By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the problem of complex installation of the coupler assembly in the prior art can be effectively solved.

In the prior art, the CA-3 type vehicle hook mainly comprises a hook body 1, a lock support, a lock bumper, a lock handle, a lock lifting pin chain 2 and other parts. A hook lifting rod 3 of a vehicle is arranged on a carriage 6 through a hook lifting rod mounting seat 4 and a support 5, the end of the hook lifting rod 3 is connected to a lock lifting pin chain 2 through a bolt, the hook lifting rod 3 is operated to pull the lock lifting pin chain 2, and then the lock lifting pin is rotated to achieve unlocking of a coupler, and the specific structure is shown in figure 1.
The existing hook opening device needs a hook lifting rod 3 and a lock lifting pin chain 2, so that the structure is complex, and at least two supporting points (a hook lifting rod mounting seat 4 and a support 5) are needed to be arranged for supporting the hook lifting rod 3 because the hook lifting rod 3 is connected with the flexible lock lifting pin chain 2, so that the installation is complex, and the production cost is high.

The invention mainly aims to provide a coupler assembly and a vehicle, and aims to solve the problem that the coupler assembly in the prior art is complex to mount.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the pin body 31 includes a first mounting column section 311, a second mounting column section 312, and a driving section 313 connected between the first mounting column section 311 and the second mounting column section 312, an outer surface of the driving section 313 has a driving plane, the lock handle 20 is provided with a fitting hole adapted to the driving section 313, the fitting block 32 is connected to the first mounting column section 311, and the limiting groove 314 is disposed on the first mounting column section 311. The structure is simple and easy to realize.
In this embodiment, the hook body 50 includes a housing and a bolt (not shown) disposed on the housing, wherein the bolt extends into the limiting groove 314 of the pin body 31 of the lock lifting pin 30. The structure is simple, the processing is convenient, and the realization is easy.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in the present embodiment, the hook lifting lever 40 further includes a handle 43 provided on the lever body 41. The structure facilitates the rotating of the hook lifting rod 40 by operators, reduces the force required for rotating the hook lifting rod 40 and reduces the labor intensity of the operators.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in the present embodiment, the hook lifting bar 40 is formed by bending a steel bar, that is, the hook lifting bar 40 has a rigid structure, which can reduce the number of supporting devices and the production cost.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the present application further provides a vehicle, an embodiment of the vehicle according to the present application includes: a car 60, a coupler assembly, and a coupler yoke seat 70. The coupler assembly is the above coupler assembly, and a coupler of the coupler assembly is fixedly arranged on the carriage 60 in a penetrating manner. The hook lever seat 70 is disposed on the car 60 at a mounting location of the lever body 41 of the hook lever 40 of the coupler assembly. A fixed coupler is provided on the other car, an interlock sleeve and an interlock sleeve opening are also provided on the fixed coupler, the interlock sleeve opening of the other car extends into the interlock sleeve opening 80 of the own car, and the interlock sleeve opening 90 of the own car extends into the interlock sleeve opening of the other car. The structure ensures that the couplers of the two carriages are still kept locked together when the carriages are overturned and poured. In order to achieve the above function, if the lock lifting pin 30 is provided on the side of the small teeth 52 away from the large teeth 51, at least the following three problems occur: 1. the position of the lock lifting pin 30 interferes with the interlock pocket 80; 2. the lock lifting pin 30 will interfere with the interlock pocket 80 when rotated; 3. the interlock socket of the other car will interfere with the lock lifter 30. Therefore, in order to avoid the above-mentioned problems, the lock lifting pin 30 is provided on the side of the large tooth 51 away from the small tooth 52, so that the above-mentioned three problems can be effectively avoided.
In the present embodiment, since the lock lifter 30 is disposed on the side of the large tooth 51 away from the small tooth 52, the position of the lock lifter 20 is not changed, and thus the length of the first mounting column section 311 needs to be increased in order to enable the lock lifter 30 to be engaged with the lock lifter 20. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the length of the first mounting post segment 311 is between 215mm and 220 mm. If the length is too long, the production cost is high; if the length is too short, the lock lifter pin 30 cannot be engaged with the lock lifter 20 or the engagement effect is poor.
