本发明涉及工业锅炉固废燃烧装置领域,具体涉及一种采用高浓度氧气与煤粉混合燃尽固废的装置。
背景技术
随着城市化进程的加速和人民生活水平的逐步提高,我国出现了越来越多的工业固体废弃物。煤炭气化技术作为一种先进的能源利用技术,用来生成煤焦油、烯烃以及甲苯等化工原料。但是在气化过程中的高碳含量的飞灰排放量大。另外,在轮胎生产过程产生的大量碳粉。这两种工业固废碳量高,很难利用。不加以处理会对污染大气、水和土壤,进而影响人类的健康。
增氧燃烧作为一种较新的燃烧节能技术在世界各国蓬勃发展,在我国也引起了新的技术改革。在工业锅炉等热能工程领域已被开始广泛应用。
中国专利(专利号为201330525348.3、申请公布日为2013年8月27日、申请公布号为CN203533549U)公开了一种微油点火加氧燃烧器,在一级煤粉燃烧室内的末端设置一级氧气导流环,在二级煤粉燃烧室的末端即火焰喷出口内设置二级氧气导流环,采用氧气与助燃燃料油混合保证煤粉完全燃烧。该发明针对煤粉燃烧具有较好的燃烧效果,但是一级燃烧室内为空气燃烧,在一级燃烧室的温度低。固废的特点是挥发分极低,难以点燃。难以点燃超低挥发分的固废粉末。
综上所述,现有的工业锅炉的内部固废粉末很难燃尽,从而导致燃烧稳定性差的问题。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有的工业锅炉的内部固废粉末很难燃尽,从而导致燃烧稳定性差的问题,而提出一种采用高浓度氧气与煤粉混合燃尽固废的装置。
本发明的一种采用高浓度氧气与煤粉混合燃尽固废的装置,其组成包括中心给氧管、浓煤粉管、固废风粉管道、一级燃烧室、二级燃烧室、内二风道管、内二次风旋流叶片和点火枪;
固废风粉管道内部的一端设有一级燃烧室,固废风粉管道的一端设有二级燃烧室,二级燃烧室的外侧套设有内二风道管,内二风道管的内部设有内二次风旋流叶片,浓煤粉管的一端插装在固废风粉管道内部的另一端,浓煤粉管为一端开口另一端封闭的圆柱形状,浓煤粉管的封闭端面的中央处设有通孔,点火枪的点火端穿过浓煤粉管封闭端面上的通孔之后,伸入到一级燃烧室的内部,点火枪的外表面套设有一个中心给氧管;

本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
本发明采用中心给氧管在一级燃烧室通入纯氧降低煤粉的着火温度,提高了燃烧温度,使煤粉在一级燃烧室放热量高于普通空气气氛下燃烧时所放出热量,一级燃烧室截面较小,导致截面热负荷急剧升高,这时一级煤粉燃烧所放出热量已经达到顶峰,高温(1600℃)烟气进入二级燃烧室与固废粉末进行混合,大量的热量点燃固废粉末燃烧,这种高氧浓度与煤粉混合逐级燃烧进行燃烧固废的方式,有利于燃尽固废粉末;内二风道管的内部设有内二次风旋流叶片,增加混合气流的扰动,促进固废粉末燃尽;
本发明采用纯氧逐级燃烧方式用于燃尽固废粉末,采用高浓度氧气与煤粉混合节省助燃燃料油,使用煤粉以及纯氧结合特有的逐级燃烧方式进行燃尽固废,提高燃烧的稳定性。

工作原理
在使用时,中心给氧管1通过高浓度氧气送入一级燃烧室4,浓煤粉管2通入高浓度煤粉进入一级燃烧室4和二级燃烧室5,高浓度氧气与高浓度煤粉在面积较小的一级燃烧室4混合,氧气可以降低着火温度,提高燃烧温度,截面较小的一级燃烧室4(高截面热负荷)与氧气强化燃烧的双重作用下,煤粉燃烧释放大量热,产生1600℃左右的高温烟气进入二级燃烧室5与部分固废粉末混合,并点燃二级燃烧室5内的固废粉末,然后喷入炉膛,在二次风的扰动作用下,进一步将体废弃物粉末燃尽。
Claims (5)
1.一种采用高浓度氧气与煤粉混合燃尽固废的装置,其特征在于:包括中心给氧管(1)、浓煤粉管(2)、固废风粉管道(3)、一级燃烧室(4)、二级燃烧室(5)、内二风道管(6)、内二次风旋流叶片(7)和点火枪(8);
固废风粉管道(3)内部的一端设有一级燃烧室(4),固废风粉管道(3)的一端设有二级燃烧室(5),二级燃烧室(5)的外侧套设有内二风道管(6),内二风道管(6)的内部设有内二次风旋流叶片(7),浓煤粉管(2)的一端插装在固废风粉管道(3)内部的另一端,浓煤粉管(2)为一端开口另一端封闭的圆柱形状,浓煤粉管(2)的封闭端面的中央处设有通孔,点火枪(8)的点火端穿过浓煤粉管(2)封闭端面上的通孔之后,伸入到一级燃烧室(4)的内部,点火枪(8)的外表面套设有一个中心给氧管(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用高浓度氧气与煤粉混合燃尽固废的装置,其特征在于:所述的中心给氧管(1)、点火枪(8)和浓煤粉管(2)同轴设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用高浓度氧气与煤粉混合燃尽固废的装置,其特征在于:所述的一级燃烧室(4)和二级燃烧室(5)同轴设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种采用高浓度氧气与煤粉混合燃尽固废的装置,其特征在于:所述的一级燃烧室(4)的内径小于二级燃烧室(5)的内径。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用高浓度氧气与煤粉混合燃尽固废的装置,其特征在于:所述的固废风粉管道(3)和内二风道管(6)同轴设置。
