When the detachable sliding frame assembly 201 is used, the rotating screw 201C is rotated to be separated from the sliding frame 201D, and the pulling sliding plate 201A and the sliding frame 201D are driven to be separated through the linkage block 201B, so that the detachment of the shank hanger mechanism 2 is completed.

The distance between the two U-shaped leg supports 203E in the leg support assembly 203 can be adjusted, so that the distance between the two U-shaped leg supports can be adjusted conveniently according to the length of the lower leg of a patient or the position of a wound, and different positions of the lower leg can be supported; during adjustment, the adjusting screw 203F is rotated to drive the push-pull sliding block 203H to move up and down, the push-pull sliding block 203H drives the two limiting sliding blocks 203D to slide in the two side sliding channels of the central transverse frame 203B in opposite directions or deviate from the sliding directions through the two push-pull connecting rods 203I, the two limiting sliding blocks 203D drive the distance between the two U-shaped leg supports 203E to be adjusted through the two side transverse frames 203C, and therefore different positions of crus can be conveniently supported and placed.
The inner side surface of the U-shaped leg support 203E is bonded with a memory cotton pad.
