Referring to fig. 1, 13 and 14, the liquid storage cup feeding mechanism 31 includes a plastic sucking disc feeding assembly 311, a liquid storage cup transfer support 312 fixed on the upper end surface of the frame 1, and a liquid storage cup clamping feeding assembly 313, the plastic sucking disc feeding assembly 311 is fixed on the side surface of the frame 1, the plastic sucking disc feeding assembly 311 transfers the liquid storage cups in the trays to the liquid storage cup transfer support 312, and the liquid storage cup clamping feeding assembly 313 transfers the liquid storage cups placed on the liquid storage cup transfer support to the atomizing base mounting positions of the jigs 4 of the second tray 3;
the plastic sucking disc feeding assembly 311 comprises a liquid storage cup taking platform 3111, a feeding trolley 3112 and a discharging trolley 3113, which are respectively positioned and placed on a feeding station of the liquid storage cup taking platform 3111, a liquid storage cup carrying assembly 3114 and a plastic sucking disc transferring assembly 3115, which are fixedly arranged on the liquid storage cup taking platform 3111, wherein the liquid storage cup carrying assembly 3114 comprises a feeding transfer module 31141 and a fourth clamping cylinder 31143, which are fixedly arranged on the material taking platform, the feeding transfer module 31141 is further provided with a third servo motor 31142, which controls the fourth clamping cylinder 31143 to rotate, and the transfer linear motor of the plastic sucking disc transferring assembly 3115 drives the sucker assembly to move transversely between the feeding station and the discharging station;
a pair of telescopic cylinders 3121 is fixedly arranged on the liquid storage cup transfer support 312, a liquid storage cup guide assembly 3122 is fixedly arranged at the end of a piston rod of the telescopic cylinders 3121, and the liquid storage cup guide is realized by controlling the extension of the piston rods of the telescopic cylinders 3121 at two sides;
the liquid storage cup clamping and feeding assembly 313 comprises a rodless cylinder 3131 fixed on the support, an upper and lower cylinder 3132 slidably mounted on the rodless cylinder 3131, and a liquid storage cup clamping jaw cylinder 3133 fixed at the end of a piston rod of the upper and lower cylinder 3132.
The structure of the suction nozzle assembling mechanism 35 is the same as that of the liquid storage cup feeding mechanism 31.
Referring to fig. 15, the atomizing base pressing-in-place mechanism 32 includes an atomizing base pressing cylinder 321 fixed on the bracket, and a profiling pressing block jig 322 fixed at the end of the piston rod of the atomizing base pressing cylinder 321;
the structure of the nozzle press-in-place mechanism 36 is the same as that of the atomizing base press-in-place mechanism 32.
Referring to fig. 16, the sealing ring assembling mechanism 34 includes a sealing ring feeding assembly 341, a sealing ring positioning assembly 342, and a sealing ring carrying assembly 343 fixed on the upper end surface of the frame 1, wherein one end of a feeding guide rail of the sealing ring feeding assembly 341 is butted with a discharge port of the vibrating plate, and the other end is butted with a sealing ring positioning groove of the sealing ring positioning assembly 342;
the sealing ring carrying assembly 343 controls the sealing ring clamping assembly 3432 to carry the sealing ring on the sealing ring positioning groove to the upper part of the jig 4 of the first turntable 3 through the sealing ring transverse moving module 3431, the sealing ring is clamped into the mounting hole of the atomizing base, and under the action of the second tripping cylinder 3433, the sealing ring is separated from the sealing ring clamping shaft rod arranged on the sealing ring clamping assembly 3432, so that the sealing ring can be clamped and mounted into the atomizing base.

