Abstract

本发明公开了一种柱上断路器智能运检系统,包括:中心服务器;监控主机,其与所述的中心服务器相连;柱上断路器组件,其设有一无线传输装置,所述的无线传输装置与监控主机相连。本发明可以采集每个柱上断路器分/合闸遥信,实现柱上断路器状态的监测,及时向现场人员或有关部门发送信息,大大降低运维人员工作强度,降低供电公司用人成本,减少停电时间,提升客户满意度。

一种柱上断路器智能运检系统
技术领域
本发明涉及电力设备,特别涉及一种柱上断路器智能运检系统。
背景技术
柱上断路器仅能将故障进行隔离,并不具备发出报警信号的功能,一旦动作造成失电只能由用户报修,调度发令,线路运维人员巡线才能发现,大大浪费了人力物力,而且延长了停电时间,所以研发一套柱上断路器动作信号传输装置,对于电网的可靠运行是十分必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种柱上断路器智能运检系统,可以采集每个柱上断路器分/合闸遥信,实现柱上断路器状态的监测,及时向现场人员或有关部门发送信息,大大降低运维人员工作强度,降低供电公司用人成本,减少停电时间,提升客户满意度。
为了实现以上目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种柱上断路器智能运检系统,其特点是,包括:
中心服务器;
监控主机,其与所述的中心服务器相连;
柱上断路器组件,其设有一无线传输装置,所述的无线传输装置与监控主机相连。
所述的柱上断路器组件包括:
柱上断路器;
控制器,其输入端连接于柱上断路器,用于采集柱上断路器分/合闸遥信,并将断路器分/合闸遥信下发给无线传输装置。
所述柱上断路器组件还包括:供电装置,用于给所述的控制器和无线传输装置供电。
所述的监控主机包括:
接收器,用于接收所述无线传输装置发送的断路器分/合闸状态信息,所述断路器分/合闸状态信息携带有柱上断路器的编号;
存储器,其存储有柱上断路器编号与地址信息的对应关系;
处理器,分别与所述接收器和所述存储器连接,用于根据所述存储器存储的柱上断路器编号与地址信息的对应关系,获取所述柱上断路器编号对应的地址信息;
发送器,用于将所述柱上断路器编号及对应的地址信息发送至所述中心服务器。
所述的柱上断路器智能运检系统还包括:终端;所述终端与所述中心服务器通信连接。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
采集每个柱上断路器分/合闸遥信,实现柱上断路器状态的监测,及时向现场人员或有关部门发送信息,大大降低运维人员工作强度,降低供电公司用人成本,减少停电时间,提升客户满意度。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,通过详细说明一个较佳的具体实施例,对本发明做进一步阐述。
如图1所示,一种柱上断路器智能运检系统,包括:中心服务器;监控主机,其与所述的中心服务器相连;柱上断路器组件,其设有一无线传输装置,所述的无线传输装置与监控主机相连。
在具体实施例中中心服务器为GIS服务器、WEB应用服务器和数据服务器。
所述的柱上断路器组件包括:柱上断路器;控制器,其输入端连接于柱上断路器,用于采集柱上断路器分/合闸遥信,并将断路器分/合闸遥信下发给无线传输装置。上述的控制器通过RS232/RS485串口与无线传输装置相连。
在具体实施例中,柱上断路器组件还包括:供电装置,用于给所述的控制器和无线传输装置供电。
所述的监控主机包括:接收器,用于接收所述无线传输装置发送的断路器分/合闸状态信息,所述断路器分/合闸状态信息携带有柱上断路器的编号;存储器,其存储有柱上断路器编号与地址信息的对应关系;处理器,分别与所述接收器和所述存储器连接,用于根据所述存储器存储的柱上断路器编号与地址信息的对应关系,获取所述柱上断路器编号对应的地址信息;发送器,用于将所述柱上断路器编号及对应的地址信息发送至所述中心服务器。
在具体实施例中,该系统还包括:终端;所述终端与所述中心服务器通信连接。
该系统可以通过隔离网的形式对散布在城市各地的柱上断路器进行监控,也可以位于局域网或公网中,通过HTTP或TCP/IP等互联网协议对井盖进行监控。
此外,上述终端可以是手机、便携式终端等移动设备,通过该移动设备,柱上断路器状态信息可以直接发送给检测人员。当然,在其他实现方式中,上述信息也可以由柱上断路器接受并转发到移动设备上,本步骤的本质在于将上述信息发送到某种具有人机交互功能的平台上,供检测人员查看,本实施例不对信息上传的对象进行限制。
综上所述,本发明一种柱上断路器智能运检系统,可以采集每个柱上断路器分/合闸遥信,实现柱上断路器状态的监测,及时向现场人员或有关部门发送信息,大大降低运维人员工作强度,降低供电公司用人成本,减少停电时间,提升客户满意度。

中心服务器;
监控主机,其与所述的中心服务器相连;
柱上断路器组件,其设有一无线传输装置,所述的无线传输装置与监控主机相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的柱上断路器智能运检系统,其特征在于,所述的柱上断路器组件包括:
柱上断路器;
控制器,其输入端连接于柱上断路器,用于采集柱上断路器分/合闸遥信,并将断路器分/合闸遥信下发给无线传输装置。
3.如权利要求2所述的柱上断路器智能运检系统,其特征在于,柱上断路器组件还包括:供电装置,用于给所述的控制器和无线传输装置供电。
4.如权利要求1所述的柱上断路器智能运检系统,其特征在于,所述的监控主机包括:
接收器,用于接收所述无线传输装置发送的断路器分/合闸状态信息,所述断路器分/合闸状态信息携带有柱上断路器的编号;
存储器,其存储有柱上断路器编号与地址信息的对应关系;
处理器,分别与所述接收器和所述存储器连接,用于根据所述存储器存储的柱上断路器编号与地址信息的对应关系,获取所述柱上断路器编号对应的地址信息;
发送器,用于将所述柱上断路器编号及对应的地址信息发送至所述中心服务器。
5.如权利要求1所述的柱上断路器智能运检系统,其特征在于,还包括:终端;所述终端与所述中心服务器通信连接。
