The upper traction system comprises: an upper tractor 10 that moves along the ramp 101 to transport the pipe string 200. The lower traction system includes: a lower tractor 20 that moves along the base 102 to transport the tubular string 200.
The ramp 101 is provided with a ramp 101 track. The upper tractor 10 orbits the ramp 101. The base 102 is provided with base 102 rails. The lower tractor 20 orbits along the base 102. As a specific implementation mode, the upper traction system and the lower traction system both adopt a steel wire traction mode to realize movement.
As a preferred embodiment, the upper tractor 10 includes: an upper tractor body 11, an upper towing hook 12 and a locking device 13. The uplift hook 12 can contact the end of the pipe string 200 to push the pipe string 200 to move. The locking device 13 is used to lock the position of the upper towing vehicle body 11 relative to the upper towing hook 12. The upper tractor 10 further comprises: ramp bottom plate 15. The two ramp bottom pallets 15 lift the end of the pipe string 200 in a V-shape. The ramp bottom plate 15 is mounted to the upper tractor body 11. The upper tractor 10 is provided with a wire connector. The wire connector is fixed to the upper tractor body 11. The wire coupler is used to couple wires so that the movement of the upper tractor 10 can be achieved by pulling the upper tractor body 11 through the wires.
The upper towing hook 12 has a hook operating position capable of supporting the pipe string 200 and a hook attaching/detaching position capable of attaching/detaching the pipe string 200 with respect to the upper tractor body 11. The upper bracket hook 12 is rotatably mounted to the upper tractor body 11. The upper hook 12 is movable between a hook operating position and a hook loading and unloading position. The locking device 13 is mounted to the upper tractor body 11.
As a preferred embodiment, the lower tractor 20 includes: a lower truck body 21, a lower push plate 22, a push rod 23, and an unlocking device 24. The lower thrust plate 22 can contact the end of the tubing string 200 to urge the tubing string 200 to move. The push rod 23 is used to push the upper towing hook 12 to rotate relative to the upper towing vehicle body 11. The unlocking means 24 can unlock the locking means 13. The lower tractor 20 further includes: a base bottom plate 25. The two base bottom pallets 25 are V-shaped to lift the end of the pipe string 200. The base bottom plate 25 is mounted to the lower tractor body 21. The lower tractor 20 is provided with a wire connector. The wire connector is fixed to the lower tractor body 21. The wire coupler is used to couple wires so that the movement of the lower tractor 20 can be achieved by pulling the lower tractor body 21 by the wires.
The lower push plate 22 and the push rod 23 are fixed to the lower tractor body 21. The unlocking device 24 is mounted to the lower tractor body 21.
When the lower tractor 20 moves towards the upper tractor 10, the push rod 23 pushes the upper towing hook 12 to rotate from the hook attaching and detaching position to the hook operating position.
When the upper tractor 10 moves toward the lower tractor 20, the unlocking device 24 unlocks the locking device 13, and the upper towing hook 12 rotates from the towing hook working position to the towing hook unlocking position under the action of gravity.
When the lower tractor 20 moves toward the upper tractor 10, for example, when the upper string 200 is operated, the upper tractor 10 is located at the lowermost end waiting for the lower tractor 20, and the lower tractor 20 moves rightward (with reference to the orientation of fig. 1) to approach the upper tractor 10, thereby converting the transportation of the string 200 by the lower tractor 20 into the transportation by the upper tractor 10.
When the upper tractor 10 moves toward the lower tractor 20, for example, when the operation of the lower string 200 is performed, the lower tractor 20 is located at the rightmost end to wait for the upper tractor 10, and the upper tractor 10 moves downward (with reference to the orientation of fig. 1) to approach the lower tractor 20, thereby converting the transportation of the string 200 from the transportation by the upper tractor 10 to the transportation by the lower tractor 20.
In a specific embodiment, the middle portion of the whole body of the lower tractor body 21 and the lower push plate 22 forms a notch for the top of the upper support hook 12 to pass through, so that the upper support hook 12 can be hooked on the end of the pipe string 200 from the bottom to the top when lifted.
