背景技术
爱美之心,人皆有之,随着时代发展,保持外表美观也是一种礼仪与教养的表现,精华液含有微量元素、胶原蛋白、血清,它的作用有防衰老、抗皱、保湿、美白、去斑、补水等,精华液对皮肤的作用是需要长期使用才能显效的,它的作用机理是内在肤质调理,并非如遮瑕膏、粉底、散粉、粉饼等化妆品,只能暂时掩盖皮肤问题,尽管现在精华液产品琳琅满目,但是适用于男士的精华液较少,大多数只注重女士皮肤保养,但男士的皮肤保留也尤为重要,而男士和女士的皮肤角质、机体激素水平、激素种类均有显著差异,若将女士精华液用于男士,不仅起不到良好效果,反而会造成男士的肌肤或者分泌系统的紊乱等不良情况。
另外,精华液中添加的成分安全性问题也备受关注,由于配方不当或者荧光剂使用过量,造成皮肤过敏、红肿等问题不胜枚举,因此,开发一种安全且有效的男士功能性精华液尤为重要。

本发明为解决上述技术问题,提供了一种适用于男士抗衰老精华液及其制备方法。
具体是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种适用于男士抗衰老精华液,包括以下重量份的原料:茶油30-35份、烟酰胺0.5-1份、胶原蛋白1-4份、角鲨烷5-9份、卡波姆6-10份、鱼腥草提取液10-14份、类胡萝卜素0.3-0.5份、维生素C3-5份、月桂酰谷氨酸钠6-8份、薄荷醇2-6份、去离子水35-45份。
进一步地,所述适用于男士抗衰老精华液,包括以下重量份的原料:茶油33份、烟酰胺0.7份、胶原蛋白3份、角鲨烷7份、卡波姆8份、鱼腥草提取液13份、类胡萝卜素0.4份、维生素C4份、月桂酰谷氨酸钠7份、薄荷醇4份、去离子水40份。
所述精华液的制备方法为:
S1:取烟酰胺、角鲨烷、卡波姆、鱼腥草提取液、类胡萝卜素、维生素C、薄荷醇、去离子水混合均匀后,在温度为35-45℃条件下保温处理20-30min;
S2:取茶油、胶原蛋白在200-300转/min的条件下搅拌10-20min;
S3:取S1所得物与S2所得物在800-1200转/min的条件下搅拌10-20min,经超声处理10-15min,调节pH至6.4-6.8。
所述超声处理的功率为160-180W。
所述鱼腥草提取液的制备方法为:向鱼腥草中加入其质量6-8倍质量的水,于60-68℃条件下回流提取1-1.8h,过滤,取续滤液调节pH至中性,加入0.3-0.8g/g复合酶制剂,在30-35℃条件下酶解1-2h,再加入吸附剂,于温度为60-80℃条件下保温处理20-30min。
所述复合酶制剂中纤维素酶、单宁酶、果胶酶的用量比为5:2:3。
所述吸附剂为石榴皮在80-90℃条件下烘干后,再经频率30-40MHz的微波处理50-60s,然后研磨成粉末。
有益效果:
本发明的精华液具有抗衰老、抗炎、抑菌功效,透皮吸收效果良好,由于精华液中含有大量、多种抗氧化成分,不仅能清除自由基,还能使得有效成分可长期保持高活性,使得精华液稳定性良好。
本发明的精华液配方科学合理,安全无毒,其中黄酮、烯萜等致敏性成分含量极低,未添加荧光剂等物质。
本发明的方法简单,操作简便,设备投入少且占地面积小,易于实现工业化生产。

