Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于输送带表面压花的多层结构模具布,其通过以下步骤制备得到:1)捻纱,采用多股捻纱机将原丝进行捻纱,制得经纬纱线,捻度精度控制在±5%TPM;2)织布,采用综框盘头组合将经纬纱线交织制成多层结构的胚布;3)定型,将步骤2)制得的胚布先在浸胶液中浸渍,取出后在经110‑150℃低温烘干和200‑230℃高温定型,制得多层结构模具布。本发明通过织造成多层结构的胚布,然后在浸胶液中浸渍处理,使得制得的多层结构模具布产品具有很好的耐压性、耐弯折性、耐久性和强度,能提高10倍以上的使用寿命;且多层结构模具布表面不会出现皱褶,压花时脱模轻松,利用其压花制得的橡胶输送带表面更美观、品质稳定。

本发明涉及产业织物技术领域,特别涉及一种用于输送带表面压花的多层结构模具布。
背景技术
输送带是通过摩擦力来运输物料,普通橡胶输送带的表面为光滑平面,当摩擦力不够,特别是在存在较大斜坡时,物料在自重作用下,就会向下滑动,导致无法实现有效的运输。
所以通常在输送带表面进行压花处理,以提高摩擦系数。现有技术中,通常是利用模具布与输送带一起加压加热硫化,脱膜后使输送带得到花纹表面。但现在采用的模具布普遍是单层织物结构,且存在强度低、稳定性差、使用寿命短的缺陷,导致模具布需要频繁更换,增加了输送带压花处理的生产成本。
所以现在需要一种更可靠的方案。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种用于输送带表面压花的多层结构模具布。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于输送带表面压花的多层结构模具布,其通过以下步骤制备得到:
1)捻纱,采用多股捻纱机将原丝进行捻纱,制得经纬纱线,捻度精度控制在±5%TPM;
2)织布,采用综框盘头组合将经纱线和纬纱线交织制成多层结构的胚布;
3)定型,将所述步骤2)制得的胚布先在浸胶液中浸渍,取出后在经110-150℃低温烘干和200-230℃高温定型,制得多层结构模具布。
优选的是,所述步骤1)中,所述多股捻纱机的速度控制在5000~7000rpm。
优选的是,步骤3)中,所述浸胶液为丙烯酸胺胶液。
优选的是,所述丙烯酸胺胶液按重量份计包括以下组分:

1)捻纱,采用多股捻纱机将原丝进行捻纱,制得经纬纱线,捻度精度控制在±5%TPM;
2)织布,采用综框盘头组合将经纱线和纬纱线交织制成多层结构的胚布;
3)定型,将步骤2)制得的胚布先在浸胶液中浸渍,取出后在经110-150℃低温烘干和200-230℃高温定型,制得多层结构模具布。其中,浸胶液为丙烯酸胺胶液。
本发明制得的细布纹多层结构模具布主要用于部分输送带表面硫化压花,在硫化时模具布与输送带一起加压加热,使得硫化脱模后输送带得到花纹表面,从而能提高输送带的摩擦力,满足使用需求。
本发明中,通过控制捻纱精度得到结构立体的稳定纱线,再将经纱和纬纱交织织造成多层结构的胚布,然后定型处理,使得制得的多层结构模具布产品具有很好的耐压性、耐弯折性、耐久性和强度,能成倍提高模具布的使用寿命(传统单层模具布使用次数一般为5次左右,本发明的多层结构模具布可达50次以上);多层结构模具布表面不会出现皱褶,利用其压花制得的橡胶输送带表面更美观、品质更稳定。
本发明中,多层结构的模具布使原本细布纹轻薄易变形的结构得到补强的同时,还保留了多层结构模具布表面花纹与单层结构模具布的一致性。且压花时脱模轻松。
本发明中,通过浸胶液浸渍胚布,可以集束固化纱线,提高模具布的耐压性、耐弯折性、耐久性和强度,使得制得的多层结构模具布在后续硫化加压时不变形。
在优选的实施例中,多股捻纱机的速度控制在5000~7000rpm。
在一种优选的实施例中,丙烯酸胺胶液按重量份计包括以下组分:
异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯能有效提高稳定性和粘结强度,山梨醇缩水甘油醚可提高耐高温性能和耐久性。