As a preferred embodiment, the locking device 13 comprises: a slide lock 131, a roller post 132, a slide lock return spring 133, and a lock housing 134. The lock bracket 134 is fixed to the upper tractor body 11. The slide lock 131 has a slide lock 131 unlocked position and a slide lock 131 locked position relative to the lock housing 134. The slide lock 131 is slidably mounted to the lock housing 134. The slide lock 131 is slidable between a slide lock 131 unlocking position and a slide lock 131 locking position. The slide lock return spring 133 is provided between the slide lock member 131 and the lock holder 134 to apply a force to the slide lock member 131 to move from the slide lock member 131 unlocking position to the slide lock member 131 locking position.
The roller post 132 is rotatably mounted to the slide lock 131. Specifically, the rotation axis of the rolling column 132 is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the slide lock member 131. The sliding direction of the latch 131 is parallel to the rotation axis of the upper hook 12. The axis of rotation of the rolling post 132 is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the upper tractor body 11.
The latch 131 is formed with a latch tongue 1311. The upper hook 12 is formed with a latch hole 121 into which the latch 1311 is inserted. When the latch 1311 is inserted into the latch hole 121, the latch 131 is located at the latch 131 locking position, and the locking device 13 locks the position of the upper bracket hook 12 with respect to the upper tractor body 11. When the slide lock 131 is located at the unlock position of the slide lock 131, the latch 1311 is disengaged from the latch hole 121, and the locking device 13 unlocks the position of the upper bracket hook 12 with respect to the upper tractor body 11.
As a preferred embodiment, the unlocking means 24 includes: a plunger holder 241 and a plunger assembly 242 for pushing the slider 131 to move. The jack mount 241 is fixed to the lower tractor body 21. The plunger assembly 242 is rotatably mounted to the plunger holder 241. The axis of rotation of the plunger assembly 242 is parallel to the axis of rotation of the pop-up hook 12. The plunger assembly 242 is provided with a side drive ramp 2424. As the upper tractor 10 moves toward the lower tractor 20, the side drive ramp 2424 presses the roller stud 132 to move the slide lock 131 from the slide lock 131 locked position to the slide lock 131 unlocked position against the force of the slide lock return spring 133. When the upper tractor 10 moves toward the lower tractor 20, for example, when the lower string 200 is being worked, the side driving slope 2424 unlocks the upper bracket hook 12 by contacting the rolling column 132, pressing the rolling column 132 to force the slide lock 131 to move outward against the urging force of the slide lock return spring 133, i.e., the slide lock 131 moves in a direction away from the upper bracket hook 12.
As a preferred embodiment, the plunger assembly 242 includes: a lower ram 2421, an upper ram 2422, and an upper ram return spring 2423. The upper ram 2422 forms a side drive ramp 2424. The side drive ramp 2424 is formed by an upper ram 2422. Specifically, the outer side surface of the upper jack 2422 forms a side drive ramp 2424.
The upper jack 2422 is rotatably mounted to the lower jack 2421. The lower jack 2421 is rotatably mounted to the jack mount 241. The rotational axis of the upper jack 2422 with respect to the lower jack 2421 is parallel to the rotational axis of the lower jack 2421 with respect to the jack mount 241. The rotation axis of the upper plugging rod 2422 with respect to the lower plugging rod 2421 is parallel to the rotation axis of the upper bracket hook 12. Lower jack 2421 has a lower jack 2421 upper position and a lower jack 2421 lower position relative to jack mount 241. Under the force of gravity, the lower jack 2421 moves from the upper position of the lower jack 2421 to the lower position of the lower jack 2421. The upper jack 2422 has an upper position of the upper jack 2422 and a lower position of the upper jack 2422 relative to the lower jack 2421. An upper plunger return spring 2423 connects the lower plunger 2421 and the upper plunger 2422. The upper jack bar return spring 2423 applies a force to the upper jack bar 2422 to move from a lower position of the upper jack bar 2422 to an upper position of the upper jack bar 2422.
The latch 131 is formed with a plunger groove 1312 into which the upper plunger 2422 is inserted. The roller post 132 is disposed within the plunger channel 1312. The axis of the roller post 132 is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the slide lock 131.
When the lower tractor 20 moves away from the upper tractor 10, the wall pressure of the plunger groove 1312 presses the upper plunger 2422 to move the upper plunger 2422 from the upper position of the upper plunger 2422 to the lower position of the upper plunger 2422 against the force of the upper plunger return spring 2423 so as to be drawn out of the plunger groove 1312.
