The invention provides a heat dissipation structure of a meter box, and referring to fig. 1 to 4, the heat dissipation structure of the meter box comprises an outer grid 101, an inner grid 201 and a dustproof net 204. Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the outer grid 101 includes an outer base 102 and an outer ventilation part 103, the outer base 102 is plate-shaped, the outer ventilation part 103 is opened with a first outer ventilation opening 404, and if viewed from fig. 1, the shape of the first outer ventilation opening 404 is similar to a kidney-shaped hole; one end of the outer ventilation part 103 is connected with the outer base part 102, the other end of the outer ventilation part 103 protrudes relative to the outer base part 102, the outer ventilation part 103 shields the first outer ventilation opening 404, and a gap is formed between the protruding end of the outer ventilation part 103 and the outer base part 102 to form a second outer ventilation opening 401. Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the inner grid 201 is similar to the outer grid 101, the inner grid 201 includes an inner base 202 and an inner ventilation portion 203, the inner base 202 is opened with a first inner ventilation opening 405, one end of the inner ventilation portion 203 is connected with the inner base 202, the other end of the inner ventilation portion 203 protrudes relative to the inner base 202 to form a second inner ventilation opening 402, and the inner ventilation portion 203 shields the first inner ventilation opening 405. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the outer grill 101 is spaced apart from the inner grill 201, and the dust-proof mesh 204 is disposed between the outer grill 101 and the inner grill 201. When this table case heat radiation structure used to the table case, outer grid 101 can be directly as enclosing establish one of them plate that forms the table case, and outer grid 101 is connected in order to form the inside cavity of table case with other enclosed plate 105, and this cavity is for the instrument chamber 301 that is used for installing the instrument, and interior grid 201 then is located outer grid 101 towards one side of instrument chamber 301. Not all the plates forming the meter box are shown in the figures in the specification of the application in a whole and enclosed manner, and the meter cavity 301 indicated in fig. 3 is mainly used for indicating the approximate position of the meter cavity 301 and the relative position of the meter cavity 301 and the heat dissipation structure of the meter box.
Referring to fig. 4, the first outer vent 404, the second outer vent 401, the first inner vent 405, and the second inner vent 402 may all allow air to pass through, and the mesh (not specifically shown) on the dust screen 204 may also allow air to pass through, thereby achieving heat dissipation of the meters in the meter box. The outer ventilation part 103 and the inner ventilation part 203 can block water splashed or sprayed, and the water inflow inside the meter box is greatly reduced. The dust screen 204 has multiple functions, when air passes through the dust screen 204, part of dust in the air can be attached to the dust screen 204, and the amount of dust contacted by the instrument is reduced; for water sprayed to the meter box, after the water passes through the outer grid 101, the dust screen 204 can block the sprayed water, so that the spraying pressure and the flow rate of the water are reduced, after the water passes through the dust screen 204, the inner ventilation part 203 of the inner grid 201 can block the water again, and the sprayed water is not easy to enter the meter box; in addition, dust screen 204 can block insects from entering the interior of the meter box. Therefore, the meter box heat dissipation structure provided by the invention has good heat dissipation, water resistance, dust resistance and insect resistance.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the outer ventilation part 103 protrudes toward the direction close to the dust screen 204, which facilitates the manufacturing process and reduces the risk of damage to the outer grill 101 (especially, the risk of damage and deformation of the outer ventilation part 103) during transportation or use. In some embodiments, the inner vent 203 protrudes in a direction closer to the dust screen 204. The inner and outer ventilation parts 203 and 103 can guide water in addition to blocking the sprayed water, and the protruding direction of the inner ventilation part 203 can reduce the damage risk of the inner grating 201 and guide water drops or water flow to a place far away from the instrument. Referring to fig. 4, the meter is located in the meter cavity 301, i.e. on the side of the inner base 202 opposite to the dust screen 204 (the meter is not shown), and in the case where the inner vent part 203 protrudes toward the direction close to the dust screen 204, the water blocked by the inner grill 201 flows down along the surface of the inner vent part 203 and then flows toward the position where the dust screen 204 is located (i.e. the space between the inner grill 201 and the outer grill 101), and does not flow toward the meter.
It has been mentioned previously that the inner and outer vents 203, 103 are water conducting and should be directed away from the meter for the purpose of improving the water resistance of the heat dissipating structure of the meter case. Therefore, referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, in the case where the outer ventilation part 103 protrudes toward the direction close to the dust screen 204, the bottom end of the outer ventilation part 103 is connected to the outer base 102, and the top end of the outer ventilation part 103 has a gap with the outer base 102, that is, the top end of the outer ventilation part 103 is the protruding end of the outer ventilation part 103. The advantage of this arrangement is that water droplets on the outer surface of the outer ventilation part 103 will slide down to the outside of the outer grill 101 along the outer surface of the outer ventilation part 103, improving the water resistance of the entire heat dissipation structure of the meter box.
