Abstract
本发明公开了一种抑菌型指甲油及其制备方法,使用的花椒油和壳寡糖都具有抗真菌感染的作用,联合使用具有能够加强对真菌生长繁殖的抑制作用、增强指甲油原液丝滑度、增强指甲油附着力及滋润指甲等特点。通过酶制法制备壳寡糖溶液,再利用抗坏血酸溶液制备花椒油‑壳寡糖凝胶。通过对造成灰指甲的主要真菌之一酵母菌的抑菌效果测试,研究最佳抑菌效果的花椒油‑壳寡糖比例,得到花椒油‑壳寡糖共同作用对酵母菌生长繁殖的抑制效果,并试验出最佳配方制备出一种抑菌型的指甲油并对其进行性能测试,以期开发出一款天然、环保还具有抑菌效果的指甲油。

技术领域
本发明涉及指甲油技术领域,特别是一种抑菌型指甲油及其制备方法。
背景技术
本发明指甲油是当代很多女性喜爱的化妆品之一。其在素色指甲上起到点缀的作用,以其不同颜色衬得女性肤白。涂指甲的习俗在我国古代就有,那时的女性用花汁、染料或一些有色矿物质调制成指甲油。现代指甲油发挥到了更高的程度,其颜色绚丽多彩,其原料也由天然色素发展到了化工合成的颜料。目前的指甲油产品中多含有甲醛类物质,某些劣质的指甲油中可能还含有铅等重金属,很容易引起过敏反应,甚至出现甲沟炎、裂甲和甲下出血以及慢性中毒等。
现在市场上较多的是有机溶剂型指甲油,有机溶剂型指甲油的主要基料是硝化纤维素同时含有邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物苯甲醛等有毒的易挥发性溶剂,长期与人体接触会产生严重的危害。目前对天然指甲油的研究较少,大多都只是停留在了凤仙花指甲油阶段,于此同时目前新兴的可剥离性指甲油也存在难以抵抗日常浸水对膜层的影响、洗手的时会使得涂层剥离、达不到维持一整天甚至几天完整膜层目的等问题。由此可见,现代女性特别是由于轻微灰指甲或其它轻度真菌感染导致指甲不美观的女性对真正无毒、无害、抑菌、可预防真菌感染疾病的新型指甲油有着迫切的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种抑菌型指甲油及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种抑菌型指甲油,包括指甲油原液,所述指甲油原液内添加有花椒油与壳寡糖凝胶。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述指甲油原液包括成膜助剂、纯丙乳液、消泡剂、流平剂、硅丙乳液、色素以及甘油。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述花椒油与壳寡糖凝胶的比例5:1。
一种指甲油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)酶法制备壳寡糖溶液,称量壳聚糖于容器中,加入乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液,调整PH值后搅拌形成胶体溶液,再加入壳聚糖酶酶解壳聚糖,进行酶解之后迅速把酶解液置于100℃沸水中,使酶灭活,然后离心取上清液,然后将上清液过滤纯化、浓缩过滤液,当浓缩掉2/3过滤液后,将剩余的过滤液使用无水乙醇洗涤后,得到壳寡糖溶液;
2)制备壳寡糖凝胶,量取抗坏血酸溶液于容器中,然后壳寡糖溶液,将称取好的壳寡糖与抗坏血酸溶液混合得到壳寡糖凝胶;
3)花椒油-壳寡糖的制备,量取壳寡糖凝胶和花椒油制备花椒油-壳寡糖溶液;
4)将花椒油-壳寡糖溶液与指甲油原液混合。
本发明的有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
花椒油和壳寡糖的加入不仅使得指甲油有了明显的抑菌效果,还可以对指甲片起到保湿作用,避免剥离之后指甲片泛白且变得粗糙的现象。保湿剂是化妆品中不可缺少的重要成分,而透明质酸是现代化妆品中常用的一种保湿剂,但是透明质酸的制造工艺复杂,原料交规,成本高。研究发现,壳寡糖与透明质酸有类似的结构和性能,可以作为透明质酸的替代品。且抑菌效果优于壳聚糖,将其制成膏霜类等化妆品,可减少细菌、真菌的感染,阻碍原菌的生长,抑制皮肤表面有害菌滋生和抗皮肤病等功效。壳寡糖对破损的肌肤不但不会引起感染,还会促进肌肤的愈合,消除疤痕及痘印。本实验利用酶法制备壳寡糖,酶制法制备壳寡糖是利用壳聚糖酶在pH5和40℃的条件下对壳聚糖进行降解的过程。方法简便,步骤简洁,所消耗的人力和能源消耗都较少,总投入成本低,对于企业的大规模生产来说是较为合适的选择。此外,在实际的工艺生产中,指甲油的搅拌所耗费的能源较多,其中原料的润滑度是最大的影响因素,而本实验中所添加的花椒油能够提高指甲油原料的润滑度,较少生产过程中能源的消耗,能够大大降低企业的生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述;显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
1.酶法制备壳寡糖溶液
精密量称量4.0g的壳聚糖于500mL烧杯中,加入50ml的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液(0.2mol/L),将pH调至5,搅拌形成胶体溶液,再加入1g的壳聚糖酶酶解壳聚糖。在40℃下酶解100min,之后迅速把酶解液置于100℃沸水中,保持5min使酶灭活,然后在8000r/min下离心20min取上清液,然后将上清液过滤纯化,使用旋转蒸发器浓缩过滤液,当浓缩掉2/3过滤液后,将剩余的过滤液使用无水乙醇洗涤后,得到壳寡糖溶液备用。
2.壳寡糖的鉴定
取1中的壳寡糖溶液大约1ml于试管中,然后加2滴莫氏试剂,摇匀,将试管倾斜,沿管壁慢慢加入浓硫酸1.5ml(切勿振荡),出现紫色分层即为壳寡糖溶液。(见附图1)
3.壳寡糖凝胶制备
准确量取2.5mg/mL的抗坏血酸溶液60mL(60℃)于500mL烧杯中,然后准确量取10ml壳寡糖溶液,将称取好的壳寡糖与抗坏血酸溶液混合得到壳寡糖凝胶备用。
4.花椒油与壳寡糖凝胶的制备
按比例分别精确量取壳寡糖凝胶和不同体积的花椒油制备不同的花椒油-壳寡糖溶液。例如花椒油与壳寡糖的比例为5:1即10g花椒油和2g壳寡糖混合备用。
5.指甲油的制备
其主要方法在于用500ml烧杯按顺序分别称取成膜助剂25g、纯丙乳液70.0g、消泡剂2.2g、流平剂2.3g、硅丙乳液10.0g、色素1.8g、甘油2.9g,在60℃在恒温低速搅拌1min左右混合均匀即可得到最佳指甲油原液。
6.将指甲油原液与花椒油+壳寡糖凝胶混合得到不同比例的指甲油
指甲油试样1 花椒油与壳寡糖凝胶的比例5:1;
指甲油试样2 花椒油与壳寡糖凝胶的比例4:1;
指甲油试样3 花椒油与壳寡糖凝胶的比例3:1;

