s3, preparing an antifouling coating solution: adding isooctyl acetate, methyl silicone oil, polyvinyl acetate, fluorinated polyether siloxane and potassium oleate into the antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid, uniformly stirring, carrying out heat preservation treatment for 30min, and cooling to 100 ℃ to obtain an antifouling coating solution;
s4, coating: spraying the antifouling coating solution obtained in the step S3 on the surface of the pillow groove 32 by using a high-pressure spray gun;
s5, drying: the pillow case 32 obtained in S3 was dried by a microwave vacuum dryer.
Example 3
The difference from example 1 is that: the surface of the pillow groove 32 is coated with an antifouling coating, wherein the preparation process of the antifouling coating is as follows:

s2, preparing an antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid: adding the PTFE emulsion, polytetrafluoroethylene, methacrylate, polyacrylate and waterborne polyurethane into a 283 ℃ internal mixer for internal mixing for 1.2 h;
s3, preparing an antifouling coating solution: adding isooctyl acetate, methyl silicone oil, polyvinyl acetate, fluorinated polyether siloxane and potassium oleate into the antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid, uniformly stirring, carrying out heat preservation treatment for 30min, and cooling to 112 ℃ to obtain an antifouling coating solution;
s4, coating: spraying the antifouling coating solution obtained in the step S3 on the surface of the pillow groove 32 by using a high-pressure spray gun;
s5, drying: the pillow case 32 obtained in S3 was dried by a microwave vacuum dryer.
Example 5
The difference from example 1 is that: the surface of the pillow groove 32 is coated with an antifouling coating, wherein the preparation process of the antifouling coating is as follows:

s2, preparing an antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid: adding the PTFE emulsion, polytetrafluoroethylene, methacrylate, polyacrylate and waterborne polyurethane into an internal mixer at 276 ℃ for internal mixing for 1 h;
s3, preparing an antifouling coating solution: adding isooctyl acetate, methyl silicone oil, polyvinyl acetate, fluorinated polyether siloxane and potassium oleate into the antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid, uniformly stirring, carrying out heat preservation treatment for 30min, and cooling to 101 ℃ to obtain an antifouling coating solution;
s4, coating: spraying the antifouling coating solution obtained in the step S3 on the surface of the pillow groove 32 by using a high-pressure spray gun;
s5, drying: the pillow case 32 obtained in S3 was dried by a microwave vacuum dryer.
The surface hardness and peel strength of the anti-fouling coated pillow plates 31 of examples 2-5 were tested and for comparison, the data for all examples were normalized based on the data for example 2.

As can be seen from the above, since the test results of the surface hardness and peel strength of the surface antifouling coating of the pillow plate 31 in example 3 are higher than those of the other examples coated with the antifouling coating, the preparation method of the antifouling coating given in example 3 is the most preferable choice.
