The separation layer 12 is a draining paper. The seeds are fixed on the separation layer 12 and germinated.
The length and the width of the seed germination bed are related to the size of the germination box, and are slightly larger than the size of the germination box. For example, the seed germination bed has a length of 16 cm and a width of 11 cm. Such an area is suitable for providing 100 seed dropping holes 131, and only one seed is placed in each seed dropping hole 131.
The seed falling layer 13 is a filter paper plate, has the advantage of strong air permeability, and can provide sufficient oxygen for seed germination.
The water retaining layer 11 is made of a high molecular polymer material. The high polymer material has the characteristics of strong water absorption, high plasticity, good air permeability, simple sterilization and the like, is very suitable for manufacturing a germination bed in a germination test, and can ensure that the test process of the seed germination bed is simple.
