Technical Field
The invention relates to an experimental auxiliary device, in particular to a grinding device with a three-dimensional splayed motion track.
Background
The existing grinding device generally realizes the linear reciprocating motion of a piston rod through the transmission of a motor rotating through a crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, so that a grinding ball is enabled to oscillate at high frequency in a grinding pipe to crush a sample, but the bearing capacity of a linear bearing at the position of the piston rod is limited, the rotating speed of a motor of the general grinding device is not more than 2000r/min, the structure is complex, the size is large, the weight is heavy, the carrying is inconvenient, and part of the sample cannot be ground to achieve an ideal effect. In addition, the bearing of the grinding device has shorter service life when being subjected to impact load for a long time compared with other parts, but the bearing of the traditional grinding device is difficult to disassemble and is inconvenient to maintain and replace.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a grinding device with a three-dimensional splayed motion track.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a grinder assembly having a three-dimensional figure-of-eight motion profile, comprising:
a motor having an output shaft disposed in a horizontal state;
the eccentric rotating shaft comprises a horizontal connecting section and an inclined shaft section, the horizontal connecting section is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the motor, and the central axis of the inclined shaft section and the axis of the output shaft of the motor form an angle;
the bearing seat assembly comprises a first bearing seat, a second bearing seat and a bearing, the bearing is arranged between the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat, and the inner ring of the bearing is arranged on the periphery of the inclined shaft section of the eccentric rotating shaft;
the adapter assembly comprises an adapter seat, a grinding pipe and a gland, wherein the adapter seat is used for clamping and pressing the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat and is connected with the first bearing seat through a first locking piece in a locking manner;
the two elastic elements are respectively distributed on two sides of the output shaft of the motor, one end of each elastic element is connected to the first bearing seat or the second bearing seat, and the other end of each elastic element is connected to the base of the motor.
According to the technical scheme, the motor is connected with the bearing seat assembly through the eccentric rotating shaft, the adapter assembly is connected with the bearing seat assembly, and the elastic element prevents the bearing seat assembly from rotating along with the eccentric rotating shaft. When the motor rotates at a high speed, the adapter assembly and the bearing seat assembly perform three-dimensional splayed three-dimensional motion together, so that a ground sample in the grinding pipe can perform three-dimensional motion in a small size up and down direction and in a large size left and right direction, and the sample can be fully ground. The bearing seat assembly is matched with the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat, so that the position of the bearing is ensured to be stable, and the bearing is convenient to disassemble and assemble. One side of the gland of the adapter component is in clearance fit with the adapter seat through a rotating fulcrum, and the other side of the gland is locked through the second locking part to achieve the effect of compressing the grinding pipe, so that the grinding pipe is conveniently taken and placed.
Furthermore, the first bearing seat comprises a first bearing installation part and a first clamping arm part, the first bearing installation part is provided with a first bearing half chamber which is concave inwards, the second bearing seat comprises a second bearing installation part and a second clamping arm part, the second bearing installation part is provided with a second bearing half chamber which is concave inwards, the first bearing half chamber and the second bearing half chamber are oppositely arranged and combined into a bearing chamber which is used for installing and containing the bearing and limiting two end faces of the outer ring of the bearing, and the bearing is installed in the first bearing half chamber and the second bearing half chamber; the first clamping arm part and the second clamping arm part are accommodated in an opening groove at the lower part of the adapter seat.
By adopting the preferable scheme, the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat can be combined after being inserted into the adapter seat, the bearing position is ensured to be stable, the bearing does not need to be installed in an interference fit manner, and the bearing seat assembly only needs to be pulled out of the adapter seat when the bearing needs to be replaced, so that the maintenance efficiency is improved, and the reuse rate of the device is improved.
Furthermore, the periphery of the inclined shaft section of the eccentric rotating shaft is provided with a stop step surface for limiting the position of one end surface of the bearing inner ring, and the other end surface of the bearing inner ring is limited by a third locking part.
Further, the third locking part is a screw, an internal thread is arranged on the axis of the inclined shaft section, and the third locking part is locked in the thread of the inclined shaft section.
Furthermore, the third locking part is a clamping ring, a clamping groove is formed in the periphery of the inclined shaft section, and the clamping ring is clamped in the clamping groove.
Adopt above-mentioned preferred scheme, more conveniently install the bearing frame subassembly on eccentric pivot, when the transportation, only need loosen the secondary spare of third lock, can separate bearing frame subassembly and adapter subassembly and motor, practiced thrift the space.
Furthermore, a U-shaped groove with a downward opening is formed in the position, matched with the second locking part, of the press cover.
By adopting the preferable scheme, the clamping and matching of the gland and the second locking part are facilitated.
Further, the central axis of the inclined shaft section forms an angle smaller than or equal to 15 degrees with the axis of the output shaft of the motor.
Adopt above-mentioned preferred scheme, ensure that grinder keeps reasonable swing amplitude, compromise the balance of grinding effect and noise in use.
Furthermore, the motor also comprises a base, and an elastic damping piece is arranged between the base of the motor and the base.
