Be used for severe patient's low limbs to raise nursing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a nursing device for lifting lower limbs of critically ill patients.
Background
The severe patients have fast disease change and limited self-care ability, and are usually required to be bedridden for treatment, the patients who are bedridden for a long time have extremely high pressure injury occurrence risk, data show that under the condition of not receiving proper prevention and treatment, the incidence rate of the pressure injury of the severe patients is 14% -42%, and good-haired parts are carina protuberans such as sacral tails, heel parts and the like. In the care of critically ill patients, it is necessary to take various measures to prevent adverse events such as stress injuries in the patients. In clinical care work, for severe patients who are bedridden for a long time, the lower limbs of the patients need to be raised, so that the blood backflow is accelerated, and the lower limb edema is prevented; meanwhile, the feet are kept suspended and are not pressed, so that the heel part is prevented from being damaged by pressure due to long-term pressing.
In the prior art, a plurality of types of devices for lifting the lower limbs exist, and one part of the devices adopts a suspension type, a support is arranged on a sickbed, and the lower limbs of a patient are lifted by related machines such as pulleys, so that the problems of edema of the lower limbs of the patient and the like are solved. For example, CN110812116A discloses a support is raised to multi-functional low limbs with adjustable it is easy to use, comprising a base plate, the right side slidable mounting of bottom plate upper surface has the riser, and fixed mounting has electric telescopic handle on the upper surface of the bottom plate that is located perpendicular version right side, and electric telescopic handle's output and the right side fixed connection of riser, the top fixed mounting of riser has the roof, the below of roof is provided with two arcs. When using, control switch passes through the derailleur and carries out flexible control to electric telescopic handle through utilizing for riser and arc are controlled the adjustment and are removed, with the height demand of adaptation patient, make patient's sole hug closely the arc, thereby driving the drive shaft positive and negative rotation through step motor, thereby it moves in order to reach raising and taking exercise to patient's low limbs to drive the flexible or extension pulling patient's foot on the arc of pull wire, and the effect of massage sole acupuncture point. But the device is to patient's suspension in-process entangle patient's foot through the lantern ring that the haulage rope is close to patient's one end and carry, for the thinner pull wire of cooperation reaches good traction effect, the width of lantern ring needs to set up to narrower. And narrower lantern ring is little to patient's shank area of contact, easily takes place the risk of pressure nature damage to can produce the friction with patient's shank skin at the in-process of repeated raising and reducing, increase the heat of lantern ring and shank contact surface, increased patient's shank pressure nature damage's risk. In addition, in the process of pulling the legs of the patient to move up and down by the traction wire, the legs of the patient are easy to shake in the left-right direction due to friction factors of the sole of the patient and the massage device on the surface of the arc plate, the traction is unstable, and the massage effect is poor; and the toes are clamped in the massage device during the shaking process, and at the moment, the traction of the traction rope can cause dangerous situations such as toe fracture of the patient and the like.
Besides the traction type lifting device, the lower limb support type lifting device can be used for lifting the lower limbs of a patient in an angle adjusting mode by placing the lower limb support type lifting device on a sickbed to support the legs of the patient. For example, CN108324465B is a supporting type lifting device, which comprises a lifting device body; the lifting device body comprises a lifting part, a fixing part and a lifting mechanism; wherein, the lifting part is connected with one end of the fixing part, and the other end is an opening part which can be opened and closed; the lifting mechanism is arranged between the lifting part and the fixing part and used for adjusting the size of the opening part; the lifting part is of a multi-section structure and consists of at least two section units, and rotatable joint joints are arranged between the section units; the lifting part is also provided with at least one adjusting mechanism; and the adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the angle between the segmentation units. When the leg lifting device is used, the legs of a patient are fixed on the fixing part, and the lifting angle of the fixing part is adjusted by adjusting the lifting part, so that the legs of the patient are lifted. The relatively pulling type lifting device has the defect that friction is easily generated due to unstable pulling, the supporting type lifting device can stably lift the lower limbs of a patient, the contact area between the relatively pulling type lifting device and the legs of the patient is larger, and the risk of pressure injury is relatively smaller. However, for patients who are bedridden for extended periods, the risk of pressure injury remains with continued contact. The patient's shank keeps in contact with strutting arrangement for a long time and because gravity is oppressed, and the blood flow speed slows down, lies down for a long time in addition for patient's health metabolism slows down, is unfavorable for nutrient element's absorption, and the health quality is relatively weak, produces the risk improvement of pressure nature damage. When the patient needs to change the body position, the legs of the patient are unstably fixed on the supporting device, and the legs of the patient are easy to slip off and hurt; when the patient changes the body position, the heights of the two corresponding legs need to be adjusted, and the existing supporting device does not support the position change and adjustment of the two legs, namely the change of the body position cannot be adapted.
