The first brushing unit 203 comprises a first brush roller 20301, a second brush roller 20302, a third brush roller 20303, a fourth transmission wheel 20304, a first straight gear 20305, a second straight gear 20306 and a third straight gear 20307; on one side of the first transmission unit 201, a first brush roller 20301, a second brush roller 20302 and a third brush roller 20303 are sequentially connected with the support table 4 in a rotating manner; the fourth driving wheel 20304 and the first straight gear 20305 are fixedly connected with one side of the first brush roll 20301 respectively; the fourth driving wheel 20304 is connected with the power component 3; the second spur gear 20306 is fixedly connected with one side of the second brush roller 20302; the third spur gear 20307 is fixedly connected with one side of the third brush roller 20303; both sides of the second spur gear 20306 are engaged with the first spur gear 20305 and the third spur gear 20307, respectively.

Firstly, the power assembly 3 drives the fifth driving wheel 20402 to rotate, the fifth driving wheel 20402 drives the sixth driving wheel 20403 to rotate through the second rotating shaft 20401, the sixth driving wheel 20403 drives the seventh driving wheel 20405 to rotate through a belt, the seventh driving wheel 20405 drives the eighth driving wheel 20406 to rotate through the third rotating shaft 20404, the eighth driving wheel 20406 drives the ninth driving wheel 20409, the tenth driving wheel 20412 and the eleventh driving wheel 20413 to respectively drive the fourth brush roll 20410 and the fifth brush roll 20411 to rotate through the same belt, when the PP cotton filter element is in contact with the fourth brush roll 20410 and the fifth brush roll 20411, the fourth brush roll 20410 and the fifth brush roll 20411 drive the PP cotton filter element to rotate, and when the PP cotton filter element is conveyed between the fourth brush roll 20410 and the fifth brush roll 20411, the electric rotating shaft 20416 drives the left screw rod 20417 and the right screw rod 20418 to rotate in a reciprocating manner, the fourth slider 20414 and the fifth slider 20415 drive the connected components to respectively extrude the PP cotton filter element to reciprocate along the tooth patterns of the left screw rod 20417 and the right screw rod 20418, the surfaces of the PP cotton filter elements are brushed by the fourth brush roller 20410 and the fifth brush roller 20411, dirt in the PP cotton filter elements is squeezed out together with clean water, and meanwhile, the third sliding block 20407 moves along the sliding rail of the support table 4 under the spring force of the return spring 20408 and the pulling force of the belt connected with the ninth driving wheel 20409, so that the belts connected with the eighth driving wheel 20406, the ninth driving wheel 20409, the tenth driving wheel 20412 and the eleventh driving wheel 20413 have sufficient tension.

The power component 3 drives the material conveying component 1 to carry out grouped material conveying work, firstly, a general motor 301 respectively drives a fourth spur gear 303, a twelfth transmission wheel 304, a fifth spur gear 305 and a thirteenth transmission wheel 306 to rotate through a motor rotating shaft 302, the fourth spur gear 303 is meshed with a sixth spur gear 308 to respectively drive a fourteenth transmission wheel 309 and an eleventh spur gear 321 to rotate through a sixth rotating shaft 307, the eleventh spur gear 321 is meshed with a twelfth spur gear 322 to drive a fifteenth transmission wheel 311 to rotate through a seventh rotating shaft 310, and the fifteenth transmission wheel 311 drives a first transmission wheel 103 to rotate through a belt, so that the material conveying component 1 starts to carry out grouped material conveying work; in addition, the power assembly 3 drives the first transmission unit 201 to perform slow transmission work, firstly, the fourteenth transmission wheel 309 transmits the second transmission wheel 20102 through a belt and drives the second transmission wheel to rotate, and the size of the fourth straight gear 303 is smaller than that of the sixth straight gear 308, so that the first transmission unit 201 starts to perform slow transmission work, and the first transmission unit 201 transmits the activated carbon filter element into the soaking water tank 6 to be soaked for a long time; in addition, the power assembly 3 drives the second transmission unit 202 to perform intermittent fast transmission, first, when the second transmission unit 202 needs to perform transmission, the electric slider 317 drives the ninth spur gear 319 and the tenth spur gear 320 to move through the tenth rotating shaft 318, so that the fifth spur gear 305 is meshed with the seventh spur gear 313 and drives the eighth rotating shaft 312 to rotate, meanwhile, the seventh spur gear 313 is meshed with the ninth spur gear 319 and drives the tenth spur gear 320 to rotate through the tenth rotating shaft 318, the tenth spur gear 320 is meshed with the eighth spur gear 316 and drives the sixteenth transmission wheel 315 to rotate through the ninth rotating shaft 314, the sixteenth transmission wheel 315 drives the third transmission wheel 20202 through a belt and drives the same to rotate, so that the second transmission unit 202 performs intermittent fast transmission, and the ultrafiltration membrane is transmitted into the second brushing unit 204 by the second transmission unit 202 to perform intermittent extrusion brushing; in addition, the power assembly 3 respectively drives the first brushing unit 203 and the second brushing unit 204 to perform brushing work, firstly, the twelfth driving wheel 304 drives the fourth driving wheel 20304 to rotate through the belt, and meanwhile, the thirteenth driving wheel 306 drives the fifth driving wheel 20402 to rotate through the belt, so that the first brushing unit 203 and the second brushing unit 204 start to perform brushing work; the component completes the operation of driving the material conveying component 1 to convey materials in groups and also completes the operation of driving the conveying unit and the brushing unit in the cleaning component 2.
One end of the spray pipe 8 is provided with a water inlet, and one side of the spray pipe 8 is provided with a plurality of groups of spray openings.
Cleaning water may be introduced from the inlet and sprayed from the spray port to the first and second brush units 203 and 204.

