Abstract
The invention relates to a hanging structure of a concave plate sieve of a huller, which comprises a sieve body, a U-shaped guide rail and a guide rod; the concave plate sieve comprises a pair of arc-shaped side edges and hanging lugs positioned at two ends of each side edge; the U-shaped guide rail supports the hangers; the guide rod is arranged between the hanging lug and the U-shaped guide rail; the guide rod is welded and fixed on the U-shaped guide rail, and the concave screen can be horizontally drawn out or inserted from the U-shaped guide rail by pulling the concave screen along the axial direction of the guide rod. When the peanut sheller needs to replace the corresponding concave sieve according to different sizes of peanuts, the concave sieve can be horizontally pulled out along the guide rod without moving or rotating parts such as a feeding device and the like above the concave sieve, so that the concave sieve can be conveniently and quickly replaced, and the operation quality and the smoothness of the sheller are ensured.