Adopt above-mentioned preferred scheme, alleviate the vibration that transmits to the base, promote the customer and use experience.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. As shown in fig. 1-2, an abrading device having a three-dimensional figure-eight motion profile, comprising:
a motor 10 having an output shaft disposed in a horizontal state;
the eccentric rotating shaft 20 comprises a horizontal connecting section 201 and an inclined shaft section 202, the horizontal connecting section 201 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the motor 10, and the central axis of the inclined shaft section 202 and the axis of the output shaft of the motor form an angle;
a bearing housing assembly 30 including a first bearing housing 301, a second bearing housing 302, and a bearing 303, the bearing 303 being installed between the first bearing housing 301 and the second bearing housing 302, the bearing 303 being installed at an outer circumference of the inclined shaft section 202 of the eccentric rotary shaft 20 with an inner race;
the adapter assembly 40 comprises an adapter seat 401, a grinding pipe 402 and a gland 403, wherein the adapter seat 401 clamps and presses a first bearing seat 301 and a second bearing seat 302 in a clamping manner and is in locking connection through a first locking piece 31, the adapter seat 401 is provided with at least one transverse hole body for placing the grinding pipe 402, one end of the adapter seat 401, corresponding to the outer side surface of the transverse hole body, is provided with a rotating fulcrum 404, one end of the gland 403 is connected to the rotating fulcrum 404, and the gland 403 presses the grinding pipe 402 and is locked on the adapter seat 401 through a second locking piece 405;
two elastic elements 50, which are respectively distributed on two sides of the output shaft of the motor, one end of the elastic element 50 is connected to the first bearing seat 301, and the other end is connected to the base of the motor.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the motor is connected with the bearing seat assembly through the eccentric rotating shaft, the adapter assembly is connected with the bearing seat assembly, and the elastic element prevents the bearing seat assembly from rotating along with the eccentric rotating shaft. When the motor rotates at a high speed, the adapter assembly and the bearing seat assembly perform three-dimensional splayed three-dimensional motion together, so that a ground sample in the grinding pipe can perform three-dimensional motion in a small size up and down direction and in a large size left and right direction, and the sample can be fully ground. The bearing seat assembly is matched with the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat, so that the position of the bearing is ensured to be stable, and the bearing is convenient to disassemble and assemble. One side of the gland of the adapter component is in clearance fit with the adapter seat through a rotating fulcrum, and the other side of the gland is locked through the second locking part to achieve the effect of compressing the grinding pipe, so that the grinding pipe is conveniently taken and placed.
As shown in fig. 2, in other embodiments of the present invention, the first bearing seat 301 includes a first bearing mounting portion 3011 and a first clamping arm portion 3012, the first bearing mounting portion 3011 is provided with a first concave bearing half chamber, the second bearing seat 302 includes a second bearing mounting portion 3021 and a second clamping arm portion 3022, the second bearing mounting portion 3021 is provided with a second concave bearing half chamber, the first bearing half chamber and the second bearing half chamber are oppositely arranged and combined to form a bearing chamber for mounting and accommodating the bearing 303 and limiting two end surfaces of the outer ring of the bearing, and the bearing 303 is mounted in the first bearing half chamber and the second bearing half chamber; the first 3012 and second 3022 clip arms are received in open slots in the lower portion of the adapter holder 401. The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat can be combined after being inserted into the adapter seat, the bearing is ensured to be stable in position, the bearing does not need to be installed in an interference fit mode, when the bearing needs to be replaced, the bearing seat assembly only needs to be pulled out of the adapter seat, maintenance efficiency is improved, and the repeated utilization rate of the device is improved.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the inclined shaft section 202 of the eccentric rotating shaft has a stop step surface 203 on the outer circumference thereof for limiting the position of one end surface of the inner ring of the bearing 303, and the other end surface of the inner ring of the bearing is limited by the third locking member 21. The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the bearing seat assembly is more conveniently installed on the eccentric rotating shaft, and the bearing seat assembly, the adapter assembly and the motor can be separated only by loosening the third locking part during transportation, so that the space is saved.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the third locking member 21 is a screw, the inclined shaft section 202 has an internal thread at the axial center, and the third locking member 21 is locked in the thread of the inclined shaft section 202.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the third locking member is a snap ring, and a snap groove is formed on the outer circumference of the inclined shaft section, and the snap ring is snapped in the snap groove.
In other embodiments of the invention, as shown in figure 1, a downwardly opening U-shaped slot 4031 is provided in the gland 403 where it mates with the second locking member. The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the clamping fit of the gland and the second locking part is facilitated.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the central axis of the angled shaft segment 202 makes an angle a of less than or equal to 15 with the motor output shaft axis. The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: ensure that the grinding device keeps reasonable swing amplitude and balance grinding effect and use noise.
As shown in fig. 1, in other embodiments of the present invention, a base 60 is further included, and an elastic shock absorbing member 70 is installed between the base of the motor 10 and the base 60, and the elastic shock absorbing member may be, but not limited to, a damping member, a compression spring, or a rubber member. The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: alleviate the vibration that transmits the base, promote the customer and use experience.