The lower tractor 20 moves away from the upper tractor 10, that is, the operation of the lower string 200 is performed, the transfer of the string 200 from the upper tractor 10 to the lower tractor 20 is completed, and the lower tractor 20 performs a pull-down traction on the string 200. During the operation of the lower string 200, the upper tractor 10 moves toward the lower tractor 20, and the upper jack 2422 is inserted into the jack groove 1312 to unlock the upper bracket hook 12, and the upper jack 2422 maintains the inclined upward posture. After the unlocking is completed, the lower tractor 20 moves horizontally, and the upper plugging rod 2422 is rotatably connected with the lower plugging rod 2421 in such a manner that the upper plugging rod 2422 can rotate downwards to be in a horizontal state against the acting force of the upper plugging rod return spring 2423 so as to be extracted from the plugging rod groove 1312.
In a preferred embodiment, when the lower tractor 20 moves toward the upper tractor 10, the upper plugging rod 2422 contacts the lock base 134, and the lock base 134 pushes the plugging rod assembly 242 to rotate against the gravity to rotate the lower plugging rod 2421 from the lower position of the lower plugging rod 2421 to the upper position of the lower plugging rod 2421. When the lower tractor 20 moves toward the upper tractor 10, i.e., during operation of the upper pipe string 200, the bottom of the upper jack 2422 contacts the top of the lock bracket 134, and since the upper jack 2422 can rotate relative to the jack mount 241, the lower tractor 20 moves horizontally to the right to lift the upper jack 2422 so that the upper jack 2422 cannot be inserted into the jack groove 1312, thereby preventing the upper jack 2422 from being inserted into the jack groove 1312 to cause the upper tow hook 12 to be unlocked when the upper tractor 10 moves away from the lower tractor 20. Specifically, the bottom of the upper jack 2422 is provided with a bottom driving slope 2425, and the bottom driving slope 2425 contacts the latch holder 134 to lift the upper jack 2422. When the upper tractor 10 is lifted off the lower tractor 20, the upper plugging rod 2422 falls under the action of gravity to complete the reset.
In a preferred embodiment, the plunger seat 241 is provided with a lower plunger limiting block 2411 and an upper plunger limiting block 2412 for limiting the rotation angle of the lower plunger 2421. When the lower plunger 2421 contacts the plunger lower limit block 2411, the lower plunger 2421 is located at a lower position of the lower plunger 2421. When the lower jack 2421 contacts the jack upper stopper 2412, the center of gravity of the jack assembly 242 and the upper jack 2422 are located on the same side of a vertical plane passing through the rotational axis of the upper jack 2422.
In a preferred embodiment, the side of the pop-up hook 12 facing the slider 131 is formed with a slope structure 122. When the push rod 23 pushes the pop-up hook 12 to rotate, the slope structure 122 presses the latch 1311 to overcome the acting force of the slide lock return spring 133 to drive the slide lock 131 to move, and after the pop-up hook 12 continues to rotate until the latch 1311 is aligned with the latch hole 121, the latch 1311 is inserted into the latch hole 121 under the action of the slide lock return spring 133, so that the position of the pop-up hook 12 is locked by the locking device 13. When the pop-up hook 12 is pushed to rise by the push rod 23, the slope structure 122 presses the latch bolt 1311 to force the latch bolt 1311 to move away from the pop-up hook 12, and the latch bolt 1311 is reset to be inserted into the latch bolt hole 121 when the latch bolt 1311 is aligned with the latch bolt hole 121. Locking of the pop-up hook 12 is achieved.
In a preferred embodiment, the upper tractor 10 further comprises a thrust device 14 cooperating with the push rod 23 to rotate the upper towing hook 12.
The thrust device 14 includes: a driving slide block 141, a bottom slide block 142, a fixed seat 143, a bottom slide block return spring 144 and a driving slide block return spring 145 which are used for contacting with the push rod 23 to drive the upper supporting hook 12 to rotate. The fixing base 143 is fixed to the upper hook 12. The bottom slider 142 is slidably mounted to the holder 143. A bottom slide return spring 144 is disposed between the bottom slide 142 and the fixed seat 143. The drive slider 141 is slidably mounted to the bottom slider 142. The driving slider 141 is disposed between the driving slider 141 and the bottom slider 142. The sliding direction of the bottom slider 142 relative to the fixed base 143 is parallel to the sliding direction of the driving slider 141 relative to the bottom slider 142. The sliding direction of the bottom slider 142 and the driving slider 141 is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the upper hook 12.
