The prior lead pad has the following defects in use.
Because current lead wire dish does not have wireless communication function usually when using, the personnel do not know the number of turns that the cable was convoluteed and the pressure that the cable possessed after the coiling promptly when using, appear phenomenon such as wearing and tearing, damage easily when using for a long time and influence cable life, and traditional lead wire dish is after using because the easy condition that appears losing of placing of personnel, seeks comparatively trouble promptly. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a lead pad with wireless communication function.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problem that the existing lead wire disc does not have wireless communication, the invention provides a lead wire disc with a wireless communication function, which comprises a signal processing module which is arranged in the lead wire disc and used for receiving processed analog signals and carrying out digital processing, a global network module which is bidirectionally connected to the signal processing module through a serial port and is wirelessly communicated with a server and used for responding to a server request and transmitting the signal processing module, and a global network module which is used for wirelessly transmitting parameter data of a wire disc to the server, wherein the lead wire disc can transmit the number of turns wound by a cable and the pressure of the wound cable to the signal processing module through a corresponding sensor and feed back to personnel through a corresponding display module or APP through the arrangement of the global network module, and the lead wire disc is provided with a GPS positioning module which can more quickly find the position of the lead wire disc through the APP after use, is convenient to use.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions.
A lead wire disc with wireless communication function comprises a mechanical part and a wireless communication part, wherein the mechanical part comprises a base, a mounting plate fixedly arranged on the base and wire reels rotatably connected to two sides of the mounting plate,
the wireless communication part comprises a signal processing module which is arranged in the lead wire disc and used for receiving processed analog signals and carrying out digital processing, the signal processing module is in wireless communication with the server through a serial port in a two-way mode and used for responding to a server request and transmitting the server request to the signal processing module, the wire disc parameter data are sent to the global network module of the server in a wireless mode, and a GPS positioning module used for collecting lead wire disc positioning information is arranged in the lead wire disc.
Preferably, the global network module includes 2G communication module and 3G communication module that can carry out the SMS communication with the server, can carry out 4G communication module and 5G communication module and the NB-Lot communication module that can provide comprehensive indoor cellular data connection and cover with smart mobile phone APP.
Preferably, the signal processing module is further connected with a display module and a signal sampling module.
Preferably, the display module comprises a liquid crystal display module for displaying winding parameters and setting parameters, a key input module and an indicator lamp with a reminding function.
Preferably, the signal sampling module comprises a wire spool connected with the measured wire spool, a turn number sensor for inputting the measured value into the signal processing module after processing, and a pressure sensor connected with the measured cable for inputting the measured value into the controller module after processing.
Preferably, the mounting plate is provided with a positioning device and a limiting device for limiting the reel, wherein the positioning device comprises a positioning block and a locking plate connected with the positioning block through a pin shaft, and the limiting device comprises a clamping plate in threaded connection with the mounting plate and a limiting spring with one end connected with the clamping plate and the other end fixed on the mounting plate.

As shown in fig. 1-3, which is a schematic structural diagram of a lead wire pad with a wireless communication function according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lead wire pad includes a mechanical portion and a wireless communication portion, the mechanical portion includes a base 1, a mounting plate 5 fixedly mounted on the base 1 and a wire reel 6 rotatably connected to two sides of the mounting plate 5, the wireless communication portion includes a signal processing module 13 disposed in the lead wire pad for receiving a processed analog signal and performing digital processing, a global network module 14 bidirectionally connected to the signal processing module 13 through a serial port for wireless communication with a server and for transmitting to the signal processing module 13 in response to a server request, and wirelessly transmitting parameter data of the wire reel 6 to the server, a GPS positioning module 16 disposed in the lead wire pad for acquiring lead wire pad positioning information, and the GPS positioning module 16 transmits the position of the lead wire pad through a signal sampling module 15 and the signal processing module 13 and through the global network module 14 The network module 14 feeds back to the APP terminal.

The working principle is as follows: when the cable is taken up, the cable penetrates through the limiting hook 10, meanwhile, the locking plate 3 is pressed downwards, and the part of the cable is placed in the positioning block 4. When pulling the wire, the cable is also placed in the positioning block 4, and the wire is pulled out. At the moment, the wire spool 6 rotates anticlockwise, and the gear 8 drives the clamping plate 7 to lift upwards. The acting force generated to the clamping plate 7 by the limiting spring 11 is controlled within a certain range, so that the wire spool 6 cannot run. In the using process of the lead wire disc, a proper wireless communication module can be selected according to the using state, the measured pressure signal is sent to the signal processing module 13 to be processed, the winding pressure calculation between cables is realized, the measured winding number is sent to the signal processing module 13 by the number-of-turns sensor 15.2, and the data is sent to the display module 12 by the wireless communication module after the signal processing module 13 is processed; if necessary, the information of the winding parameters such as real-time pressure, the number of turns and the like can be sent out through the related wireless communication module.