指甲油试样5 花椒油与壳寡糖凝胶的比例1:1;
指甲油试样6 花椒油与壳寡糖凝胶的比例1:2;
指甲油试样7 花椒油与壳寡糖凝胶的比例1:3;
指甲油试样8 花椒油与壳寡糖凝胶的比例1:4;
指甲油试样9 花椒油与壳寡糖凝胶的比例1:5;
制备的指甲油与花椒油+壳寡糖凝胶比例不同,所呈现的抑菌效果也不一样,本发明最佳指甲油比例为成膜助剂25g、纯丙乳液70.0g、消泡剂2.2g、流平剂2.3g、硅丙乳液10.0g、色素1.8g、甘油2.9g,在60℃在恒温低速搅拌1min左右混合均匀即可得到最佳指甲油原液。通过抑菌试验得出试样1的比例5:1是本发明的最优抑菌效果。如附图2所示,曲线从上往下指代指甲油试样1-9。
7.产品使用方法
(1)将指甲表面消毒,去除指甲周围死皮并打磨指甲表面。
(2)将指甲油直接均匀的涂在指甲上,在美甲灯的照射下保持3-4分钟左右,再涂上一成指甲油再在美甲灯的照射下等待3-4分钟,最后涂上一成封层胶在美甲灯下等待5分钟左右即可。
做好指甲之后再日常中可以尽量少接触水以及减少划伤指甲表面来做到持久。

Claims (4)
1.一种抑菌型指甲油及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括指甲油原液,所述指甲油原液内添加有花椒油与壳寡糖凝胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌型指甲油及其制备方法,其特征在于:
所述指甲油原液包括成膜助剂、纯丙乳液、消泡剂、流平剂、硅丙乳液、色素以及甘油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌型指甲油及其制备方法,其特征在于:
所述花椒油与壳寡糖凝胶的比例5:1。
4.一种应用权利要求1-3任一所述的指甲油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)酶法制备壳寡糖溶液,称量壳聚糖于容器中,加入乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液,调整PH值后搅拌形成胶体溶液,再加入壳聚糖酶酶解壳聚糖,进行酶解之后迅速把酶解液置于100℃沸水中,使酶灭活,然后离心取上清液,然后将上清液过滤纯化、浓缩过滤液,当浓缩掉2/3过滤液后,将剩余的过滤液使用无水乙醇洗涤后,得到壳寡糖溶液;
2)制备壳寡糖凝胶,量取抗坏血酸溶液于容器中,然后壳寡糖溶液,将称取好的壳寡糖与抗坏血酸溶液混合得到壳寡糖凝胶;
3)花椒油-壳寡糖的制备,量取壳寡糖凝胶和花椒油制备花椒油-壳寡糖溶液;
4)将花椒油-壳寡糖溶液与指甲油原液混合。
