Abstract

Technical Field

Pull-ups are absorbent articles commonly used by infants. An absorbent article according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the absorption core body comprises a surface layer non-woven fabric, a flow guide layer, an upper layer toilet paper, a polymer absorption layer, a lower layer toilet paper and a leakage-proof bottom film which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom.
4. An absorbent article according to claim 3, characterized in that: and two sides of the surface layer non-woven fabric are respectively provided with a leakage-proof separation edge.
5. A manufacturing process of an absorbent article, wherein the absorbent article comprises a trouser body and an absorbent core body, and is characterized in that the manufacturing process of the absorbent article comprises the following steps:
preparing a trousers body, wherein the trousers body comprises an elastic non-woven fabric, and the elastic non-woven fabric is stretched to the left side and the right side by 2.0-3.5 times; the left side and the right side of a crotch region of the elastic non-woven fabric are both provided with a U-shaped leg enclosing opening, and the U-shaped leg enclosing openings on the left side and the right side of the crotch region are symmetrical;
secondly, breaking the elasticity of the crotch area of the elastic non-woven fabric through hot pressing or ultrasonic waves;
step three, detachably sticking a HOOK and loop (HOOK) surface on the front waistline area of the elastic non-woven fabric;
step four, arranging a plurality of elastic rubber roots in the crotch region of the elastic non-woven fabric, wherein the step of adhering the first ends of the elastic rubber roots to the rear waistline region and adhering the second ends of the elastic rubber roots to the HOOK and loop (HOOK) surface;
step five, compounding an absorption core body in the crotch region of the elastic non-woven fabric;
and step six, after the elastic non-woven fabric is restored to the state before stretching, the front waistline region and the rear waistline region are bonded to form a trousers body with a waistline opening and two leg openings.
6.