The atomizer assembling method of the double-turntable atomizer assembling device comprises the following steps:
the atomization seat is loaded into an atomization seat positioning groove of an atomization seat positioning assembly through a vibration disc, and the atomization seat carrying assembly carries the atomization seat to a corresponding atomizer mounting position on a jig of a first rotary table;
the first rotary disc driving device drives the first rotary disc to rotate for a set angle, and the jig is located at an atomization core assembling station;
the atomization core is manually placed on the atomization core fixing seat of the atomization core conveying belt by a worker, and the atomization core is clamped by the atomizer clamping assembly of the atomization core conveying assembly and conveyed and installed on the atomization seat on the jig under the action of the guiding clamping assembly;
the first rotary disc driving device drives the first rotary disc to rotate for a set angle, the jig is located at an atomization core in-place station, the atomization core wire pulling assembly pulls a lead wire of the atomization core downwards, the atomization core presses a cylinder piston rod to extend out, the atomization core is further pressed downwards, and the atomization core is installed in place;
fifthly, driving the first rotating disc to rotate by a set angle by the first rotating disc driving device, enabling the jig to be located at an atomizing pipe assembling station, feeding the atomizing pipe to the atomizing pipe positioning assembly through the vibrating disc, taking out the atomizing pipe by an atomizing pipe clamping cylinder of the atomizing pipe carrying assembly, rotating by the set angle under the action of the first servo motor, and installing the atomizing pipe in the atomizing base under the action of the guiding assembly;
sixthly, driving a first rotary disc to rotate by a set angle by a first rotary disc driving device, locating a jig at a wire shearing station, lifting a wire lifting assembly by using a clamping jaw air cylinder for a set distance, and shearing redundant lead wires by the wire shearing assembly;
the first rotating disc driving device drives the first rotating disc to rotate for a set angle, the jig is located at a first overturning station, the second clamping cylinder moves to the atomizing base mounting position of the jig under the action of the lifting and transverse moving module, and the atomizing base is overturned for 180 degrees under the action of the rotating cylinder after being clamped and placed back to the atomizing base mounting position of the jig;
the first rotary disc driving device drives the first rotary disc to rotate for a set angle, the jig is located at a lead bending station, two bending cylinders of the bending cylinder group are matched, the lead is bent to the hook hole, the lead in-place cylinder presses down, the lead is pressed into the hook hole, and the lead is bent;
the self-supporting first rotating disc driving device drives the first rotating disc to rotate for a set angle, the jig is located at a resistance detection station, the resistance detector is in butt joint with a lead exposed behind a hook, and the resistance of the atomizing base is detected, so that whether the atomizing base is a good product or not is judged;
the liquid storage cup is arranged on the transfer station of the second rotating disc in a transfer mode through the lifting transfer module when the resistance detector detects that the two atomizing bases are good products;
the liquid storage cup feeding mechanism transfers the liquid storage cup from the feeding disc to a jig of a liquid storage cup feeding station of the second turntable, the second turntable driving device drives the second turntable to rotate for a set angle, the jig is located at a liquid storage cup mounting station, and the atomizing base is mounted on the liquid storage cup;
the device comprises a first turntable driving device, a first pressing station, a copying pressing block jig, a cylinder, an atomizing seat, a liquid storage cup and a second turntable driving device, wherein the first turntable driving device drives the first turntable to rotate by a set angle;
the second turntable driving device drives the second turntable to rotate for a set angle, the jig is located at a second overturning station, the second clamping cylinder moves to the atomizer mounting position of the jig under the action of the lifting and transverse moving module, and the atomizer is overturned by 180 degrees under the action of the rotating cylinder after being clamped and then placed back to the atomizer mounting position of the jig;
the second turntable is driven by a second turntable driving device to rotate by a set angle, the jig is located at a sealing ring assembling station, a sealing ring is fed to a sealing ring positioning assembly through a vibrating disc, a clamping sealing ring of a sealing ring carrying assembly is transferred to an atomizer mounting position of the jig of the second turntable and falls into the atomizer mounting position under the action of a second tripping air cylinder;
the second turntable driving device drives the second turntable to rotate by a set angle, the jig is located at a suction nozzle assembling station, and the suction nozzle feeding mechanism transfers the suction nozzle from the feeding disc to the transfer support, moves to the position above the jig of the second turntable through the clamping feeding assembly and is installed on the atomizer;
the jig is located at the discharging station, and the atomizer is placed on a finished product conveying belt to be output through a discharging transfer assembly.
The above-mentioned step is in two, if the feeding inductive sensor who is located the conveyer belt both sides does not sense the atomizing core simultaneously on current atomizing core fixing base, then the atomizer centre gripping subassembly is out of work, and this atomizing core fixing base carries the atomizing core to retrieving in the box under the effect of conveyer belt.
In the sixteenth step, before trimming, the rotary servo motor of the wire lifting assembly controls the clamping jaw cylinder to rotate by a set angle, and after the angle difference between the lead and the wire trimming assembly is made up, the second centering assembly centers the lead so that the wire trimming device can trim the lead.