In other embodiments, the top end of the outer ventilation part 103 is connected to the outer base part 102, and the bottom end of the outer ventilation part 103 is spaced from the outer base part 102, but for waterproof reasons, the outer ventilation part 103 should be protruded away from the dust screen 204 so that water drops slide down the outer surface of the outer ventilation part 103 to the outside of the outer grill 101 (in the example of fig. 4, this is similar to the case where the outer grill 101 is replaced with the inner grill 201).
Similarly, referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, while the inner ventilation part 203 protrudes in a direction approaching the dust screen 204, the top end of the inner ventilation part 203 is connected to the inner base 202, and there is a gap between the bottom end of the inner ventilation part 203 and the inner base 202, that is, the bottom end of the inner ventilation part 203 is the protruding end of the inner ventilation part 203. In this arrangement, water passing through the dust screen 204 and sprayed onto the outer surface of the inner grill 201 flows toward the dust screen 204 along the outer surface of the inner base 202, and the heat dissipation structure of the meter box is waterproof. It should be noted that "inside" and "outside" as referred to herein are concepts with respect to the instrument cavity 301 of the meter box, and the side of a component toward or close to the instrument cavity 301 is the inside of the component, and the side of a component away from or far from the instrument cavity 301 is the outside of the component; taking the external vent 103 as an example, the side of the external vent 103 facing or near the instrument cavity 301 is the inside of the external vent 103, and the side of the external vent 103 facing away from or far from the instrument cavity 301 is the outside.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the inner grill 201 has a mounting cavity 302 directly between the outer grill 101, the mounting cavity 302 is used for accommodating the dust screen 204, and in addition, water passing through the second outer vent 401 from outside to inside is temporarily stored in the mounting cavity 302. In some embodiments, referring to fig. 6, the heat dissipation structure of the meter box further includes a flow baffle 403, the flow baffle 403 is substantially U-shaped, the inner base 202 is plate-shaped, the side edges and the bottom edge of the left and right sides of the inner base 202 are connected to the inner end of the flow baffle 403, and the outer end of the flow baffle 403 is connected to the outer base 102. Here, "inner end" and "outer end" are also the same concept with respect to the instrument cavity 301, and the end of the baffle plate 403 closer to the instrument cavity 301 is the inner end (which may correspond to the rear end of the baffle plate 403 in fig. 4), and the end of the baffle plate 403 relatively far from the instrument cavity 301 is the outer end (which may correspond to the front end of the baffle plate 403 in fig. 4). The baffle plate 403 connects the inner grid 201 and the outer grid 101 to form the installation cavity 302, and the baffle plate 403 serves as a part of the wall surface of the installation cavity 302 and can be used for blocking water in the installation cavity 302 from flowing into the instrument cavity 301. The baffle plate 403 and the outer grid 101 may be connected by welding or by a threaded fastener such as a screw. An opening 303 is defined between the top of the inner grill 201 and the outer grill 101, and the dust screen 204 can enter and exit the installation cavity 302 through the opening 303. The dust screen 204 needs to be cleaned regularly, for example, dust and insect corpses are cleaned, and the opening 303 is arranged to facilitate the detachment and installation of the dust screen 204, which is beneficial to improving the maintenance efficiency of the dust screen 204.
Water passing through the first outer vent 404 and the second outer vent 401 from outside to inside is temporarily stored in the installation cavity 302, when the water in the installation cavity 302 accumulates to a certain amount, the water level rises, a large amount of water passes through the first inner vent 405 and the second inner vent 402 to enter the instrument cavity 301, and the water resistance of the heat dissipation structure of the meter box is disabled. To avoid this problem, in some embodiments, the bottom of the outer base 102 further defines a drainage hole 104, the drainage hole 104 is communicated with the installation cavity 302, and water in the installation cavity 302 can drain out of the installation cavity 302 through the drainage hole 104.
The invention also provides a meter box comprising the heat dissipation structure of the meter box, wherein the outer grid 101 is directly used as one of the plate members which are arranged in a surrounding mode to form the meter box, the outer grid 101 is connected with other plate members to form a cavity inside the meter box, the cavity is a meter cavity 301 used for installing a meter, and the inner grid 201 is located on one side, facing the meter cavity 301, of the outer grid 101. This table case has better thermal diffusivity, waterproof nature, dirt resistance and protection against insects nature concurrently.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention. Furthermore, the embodiments of the present invention and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
