本发明公开了一种简单易操作的鼻胆管引导管,包括引导管本体、设于引导管本体一端外侧的气囊、与气囊连接的气囊通气管、设于气囊通气管另一端的充气囊;所述引导管本体的设有气囊端的内壁变粗形成鼻胆管通道,所述鼻胆管通道仅可插入鼻胆管;所述气囊通气管长度大于引导管本体长度,所述气囊通气管沿引导管本体延伸方向贴合在引导管本体的外壁,从而所述气囊通气管的设有充气囊端留有一定的自由长度。本发明经鼻孔插入,到达咽腔后充气使末端受阻于咽腔无法下行,继续置管时引导管本体在口腔盘绕,管体突出口腔,使操作者能轻松将引导管本体末端从鼻腔引出口腔外,结构简单,操作简单方便,也可降低对患者口腔黏膜及牙齿的损伤。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体是指一种简单易操作的鼻胆管引导管。
背景技术
鼻胆管是一种引流管,可通过十二指肠镜将其头端置入胆总管内,末端可自胆总管内引出,通过十二指肠、胃及食管,最后通过鼻腔引出体外,可起到引流胆汁、磨损胆结石等作用,而刚自口腔退出十二指肠镜时,鼻胆管的末端随十二指肠镜自口腔引出,要将留在体外一端的鼻胆管经口腔转移到至鼻腔是一项复杂的过程,容易损伤口腔粘膜和牙齿。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述技术的缺陷,提供一种简单易操作的鼻胆管引导管。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为一种简单易操作的鼻胆管引导管:包括引导管本体、设于引导管本体一端外侧的气囊、与气囊连接的气囊通气管、设于气囊通气管另一端的充气囊;所述引导管本体的设有气囊端的内壁变粗形成鼻胆管通道,所述鼻胆管通道仅可插入鼻胆管;所述气囊通气管长度大于引导管本体长度,所述气囊通气管沿引导管本体延伸方向贴合在引导管本体的外壁,从而所述气囊通气管的设有充气囊端留有一定的自由长度。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本发明经鼻孔插入,到达咽腔后充气使末端受阻于咽腔无法下行,继续置管时引导管本体在口腔盘绕,管体突出口腔,使操作者能轻松将引导管本体末端从鼻腔引出口腔外,结构简单,操作简单方便,也可降低对患者口腔黏膜及牙齿的损伤。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明一种简单易操作的鼻胆管引导管做进一步的详细说明。
结合附图1-2,一种简单易操作的鼻胆管引导管,包括引导管本体1、设于引导管本体1一端外侧的气囊2、与气囊2连接的气囊通气管3、设于气囊通气管3另一端的充气囊4;所述引导管本体1的设有气囊2端的内壁变粗形成鼻胆管通道5,所述鼻胆管通道5仅可插入鼻胆管;所述气囊通气管3长度大于引导管本体1长度,所述气囊通气管3沿引导管本体1延伸方向贴合在引导管本体1的外壁,从而所述气囊通气管3的设有充气囊4端留有一定的自由长度。
全麻插管麻醉时,经ERCP放置鼻胆管后,排空引导管本体1前端气囊2为非充气状态,气囊2端涂适量润滑剂后,手执引导管本体1,沿鼻孔插入鼻腔、末端过鼻后孔后继续放置直至气囊2完全通过鼻后孔,按压充气囊4、气体经气囊通气管3向气囊2充气1-2ml,继续置入引导管本体1,直至引导管本体1在患者口腔盘绕,此时患者气管插管下处于轻度张口状态,略后仰患者颈部使患者张口度增加,能轻易发现引导管本体1,气囊2内的气体经气囊通气管3、充气囊4排空,然后轻轻将引导管本体1引出口腔,找到引导管本体1末端的鼻胆管通道5,将鼻胆管插入鼻胆管通道5,轻拉引导管本体1头端,将鼻胆管从口腔引至鼻腔,待鼻胆管出鼻孔后,拔除引导管本体1,继续外引鼻胆管至合适的长度后固定鼻胆管。
本发明经鼻孔插入,到达咽腔后充气使末端受阻于咽腔无法下行,继续置管时引导管本体在口腔盘绕,管体突出口腔,使操作者能轻松将引导管本体末端从鼻腔引出口腔外,结构简单,操作简单方便,也可降低对患者口腔黏膜及牙齿的损伤。

1.一种简单易操作的鼻胆管引导管,其特征在于:包括引导管本体(1)、设于引导管本体(1)一端外侧的气囊(2)、与气囊(2)连接的气囊通气管(3)、设于气囊通气管(3)另一端的充气囊(4);
所述引导管本体(1)的设有气囊(2)端的内壁变粗形成鼻胆管通道(5),所述鼻胆管通道(5)仅可插入鼻胆管;
所述气囊通气管(3)长度大于引导管本体(1)长度,所述气囊通气管(3)沿引导管本体(1)延伸方向贴合在引导管本体(1)的外壁,从而所述气囊通气管(3)的设有充气囊(4)端留有一定的自由长度;
所述鼻胆管引导管的使用方法包括以下步骤:
S1.排空引导管本体(1)前端气囊(2)为非充气状态,执引导管本体(1),沿鼻孔插入鼻腔、末端过鼻后孔后继续放置直至气囊(2)完全通过鼻后孔;
S2.按压充气囊(4)向气囊(2)充气1-2ml,继续置入引导管本体(1),直至引导管本体(1)在患者口腔盘绕;
S3.气囊(2)内的气体排空,将引导管本体(1)引出口腔;
S4.找到引导管本体(1)末端的鼻胆管通道(5),将鼻胆管插入鼻胆管通道(5);
S5.将鼻胆管从口腔引至鼻腔,拔除引导管本体(1),固定鼻胆管。