In the step, if the resistance detector detects that the two atomizers are good products, the atomizers are moved to a jig on a transfer station of the second rotary table through the atomizer transfer mechanism;
if one is good and the other is defective, putting the good atomizer into a good recovery box and putting the defective atomizer into a defective recovery box through an atomizer transferring mechanism;
if the two products are defective products, the two products are put into a defective product recovery box through an atomizer transfer mechanism.
The charging process before the liquid storage cup charging mechanism charges materials in the steps comprises the following steps:
(11.1) pushing guide wheels on two sides of a full-load back edge station of the feeding trolley into the feeding station by a worker, and pushing guide wheels on two sides of a no-load back edge station of the blanking trolley into the blanking station by the worker;
(11.2) positioning the feeding trolley and the discharging trolley by using a positioning cylinder;
(11.3) lifting the plastic sucking disc of the feeding trolley to the top by using a plastic sucking disc lifting assembly, and extending clamping cylinders positioned on two sides of the top of the feeding station to clamp the plastic sucking disc;
(11.4) positioning the plastic suction disc by a disc positioning cylinder positioned in front of the top of the feeding station;
(11.5) transferring the liquid storage cups in the plastic sucking disc to a liquid storage cup transfer support by the liquid storage cup carrying assembly, and then transferring the liquid storage cups to an atomizer mounting position of a jig of the second turntable by the liquid storage cup clamping and feeding assembly;
(11.6) after the current plastic sucking disc is emptied, the plastic sucking disc transferring assembly sucks the plastic sucking disc through the sucker, transfers the plastic sucking disc to a blanking station, and places the plastic sucking disc on a blanking trolley.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and all equivalent changes and modifications made within the scope of the claims of the present invention should be covered by the claims of the present invention.
Claims (5)
1. An assembling method of a double-rotary-disk atomizer assembling device is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the atomization seat is loaded into an atomization seat positioning groove of an atomization seat positioning assembly through a vibration disc, and the atomization seat carrying assembly carries the atomization seat to a corresponding atomizer mounting position on a jig of a first rotary table;
the first rotary disc driving device drives the first rotary disc to rotate for a set angle, and the jig is located at an atomization core assembling station;
the atomization core is manually placed on the atomization core fixing seat of the atomization core conveying belt by a worker, and the atomization core is clamped by the atomizer clamping assembly of the atomization core conveying assembly and conveyed and installed on the atomization seat on the jig under the action of the guiding clamping assembly;
the first rotary disc driving device drives the first rotary disc to rotate for a set angle, the jig is located at an atomization core in-place station, the atomization core wire pulling assembly pulls a lead wire of the atomization core downwards, the atomization core presses a cylinder piston rod to extend out, the atomization core is further pressed downwards, and the atomization core is installed in place;
fifthly, driving the first rotating disc to rotate by a set angle by the first rotating disc driving device, enabling the jig to be located at an atomizing pipe assembling station, feeding the atomizing pipe to the atomizing pipe positioning assembly through the vibrating disc, taking out the atomizing pipe by an atomizing pipe clamping cylinder of the atomizing pipe carrying assembly, rotating by the set angle under the action of the first servo motor, and installing the atomizing pipe in the atomizing base under the action of the guiding assembly;
sixthly, driving a first rotary disc to rotate by a set angle by a first rotary disc driving device, locating a jig at a wire shearing station, lifting a wire lifting assembly by using a clamping jaw air cylinder for a set distance, and shearing redundant lead wires by the wire shearing assembly;
the first rotating disc driving device drives the first rotating disc to rotate for a set angle, the jig is located at a first overturning station, the second clamping cylinder moves to the atomizing base mounting position of the jig under the action of the lifting and transverse moving module, and the atomizing base is overturned for 180 degrees under the action of the rotating cylinder after being clamped and placed back to the atomizing base mounting position of the jig;
the first rotary disc driving device drives the first rotary disc to rotate for a set angle, the jig is located at a lead bending station, two bending cylinders of the bending cylinder group are matched, the lead is bent to the hook hole, the lead in-place cylinder presses down, the lead is pressed into the hook hole, and the lead is bent;
the self-supporting first rotating disc driving device drives the first rotating disc to rotate for a set angle, the jig is located at a resistance detection station, the resistance detector is in butt joint with a lead exposed behind a hook, and the resistance of the atomizing base is detected, so that whether the atomizing base is a good product or not is judged;
