the lifting support device comprises an adjusting groove (10), a second movable nut (11), a second lead screw (12), a groove (13), a second turntable (14), a connecting seat (16), a supporting seat (17), a top plate (18), sliding grooves (19), springs (20), connecting rods (21), telescopic rods (22), sliding blocks (23) and connecting blocks (24), the sliding grooves (19) are formed in two sides of the top of the supporting plate (1), the sliding blocks (23) are connected to the inside of the sliding grooves (19) in a sliding mode, and the top end of the supporting plate (1) is fixedly connected with one end of the telescopic rods (22);
