after the corresponding code is obtained according to the characteristic information, the characteristic information is matched with pre-stored standard characteristic information, the standard characteristic information is pre-recorded by a user, the standard characteristic information corresponds to the code, and when the matching is successful, the code corresponding to the standard characteristic information matched with the characteristic information is obtained; operating the encoded operable items of the television user interface according to the code;
at least one operation menu is arranged on the television user interface, at least one operable item is arranged on each operation menu, and before the operation of the encoded operable items of the television user interface according to the codes, the method comprises the following steps:
encoding the operable items so that each operable item on each operation menu corresponds to a code;
wherein the number of the operable items on each of the operation menus is not greater than the number of codes;
only displaying one effective operation menu on the interface of the television at the same time;
the operation menu comprises a shortcut menu, and before the operation of the encoded operable items of the television user interface according to the codes, the operation menu further comprises: setting a shortcut menu trigger code;
the operating the encoded operational items of the television user interface according to the code specifically comprises:
judging whether the code is the shortcut menu trigger code or not;
when the code is the shortcut menu trigger code, opening the shortcut menu;
when the code is not the shortcut menu trigger code, operating according to the operable item corresponding to the code;
and when the code is not the shortcut menu trigger code, operating according to the operable item corresponding to the code.

and recommending the search content according to the user characteristics.