其中,复合补强剂中按重量份计各组分的配比为:白炭黑1份、聚乙烯醇纤维0.2-0.7份、甲基丙烯酸镁0.4-1.5份、纳米氧化铝0.5-0.8份和碳化硅晶须0.2-0.5份。复合补强剂为白炭黑、聚乙烯醇纤维、甲基丙烯酸镁、纳米氧化铝和碳化硅晶须的混合物。聚乙烯醇纤维具有强度高、模量高、伸度低等特点,能提高粘结强度和机械性能,但耐热性较差;碳化硅晶须既具有增韧效果又能弥补聚乙烯醇纤维耐热性的缺陷,两者的复配可起到协调增强效果。甲基丙烯酸镁能形成离子交联网络和纳米接枝的镁盐粒子补强网络,使刚性大幅度提升,定伸应力、硬度提升;纳米氧化铝能进一步提升强度和耐热性能。以白炭黑作为基料,聚乙烯醇纤维、甲基丙烯酸镁、纳米氧化铝和碳化硅晶须复配使用,能显著提升稳定性、粘结强度、耐热性等综合性能,使得经丙烯酸胺胶液浸渍后制得的多层结构模具布的耐压性、耐弯折性、耐久性、耐热性和强度等均获得加强,从而能大幅度提升多层结构模具布的使用寿命,且多层结构模具布表面不会出现皱褶。
其中,分散剂为氢氧化钠。
其中,固化剂为六氢邻苯二甲酸酐、间苯二胺、二氨基二苯甲烷、二氨基二苯砜、4-二甲氨基吡啶中的一种或多种。上述固化剂有助于提高强度和耐久性。
在优选的实施例中,丙烯酸胺胶液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、取部分去离子水,将复合补强剂加入其中,并超声分散,得到复合补强剂分散液;
B、取剩余的去离子水,向其中加入丙烯酸胺、丁苯胶乳、山梨醇缩水甘油醚、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,于20-45℃下搅拌20-50min,继续加入分散剂、步骤A制得的复合补强剂分散液以及固化剂,于20-45℃下搅拌1.5-4h,得到丙烯酸胺胶液。
以上为本发明的总体构思,以下再提供更为详细的实施例和对比例,以对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种用于输送带表面压花的细布纹多层结构模具布,其通过以下步骤制备得到:
1)捻纱,采用多股捻纱机(速度控制在5000~7000rpm)将原丝进行捻纱,制得结构立体的稳定经纬纱线,捻度精度控制在±5%TPM;
2)织布,采用综框盘头组合将经纱线和纬纱线交织制成多层结构的胚布;
3)定型,将步骤2)制得的胚布先在浸胶液中浸渍,胚布表面的附胶量控制在4-5%,取出后在经125℃低温烘干和220℃高温定型,制得多层结构模具布。其中,浸胶液为质量分数在10~30%的丙烯酸胺胶液。参照图1和图2,为多层结构模具布的结构示意图。
丙烯酸胺胶液按重量份计包括以下组分:
其中,复合补强剂中按重量份计各组分的配比为:白炭黑1份、聚乙烯醇纤维0.3份、甲基丙烯酸镁0.8份、纳米氧化铝0.6份和碳化硅晶须0.3份。即白炭黑、聚乙烯醇纤维、甲基丙烯酸镁、纳米氧化铝和碳化硅晶须质量比为1:0.3:0.8:0.6:0.3。
其中,分散剂为氢氧化钠。
其中,固化剂为二氨基二苯甲烷。
丙烯酸胺胶液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、取部分去离子水,将复合补强剂加入其中,并超声分散,得到复合补强剂分散液;
B、取剩余的去离子水,向其中加入丙烯酸胺、丁苯胶乳、山梨醇缩水甘油醚、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,于25℃下搅拌40min,继续加入分散剂、步骤A制得的复合补强剂分散液以及固化剂,于25℃下搅拌3h,得到丙烯酸胺胶液。
利用制得的多层结构模具布对输送带进行压花的步骤为:
硫化:多层结构模具与输送带一起加压加热硫化,硫化压力控制在1-2MPa,硫化温度150-170℃;
脱膜:硫化后冷却至60℃以下,将多层结构模具布与输送带分离,得到表面压制细纹的输送带。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处仅在于丙烯酸胺胶液配方。
本实施例中,丙烯酸胺胶液按重量份计包括以下组分:

与实施例的不同之处在于:本实施例中,采用与实施例1相同的原丝制备的传统单层结构模具布,且胚布不经过浸胶液浸渍处理。
对比例2
与实施例1的不同之处仅在于:本实施例中,采用与实施例1相同的原丝制备的传统单层结构模具布,且胚布经过与实施例1相同的浸胶液浸渍处理。
对比例3
与实施例1的不同之处仅在于:本实施例中,步骤3)定型中,多层结构的胚布不经过浸胶液浸渍处理。
对比例4
与实施例1的不同之处仅在于:本实施例中,丙烯酸胺胶液中部包括复合补强剂。
对比例5
与实施例1的不同之处仅在于:本实施例中,复合补强剂中不包括聚乙烯醇纤维。
对比例6
与实施例1的不同之处仅在于:本实施例中,复合补强剂中不包括甲基丙烯酸镁。
对比例7
与实施例1的不同之处仅在于:本实施例中,复合补强剂中不包括碳化硅晶须。