实施例5-8分别在实施例1-4的基础上提供了所述精华液的制备方法为:
S1:取烟酰胺、角鲨烷、卡波姆、鱼腥草提取液、类胡萝卜素、维生素C、薄荷醇、去离子水混合均匀后,在温度为45℃条件下保温处理20min;
S2:取茶油、胶原蛋白在300转/min的条件下搅拌10min;
S3:取S1所得物与S2所得物在1200转/min的条件下搅拌20min,经超声处理10min,调节pH至6.8;
所述超声处理的功率为180W;
所述鱼腥草提取液的制备方法为:向鱼腥草中加入其质量6-8倍质量的水,于60℃条件下回流提取1.8h,过滤,取续滤液调节pH至中性,加入0.3g/g复合酶制剂,在30℃条件下酶解1h,再加入吸附剂,于温度为80℃条件下保温处理20min;
所述复合酶制剂中纤维素酶、单宁酶、果胶酶的用量比为5:2:3;
所述吸附剂为石榴皮在90℃条件下烘干后,再经频率40MHz的微波处理50s,然后研磨成粉末。
实施例9-12
实施例5-8分别在实施例1-4的基础上提供了所述精华液的制备方法为:
S1:取烟酰胺、角鲨烷、卡波姆、鱼腥草提取液、类胡萝卜素、维生素C、薄荷醇、去离子水混合均匀后,在温度为40℃条件下保温处理25min;
S2:取茶油、胶原蛋白在250转/min的条件下搅拌15min;
S3:取S1所得物与S2所得物在1000转/min的条件下搅拌15min,经超声处理12min,调节pH至6.5;
所述超声处理的功率为170W;
所述鱼腥草提取液的制备方法为:向鱼腥草中加入其质量7倍质量的水,于65℃条件下回流提取1.5h,过滤,取续滤液调节pH至中性,加入0.5g/g复合酶制剂,在32℃条件下酶解1.5h,再加入吸附剂,于温度为7℃条件下保温处理25min;
所述复合酶制剂中纤维素酶、单宁酶、果胶酶的用量比为5:2:3;
所述吸附剂为石榴皮在85℃条件下烘干后,再经频率35MHz的微波处理55,然后研磨成粉末。
试验例1
稳定性能测试
耐热实验:将实施例9-12中的精华液分别放入恒温培养箱中,进行耐热(50±1℃)实验,放置一个月后,拿出恢复至室温后观察,实施例9-12精华液均无聚集、无上浮、无下沉、无变色;
耐寒实验:将实施例9-12中的精华液分别放入冷冻柜里进行耐寒实验(-30℃),放置一个月后,取出恢复至室温后观察,实施例9-12精华液无聚集、无上浮、无下沉、无变色;
每个实施例各取5份样品进行实验,情况一致。

1.一种适用于男士抗衰老精华液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:茶油30-35份、烟酰胺0.5-1份、胶原蛋白1-4份、角鲨烷5-9份、卡波姆6-10份、鱼腥草提取液10-14份、类胡萝卜素0.3-0.5份、维生素C3-5份、月桂酰谷氨酸钠6-8份、薄荷醇2-6份、去离子水35-45份。
2.如权利要求1所述适用于男士抗衰老精华液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:茶油33份、烟酰胺0.7份、胶原蛋白3份、角鲨烷7份、卡波姆8份、鱼腥草提取液13份、类胡萝卜素0.4份、维生素C4份、月桂酰谷氨酸钠7份、薄荷醇4份、去离子水40份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述适用于男士抗衰老精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
S1:取烟酰胺、角鲨烷、卡波姆、鱼腥草提取液、类胡萝卜素、维生素C、薄荷醇、去离子水混合均匀后,在温度为35-45℃条件下保温处理20-30min;
S2:取茶油、胶原蛋白在200-300转/min的条件下搅拌10-20min;
S3:取S1所得物与S2所得物在800-1200转/min的条件下搅拌10-20min,经超声处理10-15min,调节pH至6.4-6.8。
4.如权利要求3所述适用于男士抗衰老精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述超声处理的功率为160-180W。
5.如权利要求3所述适用于男士抗衰老精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述鱼腥草提取液的制备方法为:向鱼腥草中加入其质量6-8倍质量的水,于60-68℃条件下回流提取1-1.8h,过滤,取续滤液调节pH至中性,加入0.3-0.8g/g复合酶制剂,在30-35℃条件下酶解1-2h,再加入吸附剂,于温度为60-80℃条件下保温处理20-30min。
6.如权利要求5所述适用于男士抗衰老精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述复合酶制剂中纤维素酶、单宁酶、果胶酶的用量比为5:2:3。
7.如权利要求5所述适用于男士抗衰老精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述吸附剂为石榴皮在80-90℃条件下烘干后,再经频率30-40MHz的微波处理50-60s,然后研磨成粉末。
