Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
With the development of the logistics field, more and more logistics objects need to be transported, but due to the particularity of the logistics industry, a large number of logistics objects usually come from different places but need to be transported to various different destinations. Therefore, in the existing logistics field, a processing site of the logistics object is generally provided, for example, a distribution center of the logistics object, and the like, and in the processing center of such logistics object, a large number of logistics objects can be distributed to different delivery routes according to destinations. If the physical distribution object needs to be transported to a remote destination, a plurality of distribution operations are required at a plurality of physical distribution object processing sites.
Therefore, as the logistics technology is developed, at the processing station of such logistics objects, an RGV cart is generally provided to distribute the logistics objects to the inlets of the corresponding transportation lines, and such cart may travel along a preset track to facilitate transportation of each logistics object to a designated location. However, such a trolley can only transport a single piece of goods at the same time, and is inefficient and cannot meet the problem of efficient distribution of a large number of logistics objects. Therefore, there is a need for a logistics object transportation apparatus capable of simultaneously transporting a plurality of logistics objects.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a logistics object transportation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 2 is a side view of a logistics object transportation apparatus according to one embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a logistics object transportation apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present application includes: a base 2, a physical distribution object carrying member 3, a moving member 4, and a driving mechanism (not shown).
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the transporting apparatus for a physical distribution object 1 may be a transporting apparatus for a physical distribution object that travels on the ground, and therefore, in this case, the base 2 is located at a lower portion of the transporting apparatus for a physical distribution object 1, and the carrying member for a physical distribution object 3 may be disposed thereon. In the present embodiment, the number of the logistics object carrying means 3 may be at least two and may be provided in parallel with each other on the base 2 so as to be able to carry at least two logistics objects.
For example, according to an embodiment of the present application, the logistics object carrying component 3 may include a plurality of horizontal carrying belts 31 and supporting components 32. In other words, on the upper surface of the base 2, a plurality of horizontal carrier tapes 31 parallel to each other may be disposed in a vertical direction perpendicular to the upper surface, and the plurality of horizontal carrier tapes 31 parallel to each other are spaced from each other by a plurality of support members 32 and support the respective horizontal carrier tapes 31. For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the support members 32 may be a plurality of support columns that are located at respective corners of the horizontal carrier tape of the lower layer and extend upward in a direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the horizontal carrier tape.
Further, the height of the carrier members 32 may be set according to the height of the logistic object to be transferred by the logistic object transporting device so that the transferred logistic object can be accommodated in the space formed between the horizontal carrier belts 32.
Further, in the case where a plurality of horizontal carrier tapes are provided, the horizontal carrier tape of the upper layer may be provided smaller than the horizontal carrier tape of the lower layer, thereby forming a tower-like vertical stack structure. By utilizing the tower-shaped vertical stacking structure, the stability of the whole structure can be enhanced under the condition of placing multilayer logistics objects, namely, the logistics objects with larger volume are placed below and the logistics objects with smaller volume are placed above, so that the phenomenon that the logistics object bearing part shakes in the transportation process due to the fact that the gravity center is too high is avoided, and the transportation stability is improved.
Further, according to the embodiment of the present application, the logistics object transport apparatus 1 of the present application may be installed above an indoor space such as a ceiling. In this case, the base 2 in the transporting apparatus 1 for the physical distribution object may be disposed at an upper portion of the transporting apparatus 1 for the physical distribution object and the carrying member 3 for the physical distribution object may be disposed below the base 2 and connected to opposite sides of the base 2, thereby forming a hanging structure. In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the logistics object transportation apparatus 1 may also further include suspension members, which may be disposed at opposite sides of the base 2, and one end of the suspension member of each side may be connected to the side of the base and the other end may be connected to a corresponding side of the logistics object carrying member 3, thereby forming a suspension structure.
By utilizing the suspension structure, the logistics objects can be transported by utilizing the indoor upper space, and particularly in the scenes of supermarkets or kitchens, the logistics objects can be allocated and transported without occupying the bottom space and setting the track, so that the utilization efficiency of the space is greatly improved. Further, according to the embodiment of the present application, the physical distribution object bearing member 3 may also include at least one horizontal bearing belt 31 and a plurality of partition plates.
For example, according to the embodiment of the present application, the logistics object support member 3 may include a horizontal support belt 31 disposed in a direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the base 2, for example, the horizontal support belt 31 disposed on the upper surface of the base. A plurality of partition plates vertically extending in a direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the horizontal carrier belt 31 may be provided on the upper surface of the horizontal carrier belt 31. Two partition plates adjacent to each other may form a space for accommodating the logistics objects. Therefore, with such a plurality of vertical partition plates, it is possible to simultaneously accommodate a plurality of physical distribution objects at the same level, for example, particularly suitable for accommodating a plurality of physical distribution objects of an elongated shape, thereby improving the conveying efficiency of the physical distribution object transporting apparatus.
