Abstract
The invention relates to an automatic catwalk bridge retracting device which comprises a catwalk bridge and a group of steel wire rope winches, wherein the catwalk bridge is hinged with a catwalk machine platform so that the catwalk bridge can rotate around a hinge point; the wire rope winch is connected with the catwalk bridge through a group of pulley seats, pulleys and wire ropes, and provides power for lifting of the catwalk bridge, so that pitching motion of the catwalk bridge is achieved. The invention adopts the winch to lift, can remotely and automatically operate, replaces the original manual operation mode, saves time and labor, is safe and reliable, and does not need to occupy the deck space.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a cat road bridge of a drilling ship, in particular to an automatic retracting and releasing operation device of the cat road bridge.
Background
The catwalk bridge is a device for connecting a catwalk machine platform to a drill floor on a drilling ship. The drilling ship catwalk machine is generally longitudinally arranged, the blowout preventer stack is transversely arranged, and the transverse movement of the blowout preventer stack crane interferes with the catwalk bridge, so the catwalk bridge needs to be movably arranged. Generally, when the blowout preventer stack is used, a catwalk machine is in a non-working state, a catwalk bridge is dismantled and moved away by a crane, and then the blowout preventer stack crane transversely moves the blowout preventer stack to a trolley in a ship and then to the center of a wellhead; when the catwalk machine is used, the blowout preventer group crane is in a non-working state, and the catwalk bridge is connected with the platform of the catwalk machine and used as a channel for conveying pipes. Because the deck equipment of the drilling ship is compactly arranged, personnel are required to disassemble connecting pieces and connect lifting appliances on site when the crane is used for operation, the operation is dangerous under the sea condition that the ship is greatly rolled, the crane is required to have a good view, and otherwise, the operation risk is increased. Therefore, the design of the automatic retractable catwalk bridge is particularly important.
And the automatic lifting operation of catwalk machine platform can effectively be solved to prior art scheme, but need dispose equipment such as winch, pulley yoke, has increaseed investment cost and arrangement space.

Further, the catwalk bridge comprises a panel, a web plate and a reinforcing member, wherein the panel is of a rectangular structure, and lifting lugs for connecting steel wire ropes are arranged on the left side and the right side of the panel; the number of the webs is 2, and the tail part of each web is provided with a double-hinge-point ear plate; the other end of the web plate adopts a stepped structure, so that the web plate can be conveniently placed on a drill floor lug seat; the reinforcing member supports the lifting lugs on the panel and strengthens the entire catwalk bridge structure.
Furthermore, the double-hinge-point ear plates of the web plate are double-ear plates of a forged piece or a welded piece and are connected to the ear plates of the platform supporting structure of the catwalk machine through pin shafts; the pin shafts are respectively provided with a shaft sleeve.
Further, the catwalk machine platform articulates the catwalk bridge on the bearing structure of catwalk machine platform through the single otic placode on the catwalk machine bearing structure.

The invention adopts the winch to lift, can remotely and automatically operate, replaces the original manual operation mode, is time-saving and labor-saving, is safe and reliable, and does not need to occupy the deck space.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the automatic retraction catwalk bridge device of the present invention includes a catwalk bridge 2, a catwalk machine platform 3, a catwalk machine track 4, a movable track member 5, a hoisting winch 6, and a pulley seat 7. The cat road bridge 2 is hinged with the cat road machine platform 3, so that the cat road bridge can rotate around a hinge point.
The catwalk bridge 2 includes: a panel, a web, and a reinforcing member. The panel is of a rectangular structure, and the left side and the right side are provided with lifting lugs for connecting steel wire ropes.
The number of the webs is 2, the webs are used for arranging double hinge points, the hinge points are arranged at the tail parts of the webs, the catwalk machine supporting structure is provided with a single ear plate, and a catwalk bridge can be hinged on the supporting structure of the catwalk machine platform 3; the other end of the web plate adopts a step-type design, so that the web plate can be conveniently placed on an ear seat of the drill floor 8. The reinforcing member is used for supporting the lifting lugs and meeting the structural strength of the whole catwalk bridge; the blowout preventer stack crane 1 adopts a high-low leg type, and a tail supporting leg is longer. And the group of movable track components 5 are used for enabling the catwalk machine track 4 to be continuous, so that the catwalk machine runs stably and the action of a catwalk bridge is not influenced.
In the examples: the web plate hinge point ear plate is a double ear plate of a forge piece or a welding piece and is connected on the ear plate of the platform supporting structure of the catwalk machine through a pin shaft.