A batch cleaning device for filter elements of a water purifier comprises a control console and a collecting box, and is characterized by further comprising a material conveying assembly, a cleaning assembly, a power assembly, a support platform, a soaking water tank, a drainage tank and a spray pipe; the material conveying component is connected with the power component; the material conveying assembly is connected with the support platform; the cleaning component is connected with the power component; the cleaning assembly is connected with the support platform; the cleaning component is connected with the soaking water tank; the power assembly is connected with the support platform; the console is connected with the support table; the soaking water tank is connected with the support platform; the drainage box is connected with the support platform; the spraying pipe is connected with the support platform; the collecting box is connected with the support platform.

The batch cleaning device for the filter elements of the water purifier as recited in claim 1, wherein the material conveying assembly comprises a three-port material conveying box, a first rotating shaft, a first driving wheel, a rotating disc, a driving rod, a connecting rod and a baffle; the three-port material conveying box is fixedly connected with the support platform; the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the three-port conveying box; the first driving wheel and the turntable are fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft respectively; at one side of the turntable, a baffle is in sliding connection with the interior of the outlet end of the three-port conveying box; the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the top end of the baffle; one end of the transmission rod is rotatably connected with the three-port conveying box through a rotating shaft; the other end of the transmission rod is connected with the connecting rod in a sliding way; the middle of the transmission rod is in transmission connection with the turntable through a rotating shaft.

The batch cleaning device for the filter elements of the water purifiers as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cleaning assembly comprises a first transmission unit, a second transmission unit, a first brushing unit and a second brushing unit; on one side of the three-port conveying box, a first transmission unit and a second transmission unit are respectively connected with a power assembly; the first transmission unit and the second transmission unit are respectively connected with the support table; the first brushing unit is connected with the power assembly on one side of the first transmission unit; the first brushing unit is connected with the bracket platform; the second brushing unit is connected with the power assembly at one side of the second transmission unit; the second brushing unit is connected with the bracket platform.

The batch cleaning device for filter elements of water purifiers as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first transmission unit comprises a first transmission mechanism, a second transmission wheel, a first supporting rod, a first sliding block and a first supporting plate; on one side of the three-port conveying box, a first conveying part is connected with the support table; the second driving wheel is fixedly connected with a transmission shaft of the first transmission machine part; the second driving wheel is connected with the power assembly; two sides of the first supporting rod respectively penetrate through the two groups of conveying belts on the first conveying machine part, and the first supporting rod is fixedly connected with the two groups of conveying belts on the first conveying machine part; two ends of the first supporting rod are fixedly connected with a group of first sliding blocks respectively; each group of first sliding blocks is respectively connected with the first conveying machine element in a sliding manner; the first supporting plate is fixedly connected with the first supporting rod between the two groups of conveyor belts on the first conveying machine part; a plurality of sets of first support rods, first slide blocks and first support plates are arranged around the first conveying machine member at equal intervals.
