Optionally, the second moving part 33 is a robot; the conveyor belt 322 is a belt line; the slide portion 321 is formed by sheet metal processing.

In this embodiment, the third processing component 13 has a third material taking position; the production apparatus further comprises a third moving member 51, at least part of the third moving member 51 being movably arranged to perform a blanking action on the workpiece at the third material taking position and to perform a palletizing process on the workpiece.

Claims (10)

1. A production apparatus, comprising:
a processing assembly comprising a first processing component (11), a second processing component (12) and a third processing component (13), the first processing component (11) having a first take off location; the second processing component (12) is provided with a second material placing position and a second material taking position; the third processing component (13) is provided with a third discharging position;
the first moving part (20), the first moving part (20) is rotatably arranged around a preset axis, the first moving part (20) comprises a first moving arm (21) and a second moving arm (22) which are connected with each other, and a preset included angle is formed between the central axis of the first moving arm (21) and the central axis of the second moving arm (22);
when the first moving part (20) rotates to a first position, the first moving arm (21) and the second moving arm (22) are respectively located on one side of the first material taking position and one side of the second material taking position so as to respectively clamp or suck workpieces on the first material taking position and the second material taking position; when the first moving member (20) is rotated to a second position, the first moving arm (21) and the second moving arm (22) are located at one side of the second discharging position and the third discharging position, respectively, to release the workpiece gripped or sucked by the first moving arm (21) and the second moving arm (22) to the second discharging position and the third discharging position, respectively.
2. The production apparatus according to claim 1,
the center of the first material taking position and the center of the second material placing position are both positioned on a first preset circle, wherein the circle center of the first preset circle is positioned on the preset axis; and/or
The center of the second material taking position and the center of the third material placing position are both located on a second preset circle, wherein the circle center of the second preset circle is located on the preset axis.
3. The production apparatus according to claim 2,
the preset included angle is 90 degrees; and/or
The central axis of the first moving arm (21) is perpendicular to the predetermined axis; and/or
The central axis of the second moving arm (22) is perpendicular to the predetermined axis; and/or
The first preset circle and the second preset circle are overlapped.
4. The production apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first moving member (20) further comprises:
a rotating shaft (23), a central axis of the rotating shaft (23) forming the predetermined axis; the first end of the first moving arm (21) and the first end of the second moving arm (22) are both fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (23), so that the rotating shaft (23) drives the first moving arm (21) and the second moving arm (22) to synchronously rotate; the second end of the first moving arm (21) and the second end of the second moving arm (22) are used for clamping or sucking workpieces.
5. The production apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the first moving member (20) further comprises:
a positioning part (24), wherein the positioning part (24) is fixedly arranged; the rotating shaft (23) is rotatably provided on the positioning portion (24).

The production plant according to claim 1, wherein the first moving arm (21) and the second moving arm (22) are provided in pairs; the first moving arm (21) and the second moving arm (22) are in a plurality of pairs, and the first moving arm (21) and the second moving arm (22) are arranged at intervals around the preset axis; the processing components are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner with the first moving arms (21) and the second moving arms (22).
7. The production apparatus according to claim 1,
the first moving arm (21) comprises a first arm body (211) and a first connecting part (212) arranged on the first arm body (211), the first connecting part (212) is used for clamping or sucking a workpiece, and the first connecting part (212) is positioned at one end of the first arm body (211) far away from the preset axis; and/or
The second moving arm (22) comprises a second arm body (221) and a second connecting part (222) arranged on the second arm body (221), the second connecting part (222) is used for clamping or sucking a workpiece, and the second connecting part (222) is located at one end, away from the preset axis, of the second arm body (221).
8. The production apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first processing member (11) has a first discharge position, the production apparatus further comprising:
a fourth processing component (31), said fourth processing component (31) being located upstream of said first processing component (11), said fourth processing component (31) having a fourth take off location;
a conveying member (32), the conveying member (32) having an infeed end and an outfeed end, the infeed end of the conveying member (32) being located to one side of the fourth reclaiming position such that a workpiece at the fourth reclaiming position enters the infeed end of the conveying member (32) and the conveying member (32) conveys the workpiece to the outfeed end of the conveying member (32);
a second moving member (33), at least a portion of the second moving member (33) being movably disposed between the discharge end of the conveying member (32) and the first discharging position to transfer the workpiece on the discharge end of the conveying member (32) to the first discharging position.
9. The production plant according to claim 8, wherein the conveying means (32) comprise:
a chute portion (321), the chute portion (321) having a feed end and a discharge end, the feed end of the chute portion (321) forming the feed end of the conveying component (32), a workpiece entering the feed end of the chute portion (321) sliding along the chute portion (321) to the discharge end of the chute portion (321);
a conveyor belt (322), the conveyor belt (322) has a feed end and a discharge end, the discharge end of the conveyor belt (322) forms the discharge end of the conveying component (32), the feed end of the conveyor belt (322) is located on one side of the discharge end of the chute portion (321), so that the workpiece at the discharge end of the chute portion (321) enters the feed end of the conveyor belt (322), and so that the conveyor belt (322) will convey the workpiece to the discharge end of the conveyor belt (322).
10. The production apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the fourth processing member (31) has a feed position, the production apparatus further comprising:
a fifth processing component (41), said fifth processing component (41) being located upstream of said fourth processing component (31), said fifth processing component (41) having a discharge location;
a transport component (42), the transport component (42) located between the infeed position and the outfeed position to transport the workpiece at the outfeed position to the infeed position.