When the lower tractor 20 moves towards the upper tractor 10, the push rod 23 pushes the driving slider 141 to rotate the thrust device 14, so that the upper supporting hook 12 rotates from the supporting hook loading and unloading position to the supporting hook working position.
When the lower tractor 20 moves toward the upper tractor 10, i.e., the upper pipe string 200 is operated, the push rod 23 pushes the driving slider 141 to lift the upper towing hook 12.
In a preferred embodiment, the upper tractor body 11 is provided with a lower hook stopper 111 and an upper hook stopper 112 that regulate the rotation angle of the upper hook 12. When the upper hook 12 is at the hook attaching/detaching position, the upper hook 12 contacts the hook lower stopper 111. When the upper towing hook 12 is in contact with the upper towing hook stopper 112, the center of gravity of the upper towing hook 12 is located on the side of the vertical plane passing through the rotation axis of the upper towing hook 12 toward the lower towing vehicle 20. The lower hook stopper 111 performs a lower stopper for the upper hook 12, thereby ensuring that the lowest position of the upper hook 12 under gravity enables the push rod 23 to push the driving slider 141, i.e., the thrust roller 231, to be aligned with the driving slider 141. The upper limit piece 112 of the supporting hook realizes the upper limit on the upper supporting hook 12, and avoids the condition that the gravity center of the upper supporting hook 12 crosses the rotating axis and can not fall back to the loading and unloading position of the supporting hook under the action of gravity.
As a preferred embodiment, the push rod 23 is rotatably mounted with a thrust roller 231 for contact with the driving slider 141. A side of the driving slider 141 facing the thrust roller 231 is formed with a flared groove 1411 whose opening is gradually enlarged. As the lower tractor 20 moves toward the upper tractor 10, the thrust roller 231 is aligned with the drive slider 141. The bottom of the driving slider 141 is formed with a slider lower slope 1412. When the lower tractor 20 moves away from the upper tractor 10, that is, when the operation of the lower string 200 is performed, the transfer of the string 200 from the upper tractor 10 to the lower tractor 20 is completed, and the lower tractor 20 pulls down the string 200. The bottom slider 142 is positioned uppermost upward by the force of the bottom slider return spring 144. And the force of the drive slider return spring 145 downwardly causes the drive slider 141 to be depressed at the lowermost end. During the fall back of the upper hook 12, before the lower tractor 20 moves away from the upper tractor 10, the driving slider 141 is flush with the thrust pipe string 200, because the driving slider 141 is higher than the thrust roller 231, so that the driving slider 141 passes over the thrust roller 231 from above until the upper hook 12 contacts the lower hook positioning member to reach the hook loading and unloading position. The thrust roller 231 is located on the right side of the drive slider 141. When the lower tractor 20 moves away from the upper tractor 10 to the right, the thrust roller 231 comes into contact with the slider lower inclined surface 1412 on the bottom of the drive slider 141, so that the drive slider 141 is forced to be lifted against the force of the drive slider return spring 145, and the drive slider 141 is thereby passed over the thrust roller 231, preventing the drive slider 141 from blocking the movement of the thrust roller 231.
When the lower tractor 20 moves from left to right to the rightmost end position, the push rod 23 of the lower tractor 20 pushes the upper supporting hook 12 to be lifted. In this process, the plunger assembly 242 of the unlocking means 24 is lifted up and not inserted into the plunger groove 1312, and thus the locking means 13 is not unlocked. After the upper tractor 10 is lifted, the inserted link assembly 242 falls back under the action of gravity to complete the reset. After the upper tractor 10 is lowered and contacts the lower tractor 20, the insertion of the plunger assembly 242 into the plunger groove 1312 unlocks the locking device 13, and the upper bracket hook 12 unlocks and falls back to the initial position under the action of gravity. And the pushing device 14 is arranged so that the push rod 23 does not apply force to the upper supporting hook 12 during the falling process of the upper supporting hook 12, so that the falling process of the upper supporting hook 12 is not affected. The thrust means 14 and the bayonet assembly 242 are configured so as not to interfere with the leftward movement of the lower tractor 20, the movement of the lower tractor 20 to the left for unloading or waiting to be loaded.
The foregoing illustrates and describes the principles, general features, and advantages of the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments do not limit the present invention in any way, and all technical solutions obtained by using equivalent alternatives or equivalent variations fall within the scope of the present invention.
