技术领域
本发明属于控制阀技术领域,具体涉及耐磨耐高温耐腐蚀圆盘阀。
背景技术
圆盘阀通过旋转轴带动阀板运动,使得阀门开关动作时的运动力为旋转运动,气动执行机构的活塞杆不与介质直接接触,延长了执行机构的使用寿命,广泛地应用于电力、冶金、化工、食品、制药等领域,在现有的粉尘类行业、多晶硅、煤化工行业工艺系统上所采用的圆盘阀,都是由改变阀芯和阀座的相对位置而实现开关或流量调节功能的,阀瓣结构在经过系统高温的工艺后,耐磨性能下降,阀体本体容易被腐蚀,阀座容易冲蚀掉落,从而导致装置报废,生产工艺系统停运,造成更大经济损失。
发明内容
针对上述背景技术所提出的问题,本发明的目的是:旨在提供耐磨耐高温耐腐蚀圆盘阀。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
耐磨耐高温耐腐蚀圆盘阀,包括有前阀板、阀体和后阀板,所述阀体安装在前阀板和后阀板之间,所述阀体的一侧设有吹气孔,所述吹气孔连接有堵头,所述前阀板和后阀板内均安装有阀座,所述阀座连接有阀瓣,所述阀瓣转动连接有耐磨密封板,所述耐磨密封板与阀座相接触,两侧所述阀瓣之间连接有传动臂,所述传动臂内安装有弹簧,所述弹簧的自由端与阀瓣相连接,所述传动臂连接有阀杆,所述阀杆连接有滑动轴承,所述滑动轴承安装在前阀板上,所述阀杆顶部贯穿后阀板并延伸至其上侧,所述阀杆连接有驱动臂,所述驱动臂铰接有气缸,所述气缸铰接有安装套。
进一步限定,所述阀座与阀瓣均由高强度、高密度、耐腐蚀的材料制作生产。这样的结构设计使阀座与阀瓣强度更高,更加耐用。
进一步限定,所述弹簧为耐高温耐腐蚀的弹簧。这样的结构设计使弹簧具有耐高温耐腐蚀的效果。
进一步限定,所述前阀板与后阀板之间通过螺栓与阀体锁紧连接。这样的结构设计便于安装并且连接固定。
进一步限定,所述后阀板安装有密封件,所述后阀板在密封件的上侧连接有压板,所述后阀板在密封件的下侧连接有滑动衬套,所述阀杆安装在密封件、滑动衬套和压板之间。这样的结构设计使阀杆与后阀板之间在密封件、滑动衬套和压板的作用下形成滑动密封。
进一步限定,所述阀体与前阀板和后阀板连接处设有密封套。这样的结构设计提高密封性。
进一步限定,所述阀体为耐高温合金材料制作而成。这样的结构设计使阀体具有耐高温的效果,延长阀体的使用寿命。
进一步限定,所述前阀板与后阀板均设有台阶槽,所述阀座安装在台阶槽内。这样的结构设计使安装更稳定。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过阀座和阀瓣在弹簧作用下,能够实现对阀座和阀瓣磨损后的自动补偿,并且使阀座和阀瓣始终处于紧贴保持密封的工作状态,而且通过吹气孔接入外部分管,对当密封腔体内的介质进行吹扫,防止堆积造成腐蚀,解决了传统圆盘阀中易腐蚀、不耐磨等缺陷,延长了圆盘阀的使用寿命,降低了企业装备成本,从而提高了经济效益。

如图1-2所示,本发明的耐磨耐高温耐腐蚀圆盘阀,其特征在于:包括有前阀板1、阀体6和后阀板7,阀体6安装在前阀板1和后阀板7之间,阀体6的一侧设有吹气孔110,吹气孔110连接有堵头10,前阀板1和后阀板7内均安装有阀座2,阀座2连接有阀瓣3,阀瓣3转动连接有耐磨密封板301,耐磨密封板301与阀座2相接触,两侧阀瓣3之间连接有传动臂4,传动臂4内安装有弹簧5,弹簧5的自由端与阀瓣3相连接,传动臂4连接有阀杆11,阀杆11连接有滑动轴承12,滑动轴承12安装在前阀板1上,阀杆11顶部贯穿后阀板7并延伸至其上侧,阀杆11连接有驱动臂15,驱动臂15铰接有气缸14,气缸14铰接有。
使用时,通过控制气缸14带动驱动臂15,驱动臂15带动阀杆11,阀杆11带动传动臂4,使传动臂4按滑动轴承12的轴向中心规律性的带着阀瓣3以阀杆11为中心旋转,从而达到圆盘阀主体17的开启、关闭和调节流量大小的功能,阀瓣3在运动过程中剪切微细介质,阀瓣3两侧的耐磨密封板301在弹簧5的作用下与阀座2的密封面不断进行研磨,在运动过程中保持自动旋转,随时把流动的微量介质进行剪切磨削,两个阀座2的密封面的微量磨损在弹簧5的弹性作用力中不断做微量的补充,用以补偿阀瓣3的微量磨损,并且当密封腔体601内的介质过多时,通过打开堵头10,通过吹气孔110接入外部分管,对当密封腔体601内的介质进行吹扫,使得经过吹扫的介质能够从出料管101流出,防止堆积。
优选阀座2与阀瓣3均由高强度、高密度、耐腐蚀的材料制作生产。这样的结构设计使阀座2与阀瓣3强度更高,更加耐用。
优选弹簧5为耐高温耐腐蚀的弹簧5。这样的结构设计使弹簧5具有耐高温耐腐蚀的效果。
优选前阀板1与后阀板7之间通过螺栓13与阀体6锁紧连接。这样的结构设计便于安装并且连接固定。
优选后阀板7安装有密封件8,后阀板7在密封件8的上侧连接有压板16,后阀板7在密封件8的下侧连接有滑动衬套9,阀杆11安装在密封件8、滑动衬套9和压板16之间。这样的结构设计使阀杆11与后阀板7之间在密封件8、滑动衬套9和压板16的作用下形成滑动密封。
优选阀体6与前阀板1和后阀板7连接处设有密封套601。这样的结构设计提高密封性。
优选阀体6为耐高温合金材料制作而成。这样的结构设计使阀体6具有耐高温的效果,延长阀体6的使用寿命。
优选前阀板1与后阀板7均设有台阶槽,阀座2安装在台阶槽内。这样的结构设计使安装更稳定。
