Most of cold compress devices can carry out cold compress on a needed part, but need the other hand to hold the cold compress bag all the time, so that the hand can generate low temperature due to the cold compress bag, the hand can be frostbitten, or when liquid is too cold, only the ice bag is taken out, and the temperature of the refrigerator is increased, and thus the affected part cannot be cold compressed for a certain time, and therefore a circulating cold compress device for orthopedic nursing needs to be designed to solve the problems.
