本发明提供了一种商用车驾驶室翻转系统用差动液压泵,包括单向阀、溢流阀、换向阀,单向阀、溢流阀、换向阀集成在阀板内部,油池固定在阀板一侧,阀板内开有三个接口,其中两个接口连接油缸,另一个接口连接电动泵。使用本发明所述的一种商用车驾驶室翻转系统用差动液压泵,结构简单、成本低,本油泵充分利用差动举升原理,对两个油路中的一个进行控制,减小了换向阀的体积和加工难度,成本降低约20%。

一种商用车驾驶室翻转系统用差动液压泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种商用车液压系统动力单元,尤其是一种商用车驾驶室翻转系统用差动液压泵。
背景技术
现在商用车驾驶室翻转系统中,手动泵是不可或缺的一部分,一方面提供油路的分配转换,另一方面提供可靠的动力输出。从系统角度来说,又可分为差动系统和非差动系统两种。在这两种系统中,差动系统由于原理简单、制造方便等原因广泛运用于现代商用车驾驶室翻转中。
现阶段,手动泵换向阀和摇臂分布在两个不同的维度,摇臂是外部机械力转变成液压系统内部压力的连接部分,整车设计时要考虑到操作的方便性,必须优先布置。但换向阀处于另外一个维度,给操作者带来严重的不变,也给整车布置带来了限制,柔性安装性非常低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种商用车驾驶室翻转系统用差动液压泵,将换向阀和摇臂轴设计在同一维度,这样既方便操作摇臂,又提高安装柔性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:一种商用车驾驶室翻转系统用差动液压泵,其特征在于:包括单向阀、溢流阀、换向阀,单向阀、溢流阀、换向阀集成在阀板内部,油池固定在阀板一侧,阀板内开有三个接口,其中两个接口连接油缸,另一个接口连接电动泵。
对上述技术方案的改进:所述阀板的板体上设有排气孔。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进:所述换向阀内部设有单向阀,通过换向阀、盖板、垫圈、换向圆柱销和阀板的尺寸配合,使换向阀轴向定位,孔轴配合使换向阀径向定位。
有益效果:
使用本发明所述的一种商用车驾驶室翻转系统用差动液压泵,具有以下优点:
1、一是结构简单、成本低。本油泵充分利用差动举升原理,对两个油路中的一个进行控制,减小了换向阀的体积和加工难度,成本降低约20%。
2、内泄漏小,功能可靠。由于只控制两条油路中的一条,换向阀与阀板接触面积小,减少金属间硬接触面,从而降低泄漏风险。
3、安装柔性好。安装孔的位置即可以在阀板的两侧,也可以在阀板的大端面。可根据整车布置及顾客要求随意选着安装方式,操作简单。
4、功能齐全、运用广泛。即能手动举升,又能实现电动举升。

具体实施方式
如图1-6所示的一种商用车驾驶室翻转系统用差动液压泵,将单向阀、溢流阀(安全阀)、换向阀、油池集成在阀板上构成一种集成式液压动力单元,实现差动供油系统,同时也能方便转为单回路供油系统使用,同时也可以连接电动油泵实现电动操作。具体特征如下:
所说的单向阀、溢流阀(安全阀)、换向阀集成在阀板内部,油池固定在阀板一侧,通过换向阀的调节,实现差动供油系统油路的切换。
所说的阀板其内部特征如下:
阀板内开有接口A、接口B和接口C,其中接口A、接口B连接油缸,接口C连接电动泵。
所说的阀板,为了实现油路的通畅,并且防止反弹,在内部集成了单向阀。
所说的阀板,为了适应不同压力要求的液压系统,并且保证液压系统的安全,在内部集成了溢流阀(安全阀)。
所说的阀板,为了实现液压系统油路的切换,集成了换向阀。
所说的阀板,为了减少液压系统内部空气的影响,还开设了排气孔。
所说的换向阀,其内部设置单向阀。其功能如下:一、防止液压缸在缩回过程中液压油流速过快使系统中出现气泡,从而对液压系统产生不必要的损伤;二、防止油管意外破裂时,液压油从A口流出。
所说的换向阀,通过换向阀、盖板、垫圈、换向圆柱销和阀板的尺寸配合,使换向阀轴向定位。孔轴配合使换向阀径向定位。
本发明具体内容如下:
当换向阀处于图1位置时,液压泵将液压油通过单向阀从A、B口流出,在液压缸内,通过有杆腔和无杆腔的压力差实现液压缸的伸出。油路示意图如图2。
当液压缸完全伸出时,油泵持续泵油,系统压力持续升高,为保证整个液压系统的安全,安全阀(溢流阀)会释放压力。
当换向阀处于图3位置时,液压泵将液压油通过单向阀从B口流出,液压缸A口停止供油,液压缸在有杆腔的压力下缩回,无杆腔的液压油通过A口流入油池。油路示意图如图4。
当液压缸在缩回过程中,换向阀内的单向阀可以降低液压油的流速,减少液压系统内部空气。当液压缸完全缩回,液压泵若继续泵油,系统内的高压会通过安全阀(溢流阀)释放。
在换向阀转动过程中,通过换向阀、盖板、垫圈、换向圆柱销和阀板的尺寸配合,使换向阀轴向定位。孔轴配合使换向阀径向定位。
通过上述所说,不难发现,本油泵可通用替换现有的差动液压泵。
通过上述所说,若将B口堵住,可实现单回路系统举升。

1.一种商用车驾驶室翻转系统用差动液压泵,其特征在于:包括单向阀、溢流阀、换向阀,单向阀、溢流阀、换向阀集成在阀板内部,油池固定在阀板一侧,阀板内开有三个接口,其中两个接口连接油缸,另一个接口连接电动泵。
