a third support frame (51), wherein the third support frame (51) is connected between one sides of the slide rails (47);
the water reservoir (52) is arranged on the third support frame (51);
the water pipes (53) are arranged on the two sides of the bottom of the water reservoir (52).
4. An energy-saving and environment-friendly street lamp for urban road illumination as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that it further comprises an intermittent assembly (6), the intermittent assembly (6) comprises:
the two sides of the brush (49) are provided with the first wedge-shaped blocks (61);
two guide posts (62) are arranged on one side of the third support frame (51);
the U-shaped rod (65) is connected between the guide columns (62) in a sliding manner;
the first compression spring (64) is connected between the two sides of the top of one side of the U-shaped rod (65) and the guide post (62);
the two sides of one end of the U-shaped rod (65) are provided with the second wedge-shaped block (63);
the sucking discs (66) are arranged on the two sides of the bottom of the U-shaped rod (65).
5. The street lamp for energy-saving and environment-friendly urban road lighting according to claim 4, characterized in that it further comprises an advertisement component (7), wherein the advertisement component (7) comprises:
one side of the lamp holder (1) is provided with a guide groove (73), and the guide groove (73) is connected with 2 fourth support frames (71) in a sliding manner;
an advertisement box (72) is arranged between the advertisement boxes (72) and the fourth supporting frame (71).

the lamp holder comprises a limiting ring (81), wherein the limiting ring (81) is arranged on one side of the lamp holder (1);
a second compression spring (82) is connected between one side of the fourth supporting frame (71) and the top of the limiting ring (81);
the fixing blocks (84) are arranged on one sides of the fourth supporting frames (71);
the pull rod (85) is connected between the fixing blocks (84), and the pull rod (85) is connected with the limiting ring (81) in a sliding manner;
the handle (86) is arranged at the bottom of the handle (86) and the pull rod (85).
7. The street lamp for energy-saving and environment-friendly urban road lighting as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a self-locking assembly (9), wherein the self-locking assembly (9) comprises:
the lamp holder comprises a supporting rod (91), wherein the supporting rod (91) is arranged on one side of the lamp holder (1);
the support rod (91) is rotatably connected with the second rotating shaft (92);
a torsion spring (93), wherein the torsion spring (93) is connected between the second rotating shaft (92) and the supporting rod (91);
a deflector rod (94), wherein one side of the second rotating shaft (92) is provided with the deflector rod (94);
the lamp holder comprises a limiting rod (95), wherein the limiting rod (95) is arranged on one side of the lamp holder (1), and the limiting rod (95) is in contact fit with a shifting rod (94).
8. The street lamp for energy-saving and environment-friendly urban road lighting as claimed in claim 6, wherein the handle (86) is made of metal.