the liquid storage cup is arranged on the transfer station of the second rotating disc in a transfer mode through the lifting transfer module when the resistance detector detects that the two atomizing bases are good products;
the liquid storage cup feeding mechanism transfers the liquid storage cup from the feeding disc to a jig of a liquid storage cup feeding station of the second turntable, the second turntable driving device drives the second turntable to rotate for a set angle, the jig is located at a liquid storage cup mounting station, and the atomizing base is mounted on the liquid storage cup;
the device comprises a first turntable driving device, a first pressing station, a copying pressing block jig, a cylinder, an atomizing seat, a liquid storage cup and a second turntable driving device, wherein the first turntable driving device drives the first turntable to rotate by a set angle;
the second turntable driving device drives the second turntable to rotate for a set angle, the jig is located at a second overturning station, the second clamping cylinder moves to the atomizer mounting position of the jig under the action of the lifting and transverse moving module, and the atomizer is overturned by 180 degrees under the action of the rotating cylinder after being clamped and then placed back to the atomizer mounting position of the jig;
the second turntable is driven by a second turntable driving device to rotate by a set angle, the jig is located at a sealing ring assembling station, a sealing ring is fed to a sealing ring positioning assembly through a vibrating disc, a clamping sealing ring of a sealing ring carrying assembly is transferred to an atomizer mounting position of the jig of the second turntable and falls into the atomizer mounting position under the action of a second tripping air cylinder;
the second turntable driving device drives the second turntable to rotate by a set angle, the jig is located at a suction nozzle assembling station, and the suction nozzle feeding mechanism transfers the suction nozzle from the feeding disc to the transfer support, moves to the position above the jig of the second turntable through the clamping feeding assembly and is installed on the atomizer;
the jig is located at the discharging station, and the atomizer is placed on a finished product conveying belt to be output through a discharging transfer assembly.
2. The dual-turntable atomizer assembly device according to claim 1, characterized in that in the two steps, if the feeding inductive sensors located on both sides of the conveyor belt do not sense the atomizing core simultaneously on the current atomizing core fixing seat, the atomizer clamping assembly does not work, and the atomizing core fixing seat conveys the atomizing core to the recovery box under the action of the conveyor belt.
3. The method for assembling the dual-turntable atomizer assembly device according to claim 1, wherein in the sixth step, before trimming, the rotary servo motor of the wire lifting assembly controls the jaw cylinder to rotate by a set angle, and after an angle difference between the lead wire and the wire trimming assembly is made up, the second centering assembly centers the lead wire so that the wire trimming device can trim the lead wire.

The assembling method of the dual-turntable atomizer assembling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the step is self-consistent, and the resistance value detector moves to a fixture on the transferring station of the second turntable through the atomizer transferring mechanism if both of the atomizers are good;
if one is good and the other is defective, putting the good atomizer into a good recovery box and putting the defective atomizer into a defective recovery box through an atomizer transferring mechanism;
if the two products are defective products, the two products are put into a defective product recovery box through an atomizer transfer mechanism.
5. The assembling method of the dual-turntable atomizer assembly apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the loading process before the loading of the liquid storage cup loading mechanism in the step (c) comprises the following steps:
(11.1) pushing guide wheels on two sides of a full-load back edge station of the feeding trolley into the feeding station by a worker, and pushing guide wheels on two sides of a no-load back edge station of the blanking trolley into the blanking station by the worker;
(11.2) positioning the feeding trolley and the discharging trolley by using a positioning cylinder;
(11.3) lifting the plastic sucking disc of the feeding trolley to the top by using a plastic sucking disc lifting assembly, and extending clamping cylinders positioned on two sides of the top of the feeding station to clamp the plastic sucking disc;
(11.4) positioning the plastic suction disc by a disc positioning cylinder positioned in front of the top of the feeding station;
(11.5) transferring the liquid storage cups in the plastic sucking disc to a liquid storage cup transfer support by the liquid storage cup carrying assembly, and then transferring the liquid storage cups to an atomizer mounting position of a jig of the second turntable by the liquid storage cup clamping and feeding assembly;
(11.6) after the current plastic sucking disc is emptied, the plastic sucking disc transferring assembly sucks the plastic sucking disc through the sucker, transfers the plastic sucking disc to a blanking station, and places the plastic sucking disc on a blanking trolley.
