Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description
The invention discloses a basic structure of a lower track of a converter, which is laid between a converter and a ladle parking position, namely below an operation track of a buggy ladle under the converter as shown in figure 1. The foundation structure comprises a concrete layer 3, and the concrete layer is formed by pouring high-strength refractory castable; the left side and the right side of the concrete layer are both upwards protruded to form protruding parts, a rail steel beam 2 is fixedly mounted at the top of each protruding part, steel rails 1 are laid on each rail steel beam 2, the two steel rails 1 are arranged in parallel, and each steel rail 1 is arranged along the running path of the buggy ladle; the inner side surface of the protruding part is coated with a side protective layer 4, a plane protective layer 6 is arranged on the concrete layer 3, and the side protective layer 4 is fixedly connected with the plane protective layer 6.
According to the invention, the foundation structure is laid between the converter and the steel ladle parking position, and the side protective layer and the plane protective layer are additionally arranged on the foundation structure, so that the foundation structure can be prevented from being damaged when the forklift cleans slag, the foundation structure is further prevented from being damaged, and a stable forming track is provided for the steel ladle car.
When the left side and the right side of the concrete layer are protruded upwards, a concave pit is formed in the middle, and the concave pit can be used for temporarily storing steel slag generated by smelting of the converter.
In the embodiment of the invention, the plane protective layer 6 consists of a plurality of continuous casting slabs which are connected with each other, a connecting plate 5 is arranged between two adjacent continuous casting slabs, the connecting plate 5 is a vertically arranged continuous casting slab, and the bottom end of the connecting plate 5 extends into the concrete layer 3; the side protective layer 4 is a vertically arranged continuous casting slab and is welded with the plane protective layer 6. The continuous casting slab is the steel billet in the steelmaking process, and in this embodiment, in order to guarantee safety, the thickness of the continuous casting slab that adopts is greater than 100mm, and the width is the continuous casting slab between 400 ~ 500mm, can avoid the destruction of forklift. And, through the setting of connecting plate 5, can make continuous casting slab and concrete layer 3 form whole, further increase the intensity of this foundation structure.
In the embodiment of the invention, the top surface of the bulge part is a plane, the top surface is used for fixedly mounting the rail steel beam 2, the plane is more beneficial to mounting the steel beam 2, and the stress uniformity can be improved. In addition, the surface of the convex part facing to the other convex part is defined as an inner side sheet, the inner side surface of the convex part is a plane, and the continuous casting slab is a flat plate and is thick, so that the shape is difficult to modify, and the tightness between the continuous casting slab and the inner side surface of the convex part can be increased through the inner side surface of the plane.
In the embodiment of the invention, because the rail steel beam 2 needs to bear load, in order to ensure the safety performance, the rail steel beam is made of section steel, such as a steel billet with the thickness of more than 100 mm. The lifting device comprises a first flat plate fixedly mounted on the top surface of the boss, a vertical plate is arranged on the first flat plate, and a second flat plate is arranged on the vertical plate. Pre-buried rag bolt that is provided with in the bellying, rag bolt's bottom is the kink, increases joint strength. The vertical plate is adopted, so that an operation space can be formed between the first flat plate and the second flat plate, and the foundation bolt and the first flat plate can be conveniently installed. The steel rail 1 is fixed on the second flat plate, the direction of the axis of the steel rail 1 is consistent with that of the axis of the vertical plate, and the bearing capacity of the steel rail 2 can be improved.
The invention also discloses a construction method of the converter lower track foundation structure, which comprises the following steps: constructing a foundation under a ladle car running track under a converter, namely constructing a foundation between the converter and a ladle parking position; a concrete layer 3 is poured on the foundation by adopting a high-strength refractory castable; wherein, when the bulge is poured, foundation bolts are pre-embedded, and an installation groove is reserved on the concrete layer 3; installing a plane protective layer 6 and a side protective layer 4 on the concrete layer 3 and the inner side surface of the convex part; when the plane protective layer 6 is installed, a connecting plate 5 is installed between two adjacent continuous casting slabs, and the bottom of the connecting plate 5 is placed in a reserved installation groove; installing a rail steel beam 2 on the top surface of the boss through foundation bolts; and a steel rail 1 is arranged on the top of the rail steel beam 2.
By the method, a firm foundation can be constructed between the converter and the steel ladle parking position, and the damage to the bulge part caused when the forklift cleans slag is prevented, so that the buggy ladle runs stably.
