 33, a distance chain 34, a shutter short shaft 38, a pulley 37 and an anti-falling frame 35;
the tail end of a push rod motor 31 is fixed on the guide rail 1, and the head of the push rod motor 31 is connected with the upper end of a long connecting rod 32; the upper end and the lower end of the short connecting rod 36 are provided with connecting blocks 33; the middle and lower ends of the long connecting rod 32 are connected with the connecting block 33 and are fixedly connected with the shutter short shaft 38 in a key mode; the long connecting rod 32 is connected with the shutter 2 into a whole; the upper end and the lower end of the short connecting rod 36 are connected with the connecting block 33, and the middle part is connected and fixed with the shutter short shaft 38 in a key way; two ends of the connecting block 33 are connected with the distance chain; the louver short shaft 38 is fixed with the louver 2 through bolts; the pulley 37 is arranged in the guide rail groove, the pulley 37 is rotatably connected with the louver short shaft 38 through a ball bearing, and meanwhile, the pulley 37 slides along the guide rail 1 to drive the louver 2 to move along the length direction of the guide rail 1; the falling prevention frame 35 is arranged on the short connecting rod 36; the distance chain 34 connects the adjacent connecting blocks 33 in series, and the distance chain 34 connects the long connecting rod 32 and the short connecting rod 36 to form a transmission pair mechanism;
the moving system 4 is arranged on the guide rail 1; the moving system 4 comprises a motor 41, a main chain wheel 42, a slave chain wheel 43, a chain 44, a main shaft 46, a long shutter shaft 48 and a traction block 49;
the motor 41 transmits power to the slave sprocket 43 through the main shaft 46 and the main sprocket 42 mounted on the main shaft; a tension wheel 45 for adjusting the tightness of the chain 44 is arranged at the tail end of the guide rail 1; one end of the shutter long shaft 48 is fixed with the shutter, and the other end is provided with a traction block 49 so as to drive the shutter 2 to move through the traction block 49; wherein, both ends of the traction block 49 are also connected with the chain 44 to move along the length direction of the guide rail 1 by the driving of the chain 44.
In the invention, when the louver 2 is in an open state, the motor 41 drives the main chain wheel 42 and the auxiliary chain wheel 43 to transmit power to the traction block 49 of the louver long shaft 48 through the main shaft 46, so as to drive the louver 2 to move along the length direction of the guide rail, and finally, all the louvers 2 are contracted together. And vice versa, until fully opened.
In the invention, the rotating system and the moving system supplement each other, and the combination of the rotating system and the moving system enables the louver to realize the rotating and moving functions in one mechanism, so that the sun shading enters a new field. When the shutter is in the closed state, only the shape-rotating operation is possible. During the shutter opening process, the moving operation cannot be performed. The moving operation can be performed only when the louver is in the fully opened state. After the louver moving process is started, the rotating operation cannot be performed. The rotation operation is not possible until the leaves are completely unfolded from the retracted state.
In an optional embodiment, the louver 2 is made of an aluminum alloy material, and the surface of the louver is subjected to anodic oxidation treatment or powder spraying treatment, so that the strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, color fastness, simplicity in cleaning and the like of the louver 2 are improved.
In an optional embodiment, the rail 1 is made of an aluminum alloy section, the surface of the rail is subjected to anodic oxidation treatment or powder spraying treatment, the structural strength of the rail 1 is improved, the rail 1 can bear strong vibration without being damaged, and the structural strength of the rail 1 cannot be deteriorated due to rusting and aging.
