Abstract
The invention discloses a die stamping device convenient for demolding, and relates to the technical field of die manufacturing. The invention comprises a workbench, a lower die holder, a stamping head, a hydraulic rod, a first motor, a die releasing mechanism and a demoulding mechanism. The invention aims at the problem that the existing stamping die is difficult to demold, the die loosening mechanism and the demolding mechanism are arranged, the second motor drives the loosening plate to strike the circular groove, so that the die in the lower die holder is loosened, the clamping block is used for clamping the die, and the L-shaped lifting rod is lifted, so that the die is taken out of the lower die holder, the demolding efficiency is improved, and the workload of operators is reduced.

Background
In the field of die manufacturing, a die is often required to be molded and pressed to a fixed pressure, but since the die is generally thick in metal texture and high in hardness, a special stamping die device is required to operate.

Referring to fig. 1-6, the present invention is a die stamping device for facilitating demolding, including a worktable 1, a lower die base 2, a stamping head 15, a hydraulic rod 16, a first motor 4, a mold releasing mechanism and a demolding mechanism; the bottom of the working table 1 is provided with a supporting plate 3; a first circular through hole is formed in the middle of the workbench 1; the hydraulic rod 16 passes through the first circular through hole; the upper end of the hydraulic rod 16 is connected with the first motor 4; the lower end of the hydraulic rod 16 is fixedly connected with the punching head 15; the lower die holder 2 is arranged right below the workbench 1; the bottom of the lower die holder 2 is provided with a first groove; a buffer spring 13 is fixedly arranged at the top of the first groove; the lower end of the buffer spring 13 is fixedly connected with the buffer bottom plate 10; two opposite side surfaces of the lower die base 2 are provided with circular grooves 201; the mold releasing mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the lower mold base 2; the mould releasing mechanism comprises a second motor 5, a first screw 21, a sliding rod 20, a releasing plate 14 and a long fixed block 6; the second motor 5 is fixedly arranged on the first base 8; one end of the first screw 21 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the second motor 5; a first threaded hole is formed in the middle of the sliding rod 20; the first screw 21 is matched with the first threaded hole; the other end of the first screw 21 is fixedly provided with a first limiting plate 22; the loosening plate 14 is fixedly connected with the sliding rod 20 through a first connecting rod 23; the loosening plate 14 is a circular plate; the size of the loosening plate 14 is consistent with that of the circular groove 201; the clamping block 12 is fixed on the L-shaped lifting rod 17 in an adhering or inserting mode; sliding blocks are fixedly arranged on two sides of the sliding rod 20; a sliding groove 601 is formed in one side face of the long fixing block 6; the bottom of the long fixed block 6 is provided with a first supporting column 7; the sliding block is in sliding fit with the sliding groove 601; the demolding mechanism comprises a clamping block 12, a first telescopic rod 11, an L-shaped lifting rod 17 and a turntable 18; a straight groove-shaped through hole 301 is formed in the supporting plate 3; the L-shaped lifting rod 17 is inserted in the straight groove-shaped through hole 301; the pair of L-shaped lifting rods 17 are connected through a first telescopic rod 11, a second limiting plate 9 is arranged at the end part of one L-shaped lifting rod 17, and a rotary table 18 is arranged at the end part of the other L-shaped lifting rod 17; a first handle 19 is arranged on the rotary disc 18; the clamping block 12 is fixedly arranged on the L-shaped lifting rod 17; a first gear is arranged on the peripheral side surface of the L-shaped lifting rod 17; the wall of the straight-groove-shaped through hole 301 is provided with a first rack; the first gear is meshed with the first rack.
One specific application of this embodiment is:
placing a die to be punched in a punching groove of the lower die holder 2, starting the first motor 4, moving the hydraulic rod 16 downwards, punching the die by using the punching head 15, and enabling the buffer spring 13 and the buffer bottom plate 10 at the bottom of the lower die holder 2 to play a good buffering role; the second motor 5 is started to drive the first screw 21 to rotate, the first screw 21 drives the sliding rod 20 to move back and forth in the sliding groove 601, and the loosening plate 14 continuously strikes the circular groove 201 to loosen the die in the lower die holder 2; the first handle 19 is held by hand to push forwards and then is lifted upwards, so that the clamping block 12 clamps the die and separates from the lower die holder 2.

1. A die stamping device convenient for demoulding comprises a workbench (1), a lower die holder (2), a stamping head (15), a hydraulic rod (16), a first motor (4), a die releasing mechanism and a demoulding mechanism;

a supporting plate (3) is arranged at the bottom of the workbench (1); a first circular through hole is formed in the middle of the workbench (1); the hydraulic rod (16) penetrates through the first circular through hole; the upper end of the hydraulic rod (16) is connected with a first motor (4); the lower end of the hydraulic rod (16) is fixedly connected with the punching head (15); the lower die holder (2) is arranged right below the workbench (1); the bottom of the lower die holder (2) is provided with a first groove; a buffer spring (13) is fixedly arranged at the top of the first groove; the lower end of the buffer spring (13) is fixedly connected with the buffer bottom plate (10); two opposite side surfaces of the lower die holder (2) are provided with circular grooves (201); the mold releasing mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower mold base (2); the demolding mechanism comprises a clamping block (12), a first telescopic rod (11), an L-shaped lifting rod (17) and a turntable (18); a straight groove-shaped through hole (301) is formed in the supporting plate (3); the L-shaped lifting rod (17) is inserted in the straight groove-shaped through hole (301); the pair of L-shaped lifting rods (17) are connected through a first telescopic rod (11), a second limiting plate (9) is arranged at the end part of one L-shaped lifting rod (17), and the turntable (18) is arranged at the end part of the other L-shaped lifting rod (17); a first handle (19) is arranged on the rotary disc (18); the clamping block (12) is fixedly arranged on the L-shaped lifting rod (17).

The die stamping device for facilitating demolding according to claim 1, wherein the mold releasing mechanism comprises a second motor (5), a first screw (21), a sliding rod (20), a loosening plate (14) and an elongated fixing block (6); the second motor (5) is fixedly arranged on the first base (8); one end of the first screw rod (21) is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the second motor (5); a first threaded hole is formed in the middle of the sliding rod (20); the first screw rod (21) is matched with the first threaded hole; a first limiting plate (22) is fixedly arranged at the other end of the first screw rod (21); the loosening plate (14) is fixedly connected with the sliding rod (20) through a first connecting rod (23); sliding blocks are fixedly arranged on two sides of the sliding rod (20); a sliding groove (601) is formed in one side face of the long fixing block (6); the bottom of the long fixing block (6) is provided with a first supporting column (7); the sliding block is in sliding fit with the sliding groove (601).