以下对实施例1-3和对比例1-6制得的模具布的性能进行评价试验,将各例制得的模具布裁剪为尺寸相同的试样,然后将各试样按照与实施例1相同的方法进行压花处理,以试样的使用寿命(重复使用次数)作为评价指标。其中以试样表明是否出现明显皱褶、是否出现纱线明显破损或断裂、压花后得到的花纹是否出现明显残缺或是花纹形状不符合要求作为判断试样是否可再继续使用,从而得到试样的可重复使用次数。例如,但试样使用10次后,出现上述任意一种现象即判断其不可再继续使用,则该试样可重复使用次数为10次。
试验结果如下表1所示:

从试验结果可以看出,本发明的多层结构模具布相对比传统单层结构模具布,其使用寿命得到了成倍的提升(大于10倍),这主要是因为多层结构模具布能大幅度提升耐压性、耐弯折性、耐久性和强度;
且浸胶液浸渍处理后模具布的使用寿命能得到进一步提高,这是由于通过浸胶液浸渍,可以集束固化纱线,提高模具布的耐压性、耐弯折性、耐久性和强度,使得制得的多层结构模具布在后续硫化加压时不变形;
通过对比例4可以证明复合补强剂的添加可有效提升浸胶液浸渍处理后的多层结构模具布的寿命,通过对比例5、6、7可进一步证明复合补强剂中各组分单独使用时效果均不如复配使用的效果,这是由于聚乙烯醇纤维、甲基丙烯酸镁、纳米氧化铝和碳化硅晶须复配使用能产生协调增强效果,可显著提升稳定性、粘结强度、耐热性等综合性能,从而能大幅度提升多层结构模具布的使用寿命。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于输送带表面压花的多层结构模具布,其特征在于,其通过以下步骤制备得到:
1)捻纱,采用多股捻纱机将原丝进行捻纱,制得经纬纱线,捻度精度控制在±5%TPM;
2)织布,采用综框盘头组合将经纱线和纬纱线交织制成多层结构的胚布;
3)定型,将所述步骤2)制得的胚布先在浸胶液中浸渍,取出后在经110-150℃低温烘干和200-230℃高温定型,制得多层结构模具布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于输送带表面压花的多层结构模具布,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中,所述多股捻纱机的速度控制在5000~7000rpm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于输送带表面压花的多层结构模具布,其特征在于,步骤3)中,所述浸胶液为丙烯酸胺胶液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于输送带表面压花的多层结构模具布,其特征在于,所述复合补强剂为白炭黑、聚乙烯醇纤维、甲基丙烯酸镁、纳米氧化铝和碳化硅晶须的混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于输送带表面压花的多层结构模具布,其特征在于,所述复合补强剂中按重量份计各组分为:白炭黑1份、聚乙烯醇纤维0.2-0.7份、甲基丙烯酸镁0.4-1.5份、纳米氧化铝0.5-0.8份和碳化硅晶须0.2-0.5份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于输送带表面压花的多层结构模具布,其特征在于,所述分散剂为氢氧化钠。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于输送带表面压花的多层结构模具布,其特征在于,所述固化剂为六氢邻苯二甲酸酐、间苯二胺、二氨基二苯甲烷、二氨基二苯砜、4-二甲氨基吡啶中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的用于输送带表面压花的多层结构模具布,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸胺胶液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、取部分去离子水,将复合补强剂加入其中,并超声分散,得到复合补强剂分散液;
B、取剩余的去离子水,向其中加入丙烯酸胺、丁苯胶乳、山梨醇缩水甘油醚、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,于20-45℃下搅拌20-50min,继续加入分散剂、步骤A制得的复合补强剂分散液以及固化剂,于20-45℃下搅拌1.5-4h,得到丙烯酸胺胶液。