Therefore, the physical distribution object transfer apparatus 1 according to the embodiment of the present application can form a storage space with a plurality of physical distribution objects. And thus may also be applied in scenarios where multiple objects need to be picked at different locations, such as supermarkets or kitchens.
For example, in a supermarket scenario, a fixed rail may be provided above each shelf of the supermarket, and the base 2 is provided above the rail and the moving part 4 of the base 2 is made to travel on the rail, so that by movement of the moving part 4 on the rail, the base 2 can be made to move to a desired shelf position with the logistics object carrier 3 connected by the hanging part, and a sales or service person puts a desired item into the logistics object carrier 3 according to an order. In particular, since the logistics object carrying component 3 in the present application may include a plurality of horizontal carrying belts or a plurality of partition boards, that is, a storage space for a plurality of logistics objects can be formed in a vertical or horizontal direction, a plurality of logistics objects can be picked at one time, and the picking and transporting efficiency is greatly improved.
In addition, for example, in a kitchen scene, since the kitchen needs to prepare materials according to dishes ordered by customers, and such materials are generally dispersed in different locations, the logistics object transport apparatus 1 of the present application can be applied to such a scene. For example, similar to a supermarket scenario, a track may be provided above the space in the kitchen, preferably to avoid the position where the kitchen staff stands, avoiding affecting the staff's work. In this case, the base 2 may be disposed above the rails, and it is preferable that the moving member 4 of the base 2 is embedded in the rails to ensure stability of movement. Therefore, when the kitchen receives a dish order of a customer, the main kitchen may input materials required for the dishes into the dish allocation system, and then the logistics object transportation apparatus 1 according to the embodiment of the present application may move to each material storage location according to a predetermined planned route according to the dish allocation instruction in the system, and the corresponding staff places the required dishes in a plurality of storage spaces formed by a plurality of horizontal carrying belts or a plurality of partition boards. Therefore, the logistics object transportation device 1 of the embodiment of the application can improve the transportation efficiency of the materials, and can ensure that different materials are placed in different storage spaces to be transported in the scene of the kitchen, so that the materials can be taken by the main kitchen when dishes are made, and the mixing of the materials caused by picking a plurality of materials at one time is avoided.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present application, the logistics object support means 3 may include at least one set of wheel shafts, and the at least one set of wheel shafts may be disposed below the horizontal support belt 31 and in contact with at least a portion of the horizontal support belt 31. Therefore, with such an axle, it is possible to facilitate the horizontal carrying belt 31 to move the logistic object carried thereon to the carrying member that is butted against the logistic object transporting device 1 at the designated position when the logistic object transporting device 1 reaches the designated position. Thereby completing the transportation of the logistics objects.
Further, a moving part 4 may be provided below the base 2 to facilitate moving the base and the logistics object carried thereon. Specifically, for example, in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the moving member 4 may include two first moving assemblies 41 located at opposite sides of the base 2, so that the first moving assemblies 41 may be driven by a driving mechanism provided inside the base 2 to move the logistics object transportation apparatus 1 along a predetermined track.
In addition, according to an embodiment of the present application, the moving part 4 may further include a moving assembly support frame, and the moving assembly 41 may include a wheel assembly having a rotation axis at the center. In this case, the rotation shaft may be fixed to the moving-assembly support frame, for example, below the moving-assembly support frame, and the wheel assembly may rotate around the rotation shaft, thereby moving the logistics object transportation apparatus 1.
Further, the wheel assembly may be provided with protrusions or recesses to facilitate engagement with the grooves or protrusions of the track, thereby allowing the wheel assembly to move along the track. Of course, the wheel assembly may also be configured to be slightly smaller than the groove of the track so as to be entirely embedded in the track. This is particularly suitable in the case where the logistics object transportation unit 1 has a suspended structure, and stability of movement can be more ensured.
In addition, according to the embodiment of the present application, generally, the logistics object transportation apparatus 1 needs to move back and forth in the logistics object processing station to transport the logistics object to a designated location. To this end, according to an embodiment of the present application, the logistics object transportation apparatus 1 may further include a direction switching assembly, one end of which may be connected to the base 2 and the other end of which is connected to the first moving assembly 41, so as to change the traveling direction of the first moving assembly 41 according to the transfer destination of the logistics object carried on the logistics object transportation apparatus 1.
Furthermore, according to the embodiment of the present application, the moving part 4 may further include two second moving assemblies 42 located at the other two sides of the base 2, so that the first moving assembly 41 and the second moving assembly 42 have different traveling directions. In this way, the traveling direction can be changed using the first and second moving assemblies 41 and 42 having different traveling directions without providing an additional direction switching assembly, thereby enabling flexible transportation of the logistics object to a designated location.
In addition, according to the embodiment of the present application, the logistics object transportation apparatus 1 can further include a guide member 5, and the guide member 5 can be in contact with a track on which the moving assembly 41 and/or 42 travels, so as to ensure that the moving assembly 41 and/or 42 travels in the track.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
