The apparatus for processing, recovering and regenerating waste plastics as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the filter assembly comprises a box body (19), a screen (21), a spring (20), a first string (23), a second string (24), a pulley (25), a take-up roller (26) and a second motor (27); the bottom end of the box body (19) is symmetrically provided with round holes (192), the middle part of the bottom end is provided with a pipe orifice (28), the left side of the bottom end is connected with a second motor (27), the right side of the bottom end is provided with a pulley (25), the box body (19), the L-shaped partition plate (11) and the working box (1) enclose a filter cavity, the screen cloth (21) is symmetrically arranged in the filter cavity, the left screen cloth (21) is hinged with the inner wall of the left end of the box body (19), the right screen cloth (21) is hinged with the inner wall of the right end of the working box (1), the upper ends of the left screen cloth (21) and the right screen cloth (21) are both connected with springs (20), and the springs (20) are correspondingly connected; the bottom end of the left screen (21) is connected with a second string (24), and the bottom end of the right screen (21) is connected with a first string (23); the first string (23) correspondingly extends out of the round hole (192), and then winds around the pulley (25) and is connected with the wire take-up roller (26); the second string (24) correspondingly extends out of the round hole (192) and is connected with the wire take-up roller (26), and the wire take-up roller (26) is connected with the output end of the second motor (27).
