The roadside billboard of claim 2, wherein the water inlet unit comprises a water inlet tank, a water inlet pipe, a water inlet valve and a water inlet pump, the water inlet tank is arranged in the base, the water inlet pipe penetrates through the bottom end of the outer supporting rod and is respectively communicated with the bottom end of the inner supporting rod and the top end of the water inlet tank, the water inlet pump is connected to the water inlet pipe and is positioned in the outer supporting rod, and the water inlet valve is arranged on the water inlet pipe.

The roadside billboard of claim 2, wherein the water outlet unit comprises a water outlet tank, a water outlet pipe and a water outlet valve, the water outlet tank is arranged in the base, the water outlet pipe penetrates through the bottom end of the outer supporting rod and is respectively communicated with the bottom end of the inner supporting rod and the top end of the water outlet tank, and the water outlet valve is connected to the water outlet pipe.
5. The roadside signboard of claim 1, wherein the end surface of the floating block is concavely provided with a connecting groove, and the bottom end of the lifting rod is movably connected with the bottom end of the connecting groove through a bearing.

The roadside signboard of claim 1, wherein the rotation unit comprises a spring wound closely on an outer side of a lower portion of the elevating bar, and a hand-pull member having one end connected to a distal end of the spring and the other end extending to an outer side through a top end of the inner support bar.

The roadside signboard of claim 1, wherein the rotation unit comprises a connecting rod, the connecting rod is formed by vertically combining two containing parts with I-shaped structures, the connecting rod is connected with the bottom end of the inner supporting rod, the bottom end of the connecting rod is movably connected with the floating block, the accommodating part comprises an upper accommodating part and a lower accommodating part, the outer side of the upper receiving part and the outer side of the lower receiving part are respectively and vertically connected with an upper baffle plate and a lower baffle plate, wherein the upper baffle plate and the lower baffle plate are opposite in direction, the upper accommodating part is connected with a positive pull rope in a winding manner, the positive pulling rope penetrates through the upper baffle and the top end of the inner supporting rod and extends to the outer side of the inner supporting rod, the lower accommodating part is connected with a reverse pull rope in a winding mode, and the reverse pull rope penetrates through the lower baffle and the top end of the inner supporting rod and extends to the outer side of the inner supporting rod.
8. The roadside billboard of claim 7, wherein a power unit is connected to the outer side of the outer support rod, one end of the power unit is connected to the forward pull rope, and the other end of the power unit is connected to the reverse pull rope.

The roadside billboard of claim 8, wherein the power unit comprises a horizontal rotating rod, the middle of the rotating rod is movably connected to the outer side of the outer supporting rod, the top ends of the two sides of the rotating rod are respectively movably connected with the forward pull rope and the reverse pull rope, the bottom ends of the two sides of the rotating rod are vertically hinged with a hanging rod, and a plurality of hanging blocks are detachably connected to the hanging rod from bottom to top.
